Claims (14)
- Fertigteil (1) für den Haus- oder Fahrzeugbau, insbesondere zur Verwendung als Teil einer Außenmauer bzw. Außenwand oder eines Fenstersturzes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bauelement (3) mit einem eine Öffnung aufweisenden, dosenförmigen Behälter (9) entlang eines Abschnittes (5) der Behälteraußenfläche untrennbar verbunden ist, wobei der durch die Behälterwand eingegrenzte Raum frei vom Material des Bauelements (3) ist und der eingegrenzte Raum über die Öffnung mit der Umgebung in Verbindung steht und entweder innerhalb des Behälters (9) ein mit dem Bauelement (3) verbundenes Befestigungsmittel (8) angeordnet ist oder im Bauelement (3) eine Gewindehülse (17) angeordnet ist, die das Einschrauben eines Befestigungsmittels (8) über den Innenraum des Behälters (9) ermöglicht.
- Fertigteil (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Behälterwand als auch das Bauelement (3) zumindest je eine Bohrung (6,7) aufweisen, die fluchtend miteinander ausgerichtet sind und die Gewindehülse (17) zum Anschrauben des Befestigungsmittels (8) in der Bohrung (6) des Bauelements (3) angeordnet ist oder wahlweise über die Bohrung (7) in der Behälterwand das Befestigungsmittel (8), vorzugsweise ein Anker in der Bohrung (6) des Bauelements (3) befestigt ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dosenförmige Behälter (9) ein Kunststoffteil oder ein Metallteil ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (9) zur Gänze im Bauelement (3) aufgenommen ist und die die Öffnung des Behälters (9) umgebende Behälterwand bündig mit der Außenfläche des Bauelements (3) abschließt.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dosenförmige Behälter (9) mittels eines Deckels oder einer Abdeckdose (14) verschlossen ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (8) mit Signalfarbe gestrichen ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauelement (3) quaderförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauelement (3) aus wannenförmig angeordneten Ziegelsturzsteinen (11) aufgebaut ist, die mit Beton ausgegossen sind und der dosenförmige Behälter (9) sowie das Befestigungsmittel (8) oder die Gewindehülse (17) in den Beton miteingegossen sind.
- Fertigteil (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beton mit Stahlbewehrungen (4) versehen ist.
- Fertigteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauelement (3) ein Betonstein ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauelement (3) ein Stahlelement ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dosenförmige Behälter (9) mehrteilig gefertigt ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bauelement (3) eine Gegenplatte (18) verankert ist, die über einen Steg (19) mit dem dosenförmigen Behälter (9) verbunden ist.
- Fertigteil (1) nach Anspruch 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (19) mit Ausnehmungen (20), vorzugsweise Öffnungen versehen ist, innerhalb welcher Stahlbewehrungen des Bauelements (3) angeordnet sind.
