Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen bestimmbarer Mengen insbesondere auch viskoser Flüssigkeiten (7) auf ein bewegtes Substrat (6), umfassend eine in Vorrichtungslänge sich lang erstreckende Auftragungsrolle (1), eine die Auftragungsrolle (1) mit Flüssigkeit (7) beaufschlagende Zuführeinrichtung, eine die Auftragungsrolle (1) gegen das Substrat (6) pressende Anpreßeinrichtung, die bei Anpressung zwischen der Auftragungsrolle (1) und dem Substrat (6) einen in Laufrichtung (D) der Auftragungsrolle (1) sich verengenden Einzugszwickel (21) bildet, und wenigstens ein auf dem Substrat (6) die Breite der aufgetragenen Flüssigkeit (Auftragungsbreite) begrenzendes, mit der Auftragungsrolle (1) zusammenwirkendes Begrenzungselement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Begrenzungselement durch einen Formkörper (4, 4') gebildet ist, der die Auftragungsrolle (1) entlang eines Rollenlängsabschnitts (A) über einen Teil ihres Umfangs unter Belassen ihrer Drehbarkeit form- und querschnittsgleich einfaßt, wobei der Rollenlängsabschnitt (A) teilweise einen zur Bewegungsrichtung des Substrats (6) quer gerichteten, in diese Querrichtung einen Flüssigkeitseinzug bewirkenden Abschnitt (R) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4, 4') eine Stirngrenzwand (41) aufweist, die, im Profilquerschnitt betrachtet, in den zwischen der Auftragungsrolle (1) und dem Substrat (6) gebildeten Bereich des Einzugszwickels (21) einfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragungsrolle (1) eine Dosierrolle mit Dosier-Strukturfläche (11) ist, die in Rollenlängsrichtung mit vorgegebener Länge (B) in den Formkörper (4, 4') hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von dem Formkörper (4, 4') eingefaßte Rollenabschnitt (A) der Auftragungsrolle (1) nur im Bereich der Rollenanlage an dem Substrat (6) freiliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4, 4'), in Drehrichtung (D) der Auftragungsrolle (1) gesehen, im Bereich hinter der Anlage der Auftragungsrolle (1) an dem Substrat (6) eine gegen die Rollendrehrichtung (D) gerichtete, in den Bereich des Rollenumfangs ragende Längsfläche (45) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragungsrolle (1) eine Dosierrolle ist, die mit Drahtwickel- und/oder Gewindestruktur versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4, 4') zum Einstellen der Auftragungsbreite versetzbar in Vorrichtungslängsrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zwei Formkörper (4, 4') umfaßt, zwischen denen die Auftragungsbreite bestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formkörper (4'), in Bewegungsrichtung (L) des Substrats (6) betrachtet, im Bereich vor der Auftragungsrolle (1) mit einer Spaltfläche (46) ausgestattet ist, deren Erstreckungslänge (e) quer zur Achse (10) der Auftragungsrolle (1) wesentlich größer als der Radius der Auftragungsrolle (1) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4, 4') auf die Auftragungsrolle (1) aufgesteckt und bewegbar quer zur Fläche des Substrats (6) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) mittels eines Schiebelagers (32, 43) in der Anpreßrichtung der Auftragungsrolle (1) entsprechende Richtung (V) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4') zumindest geringfügig schwenkbar um die Achse (10) der Auftragungsrolle (1) mittels letzterer derart gelagert ist, daß er, in Bewegungsrichtung (L) des Substrats (6) betrachtet, mit einem vorderen, von der Auftragungsrolle (1) distanzierten Anlageelement (461) zur Anlage gegen das Substrat (6) gelangen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4'), in Bewegungsrichtung (L) des Substrats (6) betrachtet, im Bereich hinter der Auftragungsrolle (1) mit einem Anlageabschnitt (462, 463) versehen ist, mit dem er bei gegen das Substrat (6) angepreßter Auftragungsrolle (1) gegen ein Anschlagelement (6, 34) zur Begrenzung seiner Schwenkposition bei nichtdrehender Auftragungsrolle (1) zur Anlage kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Auftragungsrolle (1) zwischen dem Formkörper (4') und dem Substrat (6) ein Einlaufspalt (410) gebildet ist, der sich, in Laufrichtung (L) des Substrats (6) betrachtet, länger erstreckt als ein zwischen Formkörper (4') und Substrat (6) vorgesehener Auslaufspalt hinter der Auftragungsrolle (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine magnetische Anpreßeinrichtung umfaßt, wobei dem Substrat (6) eine Magneteinrichtung (5) zugeordnet und die Auftragungsrolle (1) magnetisierbar ist, um sie magnetisch gegen das Substrat (6) zu pressen.
- Vorrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragungsrolle (1) in einem die Zuführungseinrichtung bildenden Tauchtrog (3) angeordnet ist, der zweckmäßig, in vertikaler Dimension der Vorrichtung betrachtet, unterhalb des Substrats (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Gegenanlage (2) bildende Anlagewalze aufweist.
