Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Transport eines im wesentlichen bogenförmigen Elementes, insbesondere zum Transport eines Bedruckstoffbogens in einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise in einer elektrofotographisch arbeitenden Druckmaschine,
bei dem das bogenförmige Element durch wenigstens ein rotierendes Transportorgan an einer Erfassungsstelle in seinem Vorderkantenbereich erfaßt, bis zu einer Abgabestelle mitgenommen und dort abgegeben wird, wobei das bogenförmige Element während der Mitnahme über einen Rotations- oder Krümmungsradius gekrümmt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bogenförmige Element durch wenigstens ein wenigstens in Zentrifugalrichtung blockierendes Führungselement zwischen der Erfassungsstelle und der Abgabestelle zur Beibehaltung des Krümmungsradius gezwungen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Länge bzw. Kürze des bogenförmigen Elementes durch Variation des bevorzugt über den Krümmungsweg des bogenförmigen Elementes gemessenen Abstandes zwischen dem Führungselement und der Abgabestelle Rechnung getragen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Transport eines im wesentlichen bogenförmigen Elementes, insbesondere zum Transport eines Bedruckstoffbogens in einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise in einer elektrofotographisch arbeitenden Druckmaschine,
umfassend wenigstens ein das bogenförmige Element von einer Erfassungsstelle bis zu einer Abgabestelle transportierendes und dort abgebendes, rotierendes Transportorgan, welches zur Erfassung und Mitnahme des bogenförmigen Elementes wenigstens eine maulartige Aufnahme zur Einführung bzw. Einsteckung des Vorderkantenbereiches des bogenförmigen Elementes aufweist und umfassend wenigstens einen wenigstens fragmentarisch vorhandenen Biegekern zur Krümmung des bogenförmigen Elementes während der Mitnahme über einen Rotations- oder Krümmungsradius,
vorzugsweise zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch,
wenigstens ein wenigstens in Zentrifugalrichtung blockierendes Führungselement zwischen der Erfassungsstelle und der Abgabestelle zur erzwungenen Beibehaltung des Krümmungsradius. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bevorzugt über den Krümmungsweg des bogenförmigen Elementes gemessene Abstand zwischen dem Führungselement und der Abgabestelle zur Berücksichtigung der Länge bzw. Kürze des bogenförmigen Elementes variabel einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportorgan einen Körper mit im wesentlichen kreisförmigem Umfang umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die maulartige Aufnahme im wesentlichen als Schlitz oder Spalt ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß eine Mehrzahl von maulartigen Aufnahmen über einen 360°-Winkel gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Führungselement ein Rollelement umfaßt, für die eine im wesentlichen kreisförmige Rollführungsbahn als Rollführung vorgesehen ist, die mit dem kreisförmigen Umfang des Körpers des Transportorgans identisch oder dazu koaxial versetzt und mit dem Körper gemeinsam rotierbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die koaxial zum Körper des Transportorgans versetzte Rollführungsbahn einen etwas größeren Radius aufweist als der Körper.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius der Rollführungsbahn etwas kleiner ist als der radiale Abstand der radial äußeren Innenfläche der maulartigen Aufnahme.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß eine Abstandsvariation des Führungselementes mittels eines im wesentlichen lotrechten und einem damit gelenkig verbundenen, im wesentlichen waagerechten Hebelarm ermöglicht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Führungselement motorisch verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Abgabestelle ein gegenüber dem Transportorgan feststehender Anschlag für die in der Aufnahme eingesteckte Vorderkante des bogenförmigen Elementes angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß im Bereich der Abgabestelle ein Abdeckungsschutz eines Stapels aus abgelegten bogenförmigen Elementen gegenüber dem Transportorgan vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß mehrere koaxiale zueinander beabstandete Transportorgane vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Transportorgane spiegelbildlich bezüglich einer zur Rotationsachse senkrechten Spiegelebene angeordnet sind.
