Claims (12)
- Dämpfungselement ausgebildet und bestimmt zur Einlage in den Innenraum eines Schlaginstruments, insbesondere einer Basstrommel,a) wobei das Dämpfungselement (10) kissenartig ausgebildet ist und eine Oberseite (15) sowie eine Unterseite (16) aufweist, undb) wobei zwischen Oberseite (15) und Unterseite (16) ein oder mehrere Materialien (19) mit schalldämpfenden Eigenschaften angeordnet sind,c) wobei an der Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) eine Halterung (18) zur Fixierung eines Mikrophons angeordnet ist,d) wobei an der Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) eine Versteifungsplatte (17), insbesondere aus Kunststoff, im Wesentlichen parallel zur Oberseite (15) angeordnet, insbesondere befestigt, ist,e) wobei an der Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) über der Versteifungsplatte (17) und von dieser durch einen Hohlraum (21) getrennt eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) verlaufende Außenschicht (11), insbesondere aus einem gummiartigen Material, angeordnet ist,die zumindest an ihrem Randbereich mit der Versteifungsplatte (17) und/oder mit dem Dämpfungselement (10) verbunden ist, unddie mindestens eine durch die Außenschicht (11) hindurchgehende Öffnung (12), insbesondere einen Schlitz (12) aufweist, undf) wobei die Halterung (18) des Mikrophones eine Basisplatte (22) aufweisst, welche in den Hohlraum (21) zwischen Versteifungsplatte (17) und Außenschicht (11) eingebracht ist und ein an der Basisplatte (22) befestigtes stabförmiges element (23) durch die Öffnung (12) in der Außenschicht (11) hindurch nach außen weist.
- Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mikrophon dauerhaft oder lösbar in der Halterung (18) fixiert oder fixierbar ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in der Halterung (18) angebrachte Mikrophon in einer zur Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) im Wesentlichen parallelen Ebene drehbar und/oder in einer zur Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) im Wesentlichen senkrechten Ebene schwenkbar ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (18) dauerhaft oder lösbar am Dämpfungselement (10) angebracht ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position zur Anbringung der Halterung (18) an der Oberseite (15) des Dämpfungselements (10) festgelegt oder variabel ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (18) eine Basisplatte (22), insbesondere im Wesentlichen aus Metall, ein stabförmiges Element (23), insbesondere im Wesentlichen aus Metall, und ein Halteelement (26) mit einer Mikrophonaufnahme (31), insbesondere einer im Wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Mikrofonaufnahme, umfasst.
- Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stabförmige Element (23) an der Basisplatte (22) befestigt, insbesondere dauerhaft befestigt ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (26) insbesondere über eine Steckverbindung und/oder Schnappverbindung oder Schraubverbindung an dem stabförmigen Element (23) angebracht, insbesondere lösbar angebracht ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (26) der Halterung (18)a) ein erstes Teilelement (27) zur Anbringung des Halteelements (26) am stabförmigen Element (23) undb) ein zweites Teilelement (28) zur Fixierung eine Mikrophons umfasst, wobeic) das zweite Teilelement (28) an dem ersten Teilelement (27) schwenkbar angebracht ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basisplatte (22) der Halterung (18) im Hohlraum (21) zwischen Versteifungsplatte (17) und Außenschicht (11) derart angeordnet oder anortbar ist, dass das stabförmige Element (23) durch die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) in der Außenschicht (11) nach außen weist.
- Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stabförmige Element (23) innerhalb der Öffnung (12), durch die sie nach außen weist, eine beliebige Position einnehmen kann und/oder die Position des stabförmigen Elements (23) innerhalb der Öffnung (12) fixierbar, insbesondere lösbar fixierbar ist.
- Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) das stabförmige Element (23) mindestens einen Außengewindeabschnitt (32) aufweist
undb) die Halterung (18) mit einer auf das stabförmige Element (23) aufgedrehten ersten Mutter (24), deren Innengewinde an das Außengewinde (32) der stabförmigen Elements (23) angepasst ist, an der Öffnung lösbar fixierbar ist
und/oderc) das Halteelement (26) ein Innengewinde (29) aufweist, mit dem es auf dem stabförmigen Element (23) in beliebiger Drehposition anbringbar und durch eine auf dem stabförmigen Element (23) angeordnete zweite Mutter (25), deren Innengewinde an das Außengewinde (32) der stabförmigen Elements (23) angepasst ist, lösbar fixierbar ist.
