Claims (3)
- 高温雰囲気炉の内部を監視する炉内監視装置であって、
先端部に配置された光学系および二次元撮像素子を備えた撮像装置と、前記撮像装置の外周に設けられた、冷却水が流通する水冷部と、前記水冷部の外周に設けられた、冷却ガスが流通する空冷部と、によって管状の管体部が形成され、
前記水冷部は、前記管体部の中心軸側の往路と前記往路の先端から折り返す外周側の復路とからなり、
前記撮像装置の外周は保護管で覆われ、
前記水冷部の先端側の管壁に、前記保護管の先端面を押し付ける弾性体を備え、
前記空冷部は、前記管体部の先端側が外部に向けて開放され、前記空冷部を流通した冷却ガスが前記管体部の先端側から放出されることを特徴とする、炉内監視装置。 - 前記管体部は、前記撮像装置の先端側に視野窓を有し、前記視野窓は、前記撮像装置の撮像素子のアスペクト比に応じた四角形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炉内監視装置。
- 前記水冷部を構成する管壁の先端が、前記視野窓の窓枠を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の炉内監視装置。
