Claims (18)

  1. Dispositif d'encrage court d'une machine d'impression rotative, avec un cylindre tramé (03) et au moins un cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) encrant un cylindre de cliché (06), sachant que la circonférence du cylindre de cliché (06) est égale à un multiple entier de la circonférence du cylindre applicateur d'encre (04), caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) est disposé de manière à accomplir un mouvement en direction axiale, et en ce que le rapport de la trame du cylindre tramé (03) est supérieur à 0,8 relativement au rapport de la trame du cliché d'impression du cylindre de cliché (06).
  2. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un autre cylindre d'encrage (05) est disposé en plus du cylindre applicateur d'encre (04).
  3. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que cet autre cylindre d'encrage (05), réalisé sous forme de cylindre lisseur (05), est disposé de manière à accomplir un mouvement en direction axiale.
  4. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs dispositifs d'encrage sont associés au cylindre de cliché (06), et en ce que le nombre de ces dispositifs d'encrage est égal au multiple entier de la circonférence du cylindre de cliché (06) par rapport à la circonférence du cylindre applicateur d'encre (04).
  5. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de cliché (06), le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) et le cylindre lisseur (05) ont le même diamètre.
  6. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) présente un blanchet offset pour le transfert d'encre.
  7. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04), le cylindre lisseur (05) et le cylindre tramé (03) sont en synchronisation forcée avec le cylindre de cliché (06) au moyen de roues dentées.
  8. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) et le cylindre tramé (03) présentent respectivement des bagues de cylindre coopérantes.
  9. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04), le cylindre tramé (03) et le cylindre lisseur (05) présentent respectivement des bagues de cylindre qui coopèrent par paires.
  10. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre de transfert (07) est disposé de manière à coopérer avec le cylindre de cliché (06).
  11. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que d'une part le cylindre de transfert (07) et le cylindre de cliché (06) et d'autre part le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) et le cylindre tramé (03) ainsi que le cylindre lisseur (05) présentent des bagues de cylindre qui coopèrent par paires.
  12. Dispositif d'encrage court selon les revendications 8, 9 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les appariements de bagues de cylindre sont remplacés par des paliers à roulement précontraints sans jeu de coussinet.
  13. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) présente un revêtement fonctionnellement sans fin.
  14. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il n'est pas prévu de bagues de cylindre en cas de revêtement sans fin vulcanisé du cylindre applicateur d'encre (04).
  15. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'en présence de deux clichés d'impression et encres sur la circonférence du cylindre de cliché (06), tant le cylindre applicateur d'encre (04) que le cylindre lisseur (05) ne présentent que la moitié de la circonférence du cylindre de cliché (06), et sont cadencés d'une manière correspondante pour encrer uniquement leur cliché d'impression associé.
  16. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un racle à chambre (02) est associé au cylindre tramé (03).
  17. Dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre la longueur circonférentielle par unité d'angle du cylindre d'encrage alternant (04 ; 05) et la course par unité d'angle des cylindres d'encrage (04 ; 05) est compris entre 2,5 et 5.
  18. Procédé d'utilisation d'un dispositif d'encrage court selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre tramé (03) est disposé de manière à traiter des encres pâteuses, notamment d'une viscosité supérieure à 9000 mPa.s.
