Abstract
Description
Von weiterem Vorteil ist es, wenn an dem freien ende der rippe ein Absatz mit einer Schulter ausgebildet ist. In den hierdurch entstehenden Spalt kann ein Ansatzvorsprung einer Abdeckung eingeklemmt werden, die entweder die Kante des Laminats auf der Setzstufe/Treppenauflage oder die Schnittfläche des Kantenschutzes abdeckt.
Beide Teile oder auch nur das Basisprofil können statt aus Aluminium auch aus Kunststoff oder einem Kunststofflaminat oder einem Kunststoff-Compound bestehen. Dann bietet sich insbesondere die Ausbildungsform an, bei der der Gewindetreibkanal von den am Trittprofil nach unten ragenden Schenkeln übergriffen werden, wodurch ein Ausweichen der Gewindekanalwände verhindert wird.

An dem stirnseitigen Ende der Bodenplatte 19 des Basisprofils 4 ist eine nach unten gerichtete Rippe 80 angeformt die auf der zur Treppenkante weisenden Seite eine Anschlagfläche aufweist. Die Anschlagfläche kommt bei der Montage gegen die Treppenkante oder gegen die obere äußere Kante des Belags auf der Setzstufe zur Anlage und bestimmt so die Position des Basisprofils.
Die Außenfläche der Rippe wirkt bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als Anschlag für die Innenfläche der Setzstufe.
Im Anschluß an die Führungs-Stützfläche 6 ist an der Innenseite des Setzschenkels 3 ein Anschlag 20 ausgebildet, welcher beim Aufscheiben des Trittprofils 1 auf das Basisprofil 4 die geringste Parkettdicke definiert.
Claims (31)
- Eckkantenschutz, insbesondere für Treppenkänten, bestehend aus
einem Trittprofil (1) und einem auf der Treppe festlegbaren Basisprofil (4), wobei das Trittprofil mit einem Trittbereich (2) und einem daran angeordneten Setzschenkel (3) versehen ist, und
das Basisprofil eine Bodenplatte (19) aufweist, an der eine Halteeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, und
wobei das Trittprofil an dem Basisprofil (4) über eine stufenlos höhenverstellbare Halterung zerstörungsfrei lösbar festlegbar ist, und
mit Befestigungsmitteln, wobei
an der Bodenplatte (19) eine nach unten abstehenden Rippe (80) ausgebildet ist. - Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rippe (80) auf der zur Treppenkante gerichteten Seite eine Anschlagfläche ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem freien Ende der Rippe (80) ein Absatz mit einer Schulter ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippe (80) am vorderen Ende der Bodenplatte (19) angeordnet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippe (80) in Abständen unterbrochen ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trittprofil (1) zwei im Abstand parallel verlaufende Führungs-Stützflächen (6, 7) aufweist, die mit entsprechend zugeordneten, am Basisprofil (4) angeordneten Gegenflächen (8,9) zusammenwirken.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützflächen (6, 7) jeweils an nach unten gerichteten Schenkeln (3; 10) ausgebildet sind.
- Eckkantenschutz mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1, wobei in dem Basisprofil (4) Ausnehmungen ausgebildet sind, in die zugeordnete, entsprechend geformte Vorsprungs-Bereiche (16) des Schenkels (10) eintreten können.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der Trittbereich als Trittschenkel ausgebildet ist, der auf einem Treppenbelag zur Auflage kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (7) an dem zur Trittstufe gerichteter Schenkel (10) an dessen zur Treppenkante gerichteter Seite ausgebildet ist, und daß an entsprechender Stelle am Basisprofil (4) ein entsprechender Steg (11) die der ersten Führungs-Stützfläche (7) zugewandte Gegenfläche (9) aufweist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Führungs-Stützfläche (6) an dem Setzschenkel (3) und die zugeordnete Gegenfläche (8) an einer im wesentlichen nach vorn gerichteten Stirnkante des Basisprofils ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Führungs-Stützfläche (6) an der nach unten gerichteten Rippe (80) ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Führungs-Stützfläche (6) an dem Stützschenkel (3) und die zugeordnete Gegenfläche (8) an einem an entsprechender Stelle auf dem Basisprofil angeordnetem zweiten Steg (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (11,13) auf dem Basisprofil (4) so angeordnet und die Innenseiten der Stegel (11,13) so ausgebildet sind, daß diese einen Gewindetreibkanal (14) für als Befestigungsmittel dienende Treibschrauben (16) bilden.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Trittschenkel (2) Senklöcher (15) zur Aufnahme von Treibschrauben (16) ausgebildet sind.
- Eckkantenschutz nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Senklöcher (15) an der Unterseite des Trittprofils zwischen den Stegen (11) und (13) eine Verstärkungsrippe (150) ausgebildet ist, die in den Spalt zwischen den Stegen (11, 13) eintreten kann.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die höhenverstellbare Halterung als mindestens ein Rastersteg (10' ; 21, 22) mit Vorsprüngen (23,24) (linksseitig und rechtsseitig) an der Unterseite des Trittschenkels (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Vorsprünge (23,24) in entsprechende Einsenkungen (25,26) an den Innenseiten der Schenkel (11,13; 11') einrastbar sind.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die linksseitigen Vorsprünge (23) zu den rechtsseitigen Vorsprüngen (24) der jeweiligen Rasterstege (21, 22) oder die linkseitigen Einsenkungen (25) zu den rechtsseitigen Einsenkungen (26) der Stege (11,13) um einen vorbestimmten Abstand untereinander versetzt sind.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterstege (21,22) um ihre Verbindungsstelle zum Trittschenkel (2) federnd ausgebildet sind.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (23,24) als Zähne ausgebildet sind, deren nach außen weisende Fläche flacher als deren Rückfläche bezüglich der Längsachse der Rasterstege (21,22) ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei den Einsenkungen (25,26) die nach außen weisenden Flächen flacher als deren Rückflächen bezüglich der Längsrichtung der Stege (11,13) ausgebildet sind.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang der federnden Rasterstege (21,22) zum Trittschenkel (2) durch einen außenseitigen Radius (27) und durch einen innenseitigen Radius (28) ausgerundet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterstegwandung der Rasterstege (21,22) durch einen schrägen Übergang (29) versetzt ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisprofil (4) Bohrlöcher (17) zum Festlegen auf der Treppe aufweist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trittschenkel (2) an seiner Außenseite in Profillängsrichrung verlaufende Rillen (18) aufweist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Übergang Trittschenkel (1) Stützschenkel (3) und/oder an einem Abdeckflügel (5) des Trittbereichs (2) Rillen (18) als rutschemmende Oberfläche ausgebildet sind.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale Abschnitt des Basisprofil (4) an seiner Oberseite und/oder seiner Unterseite eine Profilierung (19) ausweist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite des Setzschenkels (3) ein Absatz (20) ausgebildet ist.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite des Setzschenkels (3) als eine Schräge ausgebildet ist, welche nach unten in eine radiale Krümmung übergeht.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel bzw. Stege (10,11,13) an ihren Stirnseiten Fasen oder Rundungen aufweisen.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trittprofil (1) und das Basisprofil (4) aus Aluminium bestehen.
- Eckkantenschutz nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trittprofil (1) und/oder das Basisprofil (4) aus Kunststoff oder einem Kunststofflaminat oder einem Kunststoff-Compound bestehen.
