Claims (22)
- Dispositif (1) pour le conditionnement d'au moins un produit, notamment cosmétique, le dispositif comportant :i) au moins un compartiment (9, 12) destiné à contenir ledit produit ;ii) un organe (20), au moins en partie compressible élastiquement, disposé dans un passage (13) du dispositif ; etiii) des moyens (2, 3) pour, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement manuelle, générer une surpression fluidique qui, sur au moins une partie de l'organe compressible élastiquement (20), s'applique selon au moins deux directions opposées, de manière à provoquer une réduction de volume de l'organe compressible pour dégager au moins en partie ledit passage.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que :a) le dispositif forme un premier compartiment (9) contenant un premier produit et un second compartiment (12), apte à être disposé au moins en partie au dessus du premier, et contenant un second produit ;b) ledit organe compressible élastiquement forme un premier organe de séparation (20), apte à passer d'une première, position dans laquelle il isole le premier produit du second à une seconde position dans laquelle le premier produit est mis en contact avec le second, le dispositif étant configuré de manière à ce que le passage du premier organe de séparation (20) de la première position à la seconde résulte, à l'équilibre sensible des pressions entre les premier et second compartiments, d'une réduction de volume dudit premier organe de séparation (20) en réponse à une surpression générée à l'intérieur de l'un et/ou l'autre desdits premier et second compartiments (9, 12).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que la réduction de volume de l'organe compressible (20) se traduit au moins par une réduction de la surface d'une section transversale à l'axe du passage (13), dudit organe compressible élastiquement (20).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce qu'il est configuré de manière à ce que le passage dudit premier organe de séparation (20) de la première à la seconde position résulte d'une surpression générée dans le premier compartiment (9) lorsque ce dernier est en dessous du second (12), le niveau de premier produit dans le premier compartiment (9) étant tel, que le passage de la première à la seconde position s'opère avant que le premier produit ne vienne au contact dudit premier organe de séparation (20) .
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que l'organe compressible élastiquement (20) présente une surface externe qui, au moins pour partie, est imperméable.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'organe compressible élastiquement (20) est, au moins pour partie, formé d'un matériau alvéolaire à cellules fermées.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le matériau alvéolaire à cellules fermées est une mousse de polyéthylène, de polyester ou de polyuréthane.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7 caractérisé en ce que, dans la deuxième position, ledit premier organe de séparation (20) flotte à la surface du mélange.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le premier organe de séparation (20) est disposé à l'intérieur d'un passage (13) formé entre les premier et second compartiments et est, préalablement à ladite surpression, maintenu dans ladite première position, par compression partielle selon au moins une direction transversale audit passage, au contact d'une surface interne délimitant ledit passage.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins des parois délimitant ledit compartiment (9, 12) ou l'un desdits compartiments est déformable élastiquement de manière à pouvoir générer ladite surpression en réponse à une pression exercée, latéralement ou axialement, sur ladite paroi déformable élastiquement.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que au moins une partie (4) dudit compartiment (9, 12) ou de l'un desdits compartiments forme soufflet.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 11 caractérisé en ce que le premier compartiment (9) est délimité par un premier récipient (2), le second compartiment (12) étant délimité par un second récipient (10), apte à être monté sur le premier, notamment par vissage ou encliquetage.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que le second récipient (10) comporte une ouverture (45) qui, lorsque ledit premier organe de séparation (20) est dans la première position, est isolée du second produit par ledit premier organe de séparation (20).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 13 caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (45), préalablement au montage du second récipient sur le premier, est obturée de manière amovible par moyen de fermeture (30), notamment sous forme d'un bouchon, en particulier vissé.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 13 ou 14 caractérisé en ce que des moyens (14, 32) sont prévus pour, préalablement au montage du second récipient (10) sur le premier (2), maintenir à position fixe ledit premier organe de séparation (20).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 15 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'immobilisation sont constituési) d'une part, d'une portion (32) du bouchon (30); etii) d'autre part, d'une butée axiale (14) située du côté du premier organe de séparation (20) opposé au bouchon (30).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 16 caractérisé en ce que le second compartiment (12) est délimité par un élément (10) formant un embout d'application pour le mélange desdits produits.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 17 caractérisé en ce que le second compartiment est apte à communiquer avec un orifice de distribution (19) qui, préalablement au mélange, est obturé par un organe de fermeture (40), notamment sous forme d'un élément auto-cassable.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 18 caractérisé en ce qu'il forme un troisième compartiment (43), apte à être disposé au moins en partie au dessus du deuxième (12), et contenant un troisième produit, lesdits premier, second, et troisième produits étant isolés deux à deux par ledit premier organe de séparation (20) et par un second organe de séparation (50), lesdits premier et second organes de séparation (20, 50) étant aptes à passer chacun d'une première position dans laquelle ils isolent deux à deux lesdits premier, second, et troisième produits, à une seconde position dans laquelle les trois produits sont mis au contact les uns avec les autres, le passage des premier et second organe de séparation de la première position à la seconde résultant, à l'équilibre sensible des pressions entre les deux compartiments qu'ils isolent respectivement, d'une réduction de volume multidirectionnelle desdits premier et second organe de séparation (20, 50) en réponse à une surpression générée à l'intérieur de l'un et/ou l'autre desdits premier, second, et troisième compartiments (9, 12, 43).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 19 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) produit(s) contenu(s) dans le (ou les) compartiment(s) (12, 43) autre(s) que celui (9) à l'intérieur duquel est générée ladite surpression, est (sont) sous forme pulvérulente.
- Dispositif (1) pour le mélange extemporané d'au moins deux produits, le dispositif formant un premier compartiment (9) contenant un premier produit et un second compartiment (12), apte à être disposé au moins en partie au dessus du premier, et contenant un second produit, un premier organe de séparation (20) étant apte à passer d'une première position dans laquelle il isole le premier produit du second à une seconde position dans laquelle le premier produit est mis en contact avec le second, le dispositif étant configuré de manière à ce que le passage du premier organe de séparation (20) de la première position à la seconde résulte d'une surpression générée dans l'un ou l'autre desdits premier et second compartiments, ledit premier organe de séparation (20), lors de son passage de la première position à la seconde, se déplaçant en direction du compartiment à l'intérieur duquel est générée la surpression.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour la réalisation d'un mélange destiné à former une composition cosmétique, notamment pour la coloration capillaire.
