一种挤压开启配制瓶发明,包括:瓶旋盖、瓶颈、瓶颈口、瓶上腔、腔颈压盖、瓶腔颈和瓶下腔组成,其特征是:瓶下腔盛水,腔颈压盖封住瓶腔颈,再给瓶上腔盛装浓缩汁或粉末,同时充入氮气,最后有瓶旋盖旋紧在瓶颈口上,当饮用时,用双手挤压瓶下腔,使腔颈压盖脱离瓶腔颈,通过摇晃配制瓶,使水与浓缩汁或粉末融合,这时打开瓶旋盖即可饮用,本发明的优点:其一是通过挤压摇晃现配制即可饮用,较为方便;其二是浓缩汁或粉末独立存放,减少了防腐剂的量,使饮品更绿色;其三是分开存放,延长了产品的使用保质期;其四是瓶子结构创新,提高了产品的可操作性和观赏性,给客户看到饮用前的实质物体,其五是氮气充入有防腐作用,且氮气压缩比大,易打开腔颈压盖。

本发明涉及一种新的饮料瓶,即挤压开启配制瓶。
背景技术:
目前,市场上的饮品主要以纯净水、矿泉水和水混合饮料为主,且包装结构单调,纯净水、矿泉水保质期一般为二年,不含食品添加剂,但饮用口感单一;水混合饮料一般保质期为一年,且含食品添加剂,随着人们生活水平的提高,越追求生活质量,对水饮用品要求绿色环保,要创造新的水饮品和新的功能性产品来适合人们对水饮品更高的消费需求。
发明内容:
本发明其目的在于:提供一种新的配制瓶,在结构设计上采用了瓶上腔和瓶下腔,腔颈压盖压住瓶腔颈,起到了分隔效果。
本发明是这样实现的:一种挤压开启配制瓶,由瓶旋盖、瓶颈、瓶颈口、瓶上腔、腔颈压盖、瓶腔颈和瓶下腔组成,其特征是:瓶下腔盛水,有腔颈压盖封住瓶腔颈,再给瓶上腔盛装浓缩汁或粉末,最后有瓶旋盖旋紧在瓶颈上,使用时用双手挤压瓶下腔,使腔颈压盖脱落开瓶腔颈,通过摇晃配制瓶,使水浓缩汁或粉末融合,这时打开瓶旋盖即可饮用。

本发明的技术方案是:第一步把挤压开启配制瓶下腔装水,后用腔颈压盖封住瓶腔颈,再把瓶上腔装进浓缩汁或粉末,最后用瓶旋盖封住瓶颈口即好;第二步用双手挤压瓶下腔,用挤压推动腔颈压盖脱离瓶腔颈,通过摇晃配制瓶,使瓶上腔的浓缩汁或粉末与瓶下腔的水融合,当打开瓶旋盖即可饮用。
本发明的有益效果是:瓶上腔的体积小于瓶下腔的体积几倍,饮品的防腐添加剂就会小于混合饮品的常量几倍,减少了食品添加剂,提高了饮品质量,减弱了饮品对人体的损害,使饮品更加绿色化;其二是把水与浓缩汁或粉末分开存放,延长了产品的保质期限;其三是配制瓶结构创新,具有观赏性和可操作性,可现配制饮用;其四是浓缩汁或粉末在瓶上腔独立存放,给饮用者看到饮品的实质物体,直观到物有所值;其五是这种利用挤压原理打开瓶颈压盖,能够启发人们的动手能力,并丰富了人们的思维想象。

实施例:在图1中,第一步把挤压开启配制瓶(9)的瓶下腔(6)装水(10),后用腔颈压盖(4)封住瓶腔颈(5),再把瓶上腔(3)装进浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)同时充入氮气(7),最后用瓶旋盖(1)封住瓶颈口(2-1)即好。第二步用双手挤压瓶下腔(6),用挤压力压迫水(10)推动腔颈压盖(4)脱离瓶腔颈(5),通过摇晃配制瓶(9),使瓶上腔(3)的浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)与瓶下腔(6)的水(10)融合,当打开瓶旋盖(1)即可饮用。
实验证明
本发明优点:其一是瓶上腔的体积小于瓶下腔的体积几倍,饮品的防腐添加剂就会小于混合饮品的常量几倍,减少了食品添加剂,提高了饮品质量,减弱了饮品对人体的损害,使饮品更加绿色化;其二是把水与浓缩汁或粉末分开存放,延长了产品的保质期限;其三是配制瓶结构新颖,具有观赏性和可操作性,可现配制饮用;其四是浓缩汁或粉末在瓶上腔独立存放,给饮用者看到饮品的实质物体,直观到物有所值;其五是这种利用挤压原理打开瓶颈压盖,能够启发人们的动手能力,并丰富了人们的思维想象;其六是氮气对浓缩汁或粉末有防腐作用,且氮气压缩的比大于干空气的压缩比,挤压瓶下腔,迫使水推动腔颈压盖易脱落瓶腔颈,起到了防腐和腔颈压盖易打开的双重作用,因氮气属惰性气体,无色、无味、无毒,对食品能够起到长时间的保鲜效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种挤压开启配制瓶,由瓶旋盖(1)、瓶颈(2)、瓶颈口(2-1)、瓶上腔(3)、腔颈压盖(4)、封住瓶腔颈(5),再给瓶上腔(3)盛装浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1),同时充入氮气(7),最后有瓶旋盖(1)旋紧在瓶颈口(2-1)上,使用时用双手挤压瓶下腔(6),使腔颈压盖(4)脱离瓶腔颈(5),通过摇晃配制瓶(9)使水(10)与浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)融合,这时打开瓶旋盖(1)即可饮用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤压开启配制瓶,其特征在于:通过挤压下腔(6)使腔颈压盖(4)脱离瓶腔颈(5),通过摇晃配制瓶(9)促使瓶上腔(3)的浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)与瓶下腔(6)水(10)融合后,即可饮用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤压开启配制瓶,其特征在于:浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)与水(10)分开独立存放,减少了添加剂、防腐剂的量,使饮品更绿色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的挤压开启配制瓶,其特征在于:浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)与瓶下腔(6)里面的水(10)分开存放,延长了产品的使用保质期。
5.根据权利要求1所述的挤压开启配制瓶,其特征在于:有瓶旋盖(1)、瓶上腔(3)、腔颈压盖(4)、瓶腔颈(5)瓶下腔(6)组成了配制瓶(9),腔颈压盖(4)分隔了瓶上腔(3)与瓶下腔(6),结构创新,且具有可操作性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的挤压开启配制瓶,其特征在于:浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)与水(10)分开存放,体现了饮品的观赏性,给饮用者看到饮用品的实质物体,直观到物有所值。
7.根据权利要求1所述的挤压开启配制瓶,其特征在于:氮气(7)对浓缩汁(8)或粉末(8-1)有防腐作用,且氮气(7)压缩比大,挤压瓶下腔(6),迫使水(10)推动腔颈压盖(4)易脱落瓶腔颈(5),起到防腐保鲜和腔颈压盖(4)易打开的双重作用。
