Definitions
- the present invention relates to a floor panel a carrier plate having a rectangular shape, wherein the carrier plate consists of a wood material, with at least one on the top of the carrier plate arranged coating and with on the longitudinal edges and on the transverse edges arranged connecting means for Connect the floor panel with other similar ones Floor panels.
- Such floor panels are also used as Laminate floors are referred to and are predominantly so far as reproductions of wood grain in formats from 1200 x 190 mm to 1400 x 380 mm.
- the wished Appearance is as seamless as possible, i.e. the floor surface should be as closed as possible
- Forming joints between the panels in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction not wanted. That is through special Gluing regulations or profile shapes that one also enable optically closed composite, ensured.
- the display of lined up wooden bars made possible by the decorative print and conveyed optically. Due to its size, the panel comprises several illustrated wooden floorboards, which are even more seamless appear.
- Such floor panels are known under the Inscriptions "Longstrip” with the optical effect of a stick-glued wood in a stick width from 40 to 70 mm, under the designation “2 rod” with the optical Effect of a glued wood in a width of 80 up to 100 mm and under the name “Landhausdiele” an optical effect of a massive floor board in a width of 120 to 220 mm.
- panels are known that are made by a conscious distinctive joint between the panels has the character of a Want to convey real wood floorboards.
- the shape of the joint between the panels is like this chosen by chamfering the edges at an angle of approx. 45 degrees an approx. 2 mm joint between the panels let arise. For this, the side edges are so far edited that a separate and subsequent Sealing the chamfer is required. Because that too Core material of the carrier plate is through the chamfer attacked. The sealing is usually done by the Application of a transfer tape reached.
- the invention is therefore based on the technical problem the look of a classic parquet or To achieve multi-layer parquet with floor panels.
- At least one side edge, i.e. one Cross edge or a longitudinal edge, in the area of the coating are provided with a chamfer, the chamfer only in each case Area of the coating is formed.
- the chamfer can have such dimensions that are varied depending on the type of playback If the bevel is less than 3 mm wide, preferably less than 2 mm and in particular less than 1 mm. Likewise, the depth of the chamfer can be independent be varied in width, the chamfer being a depth less than 3 mm, preferably less than 2 mm and can have in particular less than 1 mm.
- edge area can be in the longitudinal direction and / or in the transverse direction by the application of a appropriate sealant or Transfer tape can be additionally protected.
- the chamfer can also be insulated against moisture and / or in color to the surface design of the Coating can be adjusted. Because the lower ones Layers of the coating can have a different color Surface decor differ.
- the additional coating can preferably consist of a Sealant, in particular from a varnish, or from an adhesive tape, in particular a transfer adhesive tape, consist. This makes it easier in terms of production technology Refinished the chamfers of a floor panel to get the most natural product possible.
- the chamfer technology described results in the laid state the visual effect of the parquet or multi-layer parquet in rod design.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that the longitudinal edges have a length in the range of 600 to 1200 mm and that the transverse edges have a length in the range have from 70 to 190 mm.
- the format of the panel is preferably chosen so that the transverse edges have a length in the range from 85 to 100 mm and in particular have a length of 90 mm. Likewise can the format regardless of the length of the transverse edges be chosen so that the longitudinal edges have a length in the range from 800 to 1000 mm, preferably a length of 855 mm exhibit.
- the advantage of the invention is therefore that optical effect of the multi-layer parquet with the Resilience of laminate flooring is combined.
- the wood material of the carrier plate can be used in further preferably from a medium density fibreboard (MDF board), from a high-density fibreboard (HDF board), from a chipboard or from an oriented strand board Plate (OSB) exist.
- MDF board medium density fibreboard
- HDF board high-density fibreboard
- OSB oriented strand board Plate
- other materials such as other cellulosic materials or Plastics can be used instead of wood-based materials.
- the thickness of the floor panel can be less than 14 mm, preferably less than 9 mm and in particular less than 5 mm. This allows the different Height relationships especially when renovating a existing space is taken into account and the correct thickness of the floor panels used are selected.
- the coating has at least two layers, which as Laminate layer has been applied to the carrier plate.
- the at least two layers consist of impregnated Papers.
- the coating can also be made from a veneer consist. In addition to true-to-life reproductions a decorative layer arranged within the laminate natural surface designs can also be achieved.
- the coating can, depending on the number of Layers, a thickness less than 3 mm, preferably less have than 2 mm and in particular less than 1 mm.
- There the dimensions of the chamfer also depend on the thickness of the Coating can be done by a special choice of thickness of the coating also the possible dimensions of the depth the chamfer can be adjusted.
- the coating of the carrier plate can be above and below are designed in the same way as conventional laminates, one difference is that the decor side is carried out in multiple layers, i.e. there are several impregnated Papers arranged on top of each other, and the bottom too can only consist of one layer.
