Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum maschinellen Abpressen von im rückennahen Bereich eingespannt gehaltenen gerundeten Buchblocks (3) mittels eines eine konkave Wirkfläche aufweisenden Formklotzes (4), der auf den Buchblockrücken (3a) mit einer Presskraft einwirkt, mit einem den Formklotz (4) aufnehmenden Schlitten (5), der über Antriebsmittel (18) auf Bogenlaufbahnen (6a) in einem Traglager (6) abwechselnd zu der einen und anderen Seite des Buchblockrückens (3a) schwenkbar ist, mit Mitteln (13-15) zum taktgemäßen Ab- und Aufwärtsbewegen des Formklotzes (4) und mit einer Einrichtung (16,17,19-22) zum Einstellen der Aufsetzhöhenposition (HA) des Formklotzes (4) auf den Buchblockrücken (3a), gekennzeichnet durch eine während des laufenden Betriebs die Höhenposition (HRx) des Buchblockrückens (3a) erfassende Messeinrichtung (36-38, 53) und durch eine Einrichtung zum Positionieren des jeweils abzupressenden Buchblocks (3) und/oder des darauf aufsetzenden Formklotzes 4) derart, dass sich nach dem Aufsetzten ein definierter Abstand (A) von Buchblockrücken (3a) und Formklotz (4) zueinander einstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine in einer der Abpresseinrichtung (2) vorgeschalteten Rundeeinrichtung (1) angeordnete Höhenmesseinrichtung (36-38) zur Erfassung der Höhenposition (HR) beim Runden des Buchblocks (3) und durch eine separat steuerbare Antriebseinrichtung (30,31,33) für die Rundewalzen (23) der Rundeeinrichtung (1), die die Rundebewegung solange ausführt, bis eine definierte Sollhöhenposition (HR) erreicht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine in oder nach der Rundeeinrichtung (1) angeordnete Höhenmesseinrichtung (36-38) zur Ermittlung der nach dem Runden des Buchblocks (3) erreichten Höhenposition (HRx) und einer daraus resultierenden Abweichung (dx) von einer Sollhöhenposition (HR) des Buchblockrückens (3) und durch eine den gerundeten Buchblock (3) während der Überführung in die Abpresseinrichtung (2) auf die definierte Sollhöhenposition (HR) bringende Hubeinrichtung (43-50).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine in oder nach der Rundeeinrichtung (1) angeordnete Höhenmesseinrichtung (36-38) zur Ermittlung der nach dem Runden des Buchblocks (3) erreichten Höhenposition (HRx) und einer daraus resultierenden Abweichung (dx) von einer Sollhöhenposition (HR) des Buchblockrückens (3a) und durch eine während der Überführung des Buchblocks (3) in die Abpressseinrichtung (2) erfolgende gesteuerte Betätigung der Höheneinstelleinrichtung (16,17,19-22,51,52) des Formklotzes (4) zur Korrektur der Aufsetzhöhenposition (HA, HAx) des Formklotzes (4) entsprechend der ermittelten Abweichung (dx).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine in der Abpresseinrichtung (2) angeordnete Messeinrichtung (53), die die Höhenposition (HRx) des Buchblockrückens (3a) während einer durch die Höheneinstelleinrichtung (16,17,19-22) erfolgenden Abwärtsbewegung des Formklotzes (4) ertastet, und durch eine gesteuerte Betätigung der Höheneinstelleinrichtung (16,17,19-22,51,52) des Formklotzes (4) derart, dass mit dem Ertasten der Höhenposition (HRx) die bis dahin erreichte Höhe festgesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formklotz bei jedem Aufsetzen auf den Buchblockrücken neu zum Buchblockrücken positioniert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung aus Kraftmesssensoren (53) gebildet ist und die Ermittlung der Höhenposition (HRx) durch das Absenken des Formklotzes (4) auf den Buchblockrücken (3a) bis zum Kontakt und durch die Rückmeldung der Kraftsensoren (53) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Ertastung des Buchblockrückens (3a) die Höheneinstelleinrichtung (16,17,19-22) den Formklotz (4) durch einen Zusatzhub in eine korrigierte Höhenposition bringt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenmesseinrichtung aus einem an einem Hebel (37) gelagerten Tastelement (36) und einem zugeordneten Analog-Näherungsinitiator (38) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) gleich Null, wenige 1/10 mm über Null oder wenige 1/10 mm unter Null ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine an jedem abzupressenden Buchblock (3) erfolgende Erfassung der Höhenposition (HRX) des Buchblockrückens (3a) und eine entsprechende Positionierung des Buchblocks (3) und des Formklotzes (4) zueinander.
