Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum automatischen Tränken eines zumindest teilweise in einem Bohrloch (28), das in einem saugfähigen Festkörper, vorzugsweise in einem Mauerwerk (30), in Beton oder Holz, ausgebildet ist, angeordneten Saugkörpers (32) mit einer, insbesondere aushärtbaren, Flüssigkeit, insbesondere einer Kapillar-Wassersperre, mit einem Vorratsbehälter (12) für die Flüssigkeit und einem mit dem Vorratsbehälter (12) strömungsverbundenen Auslaufeinrichtung (14),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) vorgesehen ist, wobei in dem Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) eine Tränkmulde (26) ausgebildet ist, die über die Auslaufeinrichtung (14) mit der Flüssigkeit automatisch füllbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter Schenkel (24) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) einen Bohrlocheinbringwinkel (20) bildet, und der geometrische Winkel α zwischen dem Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) und dem zweiten Schenkel (24) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach der Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) mindestens zwei Stangen umfaßt oder im wesentlichen als eine Rohrhälfte oder als ein Rohr ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) in das Bohrloch (28) einschraubbar oder einsteckbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Schenkel (24) separat von der Auslaufeinrichtung (14) und dem Vorratsbehälter (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Schenkel (24) einteilig mit der Auslaufeinrichtung (14) oder mit dem Vorratsbehälter (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tränkmulde (26) derart gestaltet ist, daß bei in das Bohrloch (28) eingebrachtem Bohrlocheinbringschenkel (22) ein verglichen mit dem Bohrloch (28) auf einem niedrigerem Niveau befindlicher Flüssigkeitsspiegel realisierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaufeinrichtung (14) ein auf bzw. in das offene Ende (34) eines Flaschenhalses (16) auf- bzw. eingestecktes oder aufgeschraubtes Auslaufröhrchen (18) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (12) als Tank ausgeführt ist und die Auslaufeinrichtung (14) eine aus dem Tank heraus zu dem Saugkörper (32) führende, kapillare Flüssigkeitsleitung umfaßt.
- Verfahren zum automatischen Tränken eines zumindest teilweise in einem Bohrloch (28), das in einem saugfähigen Festkörper, vorzugsweise in einem Mauerwerk (30), in Beton oder in Holz, ausgebildet ist, angeordneten Saugkörpers (32) mit einer, insbesondere aushärtbaren Flüssigkeit, gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte:(a) Einschieben eines Saugkörpers (32) in das Bohrloch (28) derart, daß er ein aus dem Bohrloch (28) ragendes Ende (34) aufweist,(b) Einbringen des aus dem Bohrloch (28) ragenden Endes (34) zumindest teilweise in eine Tränkmulde (26),(c) Bereitstellen einer Menge der Flüssigkeit in der Tränkmulde (26) mit einem Flüssigkeitsspiegel, der sich verglichen mit dem Bohrloch (28) auf einem niedrigeren Niveau befindet und ein Einsaugen der Flüssigkeit durch das hineinragende Ende (34) des Saugkörpers (32) ermöglicht, und(d) Einsaugen der Flüssigkeit durch den Saugkörper (32).
