Claims (11)
- Anlage zum Behandeln, insbesondere zum Lackieren, von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Fahrzeugkarosserien, mit einem Tauchbecken, in dem sich eine Behandlungsflüssigkeit, insbesondere Lack, befindet, in das die Gegenstände kopfüber eingetaucht durchlaufen, wobei auf dem Grund des Tauchbeckens verteilt in Reihen angeordnete Flutrohre mit gerichteten Austrittsdüsen vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Austrittsdüsen (12) nach oben in Richtung auf den eingetauchten Gegenstand (4) gerichtet ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Flutrohre (5) mit nach oben gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (12) abwechselnd mit Flutrohren (5) mit parallel zum Grund (7) des Tauchbeckens (1) und entgegen der Durchlaufrichtung (9) der Gegenstände (4) gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (8) angeordnet sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit nach oben gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (12) ausgestatteten Flutrohre (5) mit Abstand zum Grund (7) des Tauchbeckens (1) angeordnet sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Flutrohre (5) mit nach oben gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (12) bis zu 50 cm vom Gegenstand (4) beträgt. - Anlage nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Eintauchens des Gegenstandes (4) in das Tauchbecken (1) mehr Flutrohre (5) mit nach oben gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (12) vorgesehen sind als im übrigen Tauchbecken (1 ). - Anlage zum Behandeln von Fahrzeugkarosserien nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Flutrohre (5) im ersten Drittel des Tauchbeckens (1) höher ist als im übrigen Tauchbecken (1). - Anlage nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Flutrohre (5) voneinander im ersten Drittel des Tauchbeckens (1) höchstens 120 cm beträgt. - Anlage nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Flutrohre (5) voneinander im übrigen Tauchbecken (1) im Bereich von 150 cm bis 200 cm liegt. - Anlage nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gruppen (17) von Flutrohren (5) mit nach oben gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (12) abwechselnd mit Flutrohren (5) mit parallel zum Grund (7) des Tauchbeckens (1) und entgegen der Durchlaufrichtung (9) des Gegenstandes (4) gerichteten Austrittsdüsen (8) angeordnet sind. - Anlage nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weiterhin an den Seitenwänden des Tauchbeckens (1) Flutrohre (5) angeordnet sind, deren Austrittsdüsen auf Spalte an dem Gegenstand (4) gerichtet sind. - Anlage nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Seitenwänden angeordneten Flutrohre (5) auf Höhe der Flutrohre (5) mit parallel zum Boden (7) des Tauchbeckens (1) ausgerichteten Austrittsdüsen (8) vorgesehen sind.