- the floor panel can match others designed panels along the longitudinal and transverse edges be connected by means of the connecting means. You can do this the connecting means are chosen arbitrarily, whereby it preferred configurations there.
- the decisive factor is Type of laying that is both floating with a mechanically locking so-called click profile or a glued tongue and groove profile as well as on the entire surface Can be glued underground.
- the connecting means can, for example, with mechanical locking elements can be provided Lock two floor panels in the vertical direction as well as in a horizontal direction transverse to the enable interlocked side edges.
- the for Part also referred to as a click connection Lanyards can therefore be used without a Adhesive are connected together.
- the connecting means can Interlocking or interlocking with each other become.
- a positive connection two are connected to each other bordering panels engage with their side edges brought together without any special effort is required.
- a non-positive Connection of at least one locking element Lanyard deformed elastically so that for the Joining requires additional effort is. During the joining process, a force threshold is reached overcome and there is a snap without the elastic deformation is completely regressed.
- connection means of the panels a connection of the Side edges by swiveling two panels enable each other. During panning the locking elements engaged.
- the connecting means can also connect the Side edges by an essentially horizontal Allow moving two panels to each other. there two panels are essentially in one Plane moves towards each other, so that during the approach the Locking elements brought into engagement with each other can be.
- the connecting means have joining surfaces for bonding at least in sections.
- the Joining surfaces are coated with an adhesive layer, either the adhesive preferably already at the factory has been applied, the connecting means are pre-glued, or with the adhesive just before the joining of the panels is applied. In each of the in both cases there is a permanent connection between the panels, which are also one additional protection against the ingress of moisture guaranteed.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention will be mechanically locking Lanyards and lanyards to be glued combined with each other.
- a mechanical Locking provided along a pair of side edges, while one is gluing along the other Side edge pair is arranged.
- the connecting means along the longitudinal edge mechanically can be locked while the transverse edges have a tongue and groove profile have, which is either pre-glued or only is provided with an adhesive shortly before installation.
- the mechanical Lockable fasteners on the long edges too can also be provided with adhesive.
- the adhesive can be easy to apply Glue, a fully synthetic glue, an all-purpose glue or act an anaerobic glue.
- An anaerobic adhesive offers the advantage that this only with exclusion of air hardens and the hardening only takes place when the Joining surfaces lie against each other and the transverse edges are interconnected.
- it can be with the adhesive around a two-component Act reactive adhesive, only then its Adhesive effect achieved when both components are together be brought together. It is special here advantageous if one of the components in capsules is introduced, these capsules under the outer Action, for example by pressure or shear forces, be destroyed and so the one component in contact with the other component, so that the adhesive is its Adhesive effect unfolds. Only then will the adhesive become activated when the joint surfaces when laying together come into contact and so the necessary pressure or Shear forces are exerted on the capsules.
- Such a Reactive adhesive in which a component is encapsulated on the one hand enables an assembly that does not go through adhesive surfaces on the transverse edges is hindered, and on the other hand, the adhesive can be factory-made at Manufacture of the panels can be applied without the There is a risk that the adhesive will remain on for a long time Effect loses.
- others can be set at the factory Adhesives are applied.
- the back of the Floor panels have a room sound absorbing mat, too Sound insulation mat called, glued, for example moisture-resistant and fungus-resistant special cardboard, the the acoustics of the floor changed so that they floating installed condition, the multi-layer parquet very comes close.
- Fig. 1 shows three floor panels 1 and 2, which are interconnected and on one (not shown) have been laid.
- the panels 1 and 2 exist, as the detail enlargement of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show in cross-section, in part a carrier plate 4 having a rectangular shape, which is made of a wooden material.
- the floor panel 1, 2 also has at least one on the top of the Carrier plate 4 arranged coating 5, 6, 7 on and on the longitudinal edges 11 and at the transverse edges 12 Connection means 3 for connecting the floor panel 1 with other similar floor panels 2 arranged.
- the section marked III in FIG. 2 is in Fig. 3 shown enlarged.
- the section shows the adjacent side edges 11 and 12 of the panels 1 and 2.
- the side edges 11 and 12 each have one beveled, chamfered shape, as with bevels 13 and 14 is shown. It should be noted that the chamfers 13 and 14 are formed only along the three laminate layers are, however, not in the carrier material 4 of the panels 1 and 2 intervene. This is shown in particular in FIG remaining vertical sections 15 and 16 clear.
- Panels 1 and 2 are the chamfer 13, 14 with one Additional coating 17 is provided.
- the Additional coating 17 consists of a Sealant, in particular from a varnish, or from an adhesive tape, in particular a transfer adhesive tape.
