Claims (15)
- Fehlbedienungssicherung (1) für einen Treibstangenbeschlag (2) einer an einem Fenster- oder Türflügel entlang in mindestens zwei Schaltstellungen verschiebbar geführten Treibstange (3), bestehend aus einem im montierten Zustand in der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) schwenkbeweglich gelagerten Sperrhebel (7), der einen sich in der Nähe der Innenkante (5) des Flügelüberschlags (6) und zu ihr nahezu parallel erstreckenden Anschlagarm (9) aufweist, der im montierten Zustand in Richtung Nutgrund (10) die Stulpschiene (8) des Treibstangenbeschlags (2) durchgreift und als Sperrarm (12) in jeder Öffnungsstellung des Fenster- oder Türflügels mit einem von mindestens zwei in der Treibstange (3) hintereinander angeordneten Sperrausschnitten (13) mit der Treibstange (3) blockierend in Wirkverbindung tritt,
wobei sich der Sperrhebel (7) im montierten Zustand an die Wandung der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) anlehnt und damit im Bereich der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) U-förmig ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass er zum offenen Ende hin einen Schenkel (14) aufweist, der im montierten Zustand die Außenkante der Stulpschiene (8) C-förmig (16) umgreift und damit die Fehlbedienungssicherung (1) an den Treibstangenbeschlag (2) befestigt. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpschiene (8) an den Außenkanten jeweils mindestens eine Ausnehmung (15) zum Einklipsen der C-förmigen (16) Schenkel (14) des Sperrhebels (7) aufweist - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach Anspruch 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb der Stulpschiene (8) und innerhalb des U-förmigen Bereichs des Sperrhebels (7) ein Führungsteil (4) angeordnet ist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (4) vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial oder aus einem Druckgussmaterial besteht. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (4) formschlüssig durch Anlehnen an die innere Wand des Sperrhebels (7) und kraftschlüssig durch eine Ausnehmung (18) zur Aufnahme des Sperrarms (12) im Sperrhebel (7) aufgenommen ist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (4) eine Aufnahme (17) zur Führung der Treibstange (3) sowohl in horizontaler als auch in vertikaler Richtung aufweist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (18) vom Nutgrund (10) der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) in Richtung Aufnahme (17) der Treibstange (3) in einem spitzen Winkel verlaufend ausgebildet ist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrarm (12) des Sperrhebels (7) in der Nähe des Nutgrundes (10) ausgehend vom äußersten Rand der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) abgewinkelt in Richtung der Längsmittelachse (19) des Treibstangenbeschlags (2) bis zur Oberkante Stulpschiene (8) verläuft. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpschiene (8) unmittelbar neben der Längsmittelachse (19) des Treibstangenbeschlags (2) auf beiden Seiten einen Durchbruch (20) und die Treibstange (3) einen Sperrausschnitt (13) aufweist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Anschlagarm (9) durch die abgewinkelte Form in Vorspannung an eine zur Längsmittelachse (19) der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) befindlichen Begrenzungskante (21) des Sperrausschnitts (13) der Treibstange (3) abstützt. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (7) aus einem Federstahlband gefertigt ist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (7) an der den Längsseitenflächen (22) der Stulpschiene (8) zugewandten Nutfläche mit einem Halteelement (23) versehen ist und damit die Breite der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) überragt. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrhebel (7) an der den Längsseitenflächen (24) zugewandten Nutfläche mit einem Halteelement (25) versehen ist und damit die Breite der Beschlagaufnahmenut (11) überragt. - Fehlbedienungssicherung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
