Claims (15)
- Handhabungsvorrichtung für blattförmige Aufzeichnungsträger (1) wie Formulare, Belege, Banknoten usw., mit einem um eine Achse (2) drehbar gelagerten Stapelrad (3), das eine Vielzahl von Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) aufweist, die zur vorübergehenden Aufnahme von Aufzeichnungsträgern (1) vorgesehen und bezogen auf die Achse (2) im wesentlichen spiralförmig angeordnet sind, und mit einer Aufzeichnungsträger-Zuführeinrichtung (12), die benachbart zu dem Stapelrad (3) an einer ersten Position angeordnet und dazu vorgesehen ist, den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) Aufzeichnungsträger (1) zuzuführen, wobei die Aufzeichnungsträger (1) später an einer zweiten Position wieder aus den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) entfernt werden, wobei die Achse (2) im wesentlichen vertikal angeordnet ist und Führungsmittel (5,6) vorgesehen sind, die ein ungewolltes Austreten der Aufzeichnungsträger (1) aus den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) und/oder eine ungewollte Positionsveränderung der in den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) befindlichen Aufzeichnungsträger (1) verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Positionierhilfe (14) vorgesehen ist, die derart auf die Aufzeichnungsträger (1) einwirkt, daß ein gleichmäßiger Aufzeichnungsträgerstapel gebildet wird und die durch einen Riementrieb (14) gebildet ist, der in einem Ablagefach (9), welches im Bereich der zweiten Position vorgesehen ist, angeordnet ist und daß der Riementrieb (14) derart im Bereich des Bodens (15) des Ablagefaches (9) angeordnet ist, daß sich der Riementrieb (14) leicht aus dem Boden des Ablagefaches (9) heraus erstreckt, und daß die Förderrichtung des Riementriebes (14) in Richtung auf eine Anlagewand (10) des Ablagefachs (9) zu verläuft. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungsmittel (5,6) den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) zugeordnete Klemmhebel (5) umfassen, die die Aufzeichnungsträger festklemmen, während sie sich in den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) befinden. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
Mittel (17) zur Zwangssteuerung der Klemmhebel (5) vorgesehen sind. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klemmhebel (5) um Schwenkachsen (7) schwenkbar sind, und daß die Mittel zur Zwangssteuerung der Klemmhebel (5) durch eine Kurvenscheibe (17) gebildet sind, die bei der Drehung des Stapelrades (3) zumindest abschnittsweise mit einem Ende der Klemmhebel (5) in Berührung steht, um einen vorgegebenen Bewegungsablauf der Klemmhebel (5) zu bewirken. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kurvenscheibe im Bereich der Nabe des Stapelrades, jedoch rotationsfest angeordnet ist - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klemmhebel (5) durch Vorspannmittel (8) derart vorgespannt sind, daß sich die Berührung zwischen den Enden der Klemmhebel (5) und der Kurvenscheibe (17) ergibt. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Vorspannmittel durch eine oder mehrere Federn gebildet sind. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungsmittel (5,6) eine Stützscheibe (6) umfassen, die im unteren Bereich des Stapelrades (3) benachbart zu den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) angeordnet ist. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Aufzeichnungsträger (1) in das Ablagefach (9) in senkrechter Ausrichtung zumindest zwischenzeitlich abgelegt werden, nachdem sie aus den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) entfernt wurden. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Ablagefach (9) beziehungsweise die Anlagewand (10) und das Stapelrad (3) derart relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, daß der Umfangsbereich des Stapelrades (3) in Kontakt mit der Anlagewand (10) beziehungsweise einem in dem Ablagefach (9) abgelegten Aufzeichnungsträger (1) gelangt. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die mit der Anlagewand (10) beziehungsweise mit dem im Ablagefach (9) abgelegten Aufzeichnungsträger (1) in Kontakt gelangenden Umfangsabschnitte des Stapelrades (3) mit Gleitmitteln (11) ausgestattet sind. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gleitmittel durch drehbar gelagerte Walzen (11) gebildet sind. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Abstreifer (13) vorgesehen ist, der derart in die Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächer (4) eingreift, daß die Aufzeichnungsträger (1) im Bereich der zweiten Position aus den Aufzeichnungsträger-Fächern (4) entfernt werden. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Riementrieb (14) unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Anlagewand (10) angeordnet ist. - Handhabungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Stapelrad (3) durch zumindest zwei Spiralräder (16) gebildet ist, die beabstandet zueinander angeordnet sind.
