    a) wherein the damping element (10) is designed like a cushion and has an upper side (15) and a lower side (16), and
    b) wherein one or more materials (19) having sound-insulating properties are arranged between upper side (15) and lower side (16),
    c) wherein a mounting (18) for fixing a microphone is arranged on the upper side (15) of the damping element (10),
    d) wherein a stiffening plate (17), in particular made from plastic, is arranged, in particular attached, to the upper side (15) of the damping element (10) essentially parallel to the upper side (15),
    e) wherein an outer layer (11), in particular made from a rubber-like material, running essentially parallel to the upper side (15) of the damping element (10), is arranged on the upper side (15) of the damping element (10) above the stiffening plate (17) and separated from the latter by a cavity (21),
    which is joined at least at its edge region to the stiffening plate (17) and/or to the damping element (10), and
    which has at least one opening (12), in particular a slot (12), passing through the outer layer (11), and
    f) wherein the mounting (18) of the microphone in the cavity (21) has a base plate (22) which is introduced between stiffening plate (17) and outer layer (11) and a rod-like element (23) attached to the base plate (22) points outwards through the opening (12) in the outer layer (11).
  2. Damping element according to claim 1, characterised in that the microphone is fixed or can be fixed permanently or releasably in the mounting (18).
  3. Damping element according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the microphone attached in the mounting (18) can be rotated in a plane essentially parallel to the upper side (15) of the damping element (10) and/or can be pivoted in a plane essentially vertical to the upper side (15) of the damping element (10).
  4. Damping element according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the mounting (18) is attached permanently or releasably to the damping element (10).
  5. Damping element according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the position for attaching the mounting (18) to the upper side (15) of the damping element (10) is fixed or variable.
  6. Damping element according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the mounting (18) comprises a base plate (22), in particular essentially made from metal, a rod-like element (23), in particular essentially made from metal, and a mounting element (26) having a microphone receiver (31), in particular an essentially cylindrical microphone receiver.
  7. Damping element according to claim 6, characterised in that the rod-like element (23) is attached to the base plate (22), in particular is permanently attached.
  8. Damping element according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the mounting element (26) is attached to the rod-like element (23), in particular is releasably attached, in particular via a plug connection and/or snap connection or screw connection.
  9. Damping element according to one of claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the mounting element (26) of the mounting (18) comprises
    a) a first part element (27) for attaching the mounting element (26) on the rod-like element (23) and
    b) a second part element (28) for fixing a microphone, wherein
    c) the second part element (28) is attached pivotably to the first part element (27).
  10. Damping element according to one of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the base plate (22) of the mounting (18) in the cavity (21) is arranged or can be arranged between stiffening plate (17) and outer layer (11) such that the rod-like element (23) points outwards through the at least one opening (12) in the outer layer (11).
  11. Damping element according to claim 10, characterised in that the rod-like element (23) can occupy any position within the opening (12), through which it points outwards, and/or the position of the rod-like element (23) within the opening (12) can be fixed, in particular can be releasably fixed.
  12. Damping element according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that
    a) the rod-like element (23) has at least one external thread section (32) and
    b) the mounting (18) having a first nut (24) screwed onto the rod-like element (23), the internal thread of the nut (24) being adapted to the external thread (32) of the rod-like element (23), can be releasably fixed to the opening, and/or
    c) the mounting element (26) has an internal thread (29), with which it can be attached to the rod-like element (23) in any position of rotation and can be releasably fixed by a second nut (25) arranged on the rod-like element (23), the internal thread of the nut (25) being adapted to the external thread (32) of the rod-like element (23).
