Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for fastening posts on a hard surface, containing an anchor element with fasteners for Fixation to the surface and one detachable with the anchor element connectable post support for receiving a post end.
- Fastening devices of the type mentioned are, for example needed when the post of an umbrella, a clothesline, one Information sign, a fence or the like on a concrete, tarred, paved or tiled surface to be erected.
- Known devices have a tubular post support Insert the post end, which is permanently with the underground is screwed.
- the disadvantage of this, however, is that the post support as disturbing obstacle e.g. remains on a terrace if no post is used.
- DE 34 01 015 A1 is a two-part fastening device known in which an anchor element designed as a bolt in the underground is concreted in and a post support with upward-facing tabs on the the thread of the anchor element protruding from the base is screwed on can be.
- the post carrier could be relatively easy if necessary Anchor element to be unscrewed again, but then that would be up standing threads of the anchor element form a dangerous trip hazard.
- DE 199 08 265 A1 is a two-part fastening device known for the gable wall support of a tent or a hall.
- a plate-shaped anchor element anchored to the ground with pegs. Up Bolts protruding from the anchor element can have holes in the plate-shaped base protrude through an attached gable wall support, this connector can be secured by spring elements or the like. This one too Fastening device would therefore be in the disassembled state Fixing bolts remain as tripping hazards.
- an assembly device for railings is known from which is first screwed an anchor element onto the surface which can then be attached to a post support by screws.
- the Anchor elements have a cylindrically curved top, which in Is provided with ribs in the direction of the cylinder axis.
- the complementary to this Shaped bottom of the post bracket can therefore be gradual in different Angular positions, each by mutual engagement of the ribs are specified to be put on.
- US 1 552 569 relates to a fastening mechanism for the posts of a Banister on a staircase.
- anchor elements in the cement Stairs embedded, on which then further device parts can be screwed tight.
- Devices with those to be embedded in the underground Anchor elements are further shown in US 3,328,057 and US 1,725,507.
- JP 2001-349031 A is a fastening device for railing posts known on a straw mat (tatami).

- the anchor element is covered by a plate-shaped hood covered.
- a Device for attaching posts to a hard surface such as to provide a terrace which on the one hand is simple and can also be added later is to be attached and on the other hand a conversion into a non-use state should allow in which it disturbs as little as possible.
- the device is characterized in that the anchor element on its the upper side facing the post carrier is essentially flat and preferably without projections projecting in the direction of the post support is formed, and that it has recesses into which the Outgoing fasteners can intervene.
- Such a device has the advantage that the anchor element is permanently on Can be fixed in place while the post support can only be fixed with the Anchor element is coupled.
- the anchor element remaining on the surface affects not annoying or tripping hazard as it is essentially flat is formed and has no upwardly projecting fasteners.
- the anchor element is slightly curved, so that in assembled state between its underside and the subsurface a cavity arises.
- This cavity offers space for penetrating through the anchor element Post bracket fasteners.
- the cavity ensures more stable, peripheral support of the anchor element as well as corrosion protection by the distance from the ground.
- the post support of the device is preferably designed so that it in the assembled (i.e. connected to the anchor element) the Fasteners of the anchor element covered.
- the Post supports have a base plate that essentially covers the entire Anchor element covered. In this way, the fasteners fall visually not disturbing and are also protected against unauthorized access.
- the anchor element Preferably becomes a bayonet lock between the post bracket and the anchor element trained in the protruding from the post carrier in the recesses of the anchor element are inserted and these can reach behind.
- the dimensions and positioning of the protrusions and the recesses are in a suitable manner on each other vote.
- the projections and the recesses preferably arranged rotationally symmetrically with respect to the post axis, so that the bayonet lock is made by rotating it about this axis or can be solved.
- the Projections on the post support the shape of mushrooms and the recesses on Anchor element in the form of slots with a widened head area.
- the Mushroom projections can then pass through the head area of the slots with their heads passed through and then with the mushroom stem in the narrower slot be inserted.
- the Post carrier L-shaped projections which in the assembled state for Have anchoring element parallel legs. This leg can go through the slots of the anchor element are passed through and the anchor element reach behind for attachment with the post support.
- the bayonet catches are preferably like this designed that by a relative rotation between post support and Anchor element can be attached or detached.
- an additional anti-twist device between the post support and formed the anchor element which an unintentional release of the bayonet catch prevented from the attached state.
- the anti-rotation device can e.g. as a plug element (screw, plug pin, spring element or the like), which is formed by two in the assembled state aligned openings on the post support and anchor element can be performed.
- the anchor element has at least one thread and the post support a corresponding and in the assembled state aligned hole, a screw bolt inserted through this hole and can be screwed into the thread.
- This kind of detachable Fastening has the advantage that there is not necessarily a (hollow) space for the Reaching behind the anchor element must be provided.
- the edge area of the anchor element preferably with one towards the ground sloping bevel.
- Anchoring element With a circular in plan view Anchoring element thus creates a frustoconical edge area.
- the bevel can extend to the outermost edge line of the anchor element run.
- the outermost edge of the anchor element can also be used be formed by a flat edge strip.
- the anchor element preferably has through bores, through which to be anchored or already anchored in the underground Fixing screws can be guided.
- projections can be made on the underside of the anchor element Example in the form of bolts - be provided, which is anchored in the ground can be.
- FIG. 1 shows the preferred embodiment of the invention Fixing device 101 for a post (not shown) in one Exploded view.
