Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Schmierstoffen auf die Umfangsfläche der Walzen in Walzgerüsten für das Walzen von Bändern, insbesondere Mehrwalzengerüsten mit Stütz- und Arbeitswalzen (SW; AW) mit der die Schmierstoffe jeweils auf die Umfangsfläche der, das Walzband (WB) beaufschlagenden Arbeitswalze (AW) aufgebracht und dieser Schmierstoffauftrag über, gegen die Umfangsfläche der Arbeitswalze (AW) andrückbare Auftragwalzen (ATW) oder umlaufende Endlosbänder (EB) auf deren Umfangsfläche der Schmierstoff über Tauchwalzen von Sprüh-, Schleuder- oder Zwischenwalzeinrichtungen aufgebracht wird, erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbringen des Schmierstoffes auf ausgewählte Teilbereiche der Umfangsfläche der Arbeitswalzen (ÜW) durch einstellbare Verschiebung der Tauchwalz-, Sprüh-, Schleuder-, Zwischenwalzeinrichtungen bzw. Endlosbänder parallel zur Achse der Arbeitswalze bewirkt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleudereinrichtung aus einer der Tauchwalze achsparallel zugeordneten, deren Umfangsfläche beaufschlagenden Bürstenwalze (BW) besteht, deren Bürstenelemente (BE) den Schmierstoff von deren Umfangsfläche in Richtung der Zwischenwalzeinrichtungen und der Arbeitswalze schleudern. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit einem umlaufenden Endlosband,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dessen Andruckflächen mit Schmierstoff sprühbeaufschlagt werden und dessen Außen- und Innenfläche ein druckeinstellbar beaufschlagbares Dosierrollenpaar (QR) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch,
den Sprüh- bzw. Schleudereinrichtung nachgeordnete, parallel zu deren Drehachse verschiebbare Abdeckblenden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragwalze (ATW) mit einem elastischem, Flüssigkeiten oder pastenförmige Stoffe aufnehmenden Werkstoff umkleidet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Auftragwalze (ATW), Zwischenwalzen (ZÜW), Sprühdüsen (SPD) oder Bürstenwalze (BW) als Gruppenpaare jeweils mit einem zugeordneten Träger aus Positionen im Bereich der beiden Enden der Arbeitswalze (AW) oberhalb der jeweiligen Längskanten (WBR) des Walzbandes (WW) gegeneinander in den Bereich der Längsmitte des Walzbandes (WB) und zurück verschiebbar angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Träger als, mit dem Walzgerüst verbindbare selbstständige auswechselbare Kassetten ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger und/oder eine oder mehrere der Walzen drehachsparallele Oszillierantriebe aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungswatze (ÜW) und ggfs. die Zwischenwalze (ZÜW) unterschiedliche Achslängen aufweisen.
