Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Bongo umfassend zwei durch ein Verbindungselement verbundene Trommeln, wobei jede Trommel einen Resonanzkörper aufweist, an dessen Oberseite ein Trommelfell mittels eines oberen Spannringes aufgespannt ist, der mittels Spannhaken mit einem unteren Spannring verbunden ist.The invention is directed to a bongo comprising two drums connected by a connecting element, each drum having a resonance body, on the upper side of which a drum skin is stretched by means of an upper tension ring, which is connected to a lower tension ring by means of tension hooks.

Darüberhinaus werden die schwingenden Resonanzkörper der beiden Trommeln durch die herkömmlichen Verbindungselemente unmittelbar gekoppelt, so daß der Effekt zweier gesonderter Resonanzkörper hierdurch wieder relativiert wird.Traditionally, the connecting elements are screwed to the wooden resonance bodies.
