Die Schliesskante 3 wird vorteilhaft als Labyrinth ausgeführt, wodurch eine ästhetische Lösung entsteht. Fig.6 und Fig.7 zeigen konstruktive Ausführungsarten des Labyrinths und der Verbindungsstelle der beiden Türrahmenteile 20a und 20b.
Abhängig von der Bauart des Gebäudes erübrigt sich die Notwendigkeit eines Basispfostens 5b. Der zweite Türrahmenteil 20b kann deshalb in Abhängigkeit vom Gebäudetyp wahlweise auf den Basispfosten 5b montiert werden, oder er wird direkt auf das Mauerwerk 5a, befestigt.
Die thermisch lösbare Verbindung 4 verbindet die beiden Türrahmenteile 20a und 20b. Vorstellungsgemäss erfolgt diese Verbindung durch Kunststoffnieten. Wahlweise können alternative Verbindungslösungen wie Kleben, oder durch Anpressen der beiden Türrahmenteile durch Vorspannung der Befestigungsteile, angewendet werden. Die Wahl des Verbindungsverfahrens erfolgt abhängig vom Produzenten. Dies ermöglicht eine kostenoptimale Produktion durch die Flexibilisierung der Fertigungsmethoden.
Claims (8)
- Aufzugsschachtabschluss für Teleskoptür mit mindestens einem Türflügel (1) und einem Türrahmen (2), im geschlossenen Zustand bildet ein schliessseitiger Türflügel (1a) mit einem schliessseitigen Türrahmen (20) einen Schliesskantenbereich (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türrahmen im Schliesskantenbereich aus mindestens einem ersten Türrahmenteil (20a) und einem zweiten Türrahmenteil (20b) aufgebaut ist, wobei die beiden Türrahmenteile (20a, 20b) zumindest teilweise thermisch trennbar verbunden sind, und
dass das erste Türrahmenteil (20a) unter definiertem thermischem Stress seine Position zu dem zweiten Türrahmenteil (20b) zumindest teilweise verändert. - Aufzugsschachtabschluss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Türrahmenteil (20a) zusammen mit dem zweiten Türrahmenteil (20b) ein Labyrinth bildet. - Aufzugsschachtabschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Türrahmenteil (20a) und das zweite Türrahmenteil (20b) wahlweise auf ein Mauerwerk oder einen Basispfosten befestigt sind. - Aufzugsschachtabschluss nach Anspruch 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Türrahmenteil (20a) mit dem zweiten Türrahmenteil (20b) im Schliesskantenbereich (3) thermisch lösbar verbunden (4) ist. - Aufzugsschachtabschluss nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Türrahmenteil (20a) und das zweite Türrahmenteil (20b) im oberen und/oder unteren Schliesskantenbereich (3) zusätzlich thermisch fest verbunden sind. - Aufzugsschachtabschluss nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Türrahmenteil (20b) und das zweite Türrahmenteil (20a) unterschiedliche Materialien aufweisen. - Verfahren zum Erfüllen von Brandschutzanforderungen bei einem Aufzugsschachtabschluss für eine Teleskoptür mit mindestens einem Türflügel (1) und einem mehrteiligen Türrahmen (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitige Position dieser Türrahmenteile unter definiertem thermischem Stress zueinander zu mindestens teilweise verändert wird. - Verfahren zur Montage eines Aufzugsschachtabschluss für eine Teleskoptür mit mindestens einem Türflügel (1) und einem mehrteilige Türrahmen (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Türrahmenteile, wahlweise auf ein Mauerwerk oder einen Basispfosten befestigt werden.