- the Additional coating 17 is used, among other things, for a color adjustment of the chamfer 13 or 14 to the Surface design of the entire coating before to take.
- the transverse edges 12 preferably have a length in Range from 70 to 190 mm, while the longitudinal edges 11 have a length in the range from 600 to 1200 mm. This achieves a panel with a size that the The size of a bar corresponds to a parquet floor. A large number of installed floor panels therefore result an optical impression that is particularly good at the optical impression of a real parquet floor is adjusted. So it becomes the visual impression of a real parquet flooring with the preferred Properties of a laminate floor connected.
- the transverse edges 12 can also have a length in Range of 70 to 120 mm, preferably a length in Range from 85 to 100 mm, in particular a length of 90 mm.
- the longitudinal edges 11 can Length in the range of 800 to 1000 mm, preferably one Have a length of 855 mm.
- the panels 1 and 2 consist of a layer 4 Carrier board material (HDF - high density fiberboard, MDF - medium density fibreboard, chipboard or oriented strand Board plate (OSB)) on the top and the Underside is coated.
- Carrier board material HDF - high density fiberboard, MDF - medium density fibreboard, chipboard or oriented strand Board plate (OSB)
- FIG. 1 to 3 show two panels 1 and 2, the with a locking mechanism in the form of Connecting means 3 mechanically connected to each other can be.
- the form of the connecting means shown represents a so-called snap or click connection, in the locking means with frictional engagement with each other are engaged. This provides this type of locking one of a plurality of possible connecting means As in the following based on further Embodiments is further explained, the Lanyards of panels 1 and 2 in a lot be designed differently.
- FIGS. 7 to 12 Show exemplary embodiments of transverse edges of panels. It it is pointed out that the Exemplary embodiments of the longitudinal edges with those of Cross edges can be combined and the combination each results in a panel that can be used for the invention.
- the ones shown below different embodiments of the connecting means can with all versions of the size dimensions of the Panels and / or all configurations of the bevels and with other features can be combined.
- Panels 1 and 2 are also rectangular or square shape and have next to the longitudinal edges 11th and 11 'a first transverse edge 12 and a second Transverse edge 12 '.
- a variety of panels 1 and 2 can be made in this way connect that a floor covering with a common surface results.
- the on the side edges 11, 12 existing connecting means extend preferably over the entire length of the side edges 11, 12. This applies to both the longitudinal edges 11 and 11 ' also for the transverse edges 12.
- the panel 1 according to FIG. 4 has an upper side 26 and one Bottom 27 on, on the top 26 a Coating 28 is applied, which is already corresponding above in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 (reference number 5 to 7) laminate coating described can.
- a veneer can also be used as a coating are used.
- the first longitudinal edge 11 has one upper lip 29 on the top 26 and one rounded further area 30 is limited. Below the upper lip 29 is on the first longitudinal edge 11 Longitudinal groove 31 provided by the surface 30 and a lower lip 32 is limited.
- the points to Top surface 26 of the panel 1 facing surface 33 of the lower Lip 32 also has a round course.
- the distal End 34 of lower lip 32 projects beyond the distal end of the upper lip 29 also.
- Projection 35 is provided, which adjoins the surface 33 followed.
- the second longitudinal edge 11 ' has a locking element 36 on that to the top 26 of the panel 1 towards one Area 37 is limited, which is a rounded course has, which is adapted to the course of the surface 30.
- the to the underside 27 facing surface 38 of the Locking element 36 also has a round course and is adapted to the course of the surface 33. So that is the longitudinal groove 31 in the manner of the locking element 36 adjusted so that their cross sections almost match. In the connected state, this results in the longitudinal edges 11 and 11 'for a form fit.
- Behind the Locking element 36 is on the second longitudinal edge 11 ' a recess 39 pointing towards the underside of the panel 1 intended.
- the shape of the recess 39 is the Shape of the projection 35 adjusted.
- Embodiment has the upper lip 29 a first Fit surface 40 which is perpendicular to the top 26 of the Panel 1 runs. On the second longitudinal edge 11 'is one corresponding surface 41 is provided. Both surfaces 40, 41 abut each other when the panels 1 along the Longitudinal edges 11 and 11 'are interconnected. At the Swing it down due to the vertical first mating surface 40, however, required that the lower lip 32 is bent slightly to the underside 27, thus the locking element 36 into the longitudinal groove 31 can intervene. Conversely is also panning up a bending of the lower lip 32 necessary so that in 1 is an increased comparison to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG The effort required for swinging up is necessary.
- the upper lip 29 has a second Fit surface 42 and the top of the Locking element 36 is provided with a surface 43. Both the second mating surface 42 and the surface 43 run parallel to the top 26 of the panels 1. In addition, is on the lower lip 32 to the top of the Panel-facing notch 44 is provided. That at the second longitudinal edge 11 'locking element 36 has a locking lug 45 facing the underside 27, which is adapted to the shape of the locking recess 44.