- the fastening device 101 which is preferably made of forged, rolled or cast metal (steel, aluminum, Gray cast iron etc.) is essentially made up of two elements, namely the post support 102 and a flat anchor element 103.
- arched anchor element 103 has the shape of a geometrically on its underside open truncated cone with a very low height.
- the Tapered surface 107 forms a radial direction to the edge of the Sloping bevel towards the anchor element. This ensures that under the middle area of the anchor element relative to the flat surface (not shown) creates a cavity and the anchor element to the underground hugs without forming a trip hazard.
- the anchor element is thus “essentially flat”, which is is particularly conditioned or defined by the fact that the anchor element is none Trip hazard on the floor and none when a foot appears unpleasant, sharp impressions in the sole of the foot. Furthermore, one "essentially flat" anchor element, preferably the upper side predominantly (e.g. over 80% of the area) even, with no projections or the like stick up. At the edge, the anchor element is preferred steplessly tapered on all sides (e.g. at an angle).
- the relationship of maximum height to the diameter of such an anchor element preferably between 1: 5 and 1: 100, particularly preferably between 1:10 and 1:50.
- the maximum height of the anchor element is typically less than 15 mm, particularly preferably less than 10 mm.
- the anchor element 103 At the edge of the anchor element 103, three through holes are evenly distributed 105 provided by which the anchor element on a Underground such as the floor of a terrace can. Both head screws can be drilled from above with dowels screwed in as well as threaded bolts already fixed in the ground through the Through holes 105 are inserted and secured by nuts.
- the Area 126 around the through holes 105 is from the curvature of the Anchor element 103 excluded, so that the latter in these areas flat and is stable on the surface.
- a central opening 108 (FIG. 1) of the anchor element 103 serves as Water drain.
- the anchor element 103 has a uniform center point distributes three recesses in the form of arcuate slots 104 an enlarged, circular head portion 106. These keyhole-shaped Recesses form part of a bayonet lock between the post support 102 and anchor element 103.
- the post support 102 consists essentially of a circular one Base plate 114, above which a sleeve 115 rises.
- various holes 110 made during the Production of the post support serve as a zinc drain.
- At the bottom of the Base plate 114 are also three mushroom-shaped projections 113 evenly distributed consisting of a mushroom stem 112 and a mushroom head 111 arranged. This represent the second part of the bayonet lock already mentioned.
- the Protrusions 113 may be integrally formed with the base plate 114, they but can also be screwed, riveted, welded or on otherwise be attached.
- the mushroom heads 111 can by the Head areas 106 are guided in the anchor element 103.
- the Post support 102 rotated relative to anchor element 103 about the post axis whereby the mushroom stalks 112 penetrate into the slots 104 while the Mushroom heads 111 engage behind the anchor element 103 from its underside.
- the Post support 102 can be done in this manner without tools by a simple Rotation a few degrees securely and stably connected to the anchor element 103 become. If the post carrier is not needed, it can be easily carried through a rotation in the opposite direction can be separated from the anchor element again, so that no disturbing object remains as a trip hazard on the ground.
- FIG. 1 shows a ball pin 120a, a hexagon screw 120b, a Eyebolt 120c, eyebolt 120d and wing screw 120e.
- Plug elements with a thread are in a corresponding Thread screwed into the anchor element, the latter e.g. in hole 109 can be cut or otherwise formed.
- Figure 2 shows the preferred used Wing screw 120e in the assembled state of the fastening device in which it is screwed into the aforementioned nut 125.
- the upstanding one is used to hold a post to be held Sleeve 115 of the post element 102.
- the sleeve has a known per se Way at its upper edge a radially inward ring or Eyebolt 116 on the thread of a welded nut 122 ( Figure 3) and is used to insert objects into the sleeve 115 clamp.
- a sleeve 115 can be inserted into the upper opening Adapter 117 made of plastic for centering and various Reduction sleeves 118 (with a slot for the passage of the eyebolt 116) Plastic are used to make a post of a certain diameter to store safely.
- the sleeve can be used when not in use closed at the top by a cover cap 119 made of plastic be, which with two hooks in the side holes 123 ( Figure 3) of the sleeve is snapped into place.
- FIG. 5 shows one in a view from above (left) and below (right) alternative embodiment of an anchor element 103 ', in which the Bevel 107 at its outermost edge through a flat ring 126 is continued.
- the resulting additional ring surface serves the better support of the anchor element 103 'on a surface.
- the post bracket 202 and the anchor element 203 also by a Bayonet lock connectable.
- the bayonet lock will by circular arc-shaped slots 204 in the anchor element 203, which are evenly a circular line are distributed, and by L-shaped projections 213 on the Bottom of the base plate of the post bracket 202 realized.
- the Protrusions 213 consist of a connecting leg 212 and a Leg 211, which in the assembled state is parallel to the anchor element 203 extends and after passing through the slots 204 and a relative rotation between post bracket 202 and anchor element 203 the anchor element from below engages behind.
- the projections 213 can be shown at the edge of the Base plate of the post support. However, you can also in Be arranged inside the base plate, which has the advantage that it in the assembled state are covered.
- Figures 11 to 14 show a third embodiment 301, in which similar as in the first embodiment, a bayonet locking by mushroom-shaped Projections 313 on the post support 302 and keyhole-shaped recesses 304, 306 is formed on the anchor element 303.
- the base plate 314 of the post support is also included a smaller diameter than the anchor element 303, so that it in particular, the through holes 305 in the anchor element are not covered.