- Fig. 7 shows a first embodiment for the first Cross edge 12 and the second cross edge 12 '.
- the first The transverse edge 12 has a parallel to the top 26 extending groove 46.
- the groove 46 is from the top Groove lip 47 and the lower groove lip 48 limited.
- the upper Groove lip 47 and the lower groove lip 48 face at their distal ends an upper mating surface 49 and a lower Fitting surface 50 which is perpendicular to the top 26 of the Panels 1 run.
- the second transverse edge 12 ' has a spring 51 which runs parallel to the top 26 of the panel 1. Above and below the spring 51 are also an upper one Mating surface 49 and a lower mating surface 50 are provided run perpendicular to the top 26 of the panel 1.
- the upper and lower mating surfaces 49, 50, the bottom 52 the upper groove lip 47, the top 53 of the lower Grooved lip 48 and the top 54 and bottom 55 of the Spring 51 serve as joining surfaces, each with an adhesive 56 is applied.
- the adhesive 56 is on the upper fitting surface 49 of the first Cross edge 12 only in the area of the recess 57 applied.
- the adhesive 56 is on the bottom 52 of the upper groove lip 47, on the top 53 of the lower Groove lip 48 and the lower mating surface 50 of the first Cross edge 12 applied.
- the adhesive 56 can be a glue, a fully synthetic glue, an all-purpose glue or one act anaerobic glue.
- An anaerobic adhesive provides the advantage that it only cures when there is no air and curing only takes place when the Joining surfaces lie against each other and the transverse edges 12, 12 ' are interconnected.
- the adhesive 56 can be one Act reaction adhesive, which comprises two components.
- the adhesive 56 only develops its adhesive effect when the two components come into contact with each other.
- a layer 59 of adhesive 56 on top of one Joining surface of a panel 1 is shown enlarged.
- the Layer 59 comprises a first component of the Reaction adhesive as well as capsules 60 in the first Component are embedded.
- the capsules 60 is the second component included.
- the layer 59 of the adhesive 56 is only on the top 53 of the lower groove lip 58, so are the shear forces that occur when moving sufficient to destroy capsules 60 and the second Release component.
- the use of such Reaction adhesive with an encapsulated component as Adhesive 56 allows the application of the adhesive 56 without that the assembly of the panels 1 and 2 is hindered.
- a new panel 2 either with the second longitudinal edge 11 ' to the first longitudinal edge 11 of a first one that has already been laid Panels 1 are inclined or with the second Long edge 11 'to the first long edge 11 of a first Panels so that in each case the locking element 36 protrudes into the longitudinal groove 31.
- the new panel 2 pivoted down so that the tops 26 of the panels 1 and 2 lie in one plane. Because the projection 35 engages in the recess 39, the panels 1 and 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal edges 11, 11 'in the plane of the Locked tops 26 relative to each other.
- the adhesive 56 is a reactive adhesive acts, one component in capsules 60 in the Layer 59 of the adhesive 56 is introduced, the adhesive 56 only activated when moving the new panel 2. This happens because when the spring 51 is inserted the groove 46 compressive or shear forces in the layer 59 of the Adhesive 56 occur, causing destruction of the capsules 60 lead.
- the application of the adhesive 56 can already during the factory of the manufacturing process of the panels 1, so that this is not part of the actual laying process is. But it is also possible that the adhesive 56 first during laying before moving and thus before Inserting the spring 51 into the groove 46 is applied. at In the last option, adhesive 56 can also be used whose open time is too short to be can be applied at the factory.
- the adhesive is preferably only at Move activated so that the adhesive effect only then entry. This will prevent the adhesive from sticking to the other assembly interferes.
- the adhesive is preferably through Pressure activated, so that the adhesive effect only occurs when the joining surfaces meet, so only if the form fit between two transverse edges is adjacent Panels enters.
- the adhesive can also be in the layer of the adhesive acting shear forces, which are then occur when moving a joint surface over a other is pushed.
- the glue only shortly before the positive locking along the Cross edges activated. The assembly is not through disrupted an already active adhesive.
- an adhesive Reactive adhesive is used, one component of which is contained in capsules. These capsules can be used when Moving shear forces are destroyed, so that the glue is activated.
- the adhesive can be factory-made at the Manufacture of the panels are applied so that the Laying is as easy as possible. But it is also possible that the glue during assembly before moving is applied. This can prevent the Glue before installation due to excessively long idle times Part of its effect loses or completely loses its Adhesive effect loses. This is important if Glue with short open times should be used.
- the open time is the period of time maximum between the application of the adhesive and the Merging the parts may elapse to one to obtain sufficient adhesive connection.
