Abstract

一种螺旋开启配制瓶发明,包括:上瓶盖、上瓶、连接旋盖和下瓶组成,其特征是;连接旋盖与上瓶底部装配,连接旋盖角位置有“O”型圈防上瓶底孔泄漏,这时瓶底内齿与旋盖外齿吻合,上瓶凹槽与旋盖凸筋吻合,且顶部有易开盖,内侧有旋盖内牙和回止槽;生产时,第一步把上瓶的上瓶腔注入浓缩汁或粉末,再用上瓶盖旋封住上瓶口;第二步把下瓶注水;第三步用上瓶的瓶底装配好的连接旋盖按顺时针旋入封住下瓶口;第四步当饮用时,还是按顺时针扭转上瓶,同步带动连接旋盖的旋盖内牙顺着瓶颈螺牙向下旋进,这时下瓶口就会顶出易开盖,实现上瓶与下瓶连通,通过摇晃配制瓶,即可饮用,其优点是:浓缩汁或粉末独立存放,饮品更绿色,分开存放,延长了保质期。

本发明涉及一种新的饮料瓶,即螺旋开启配制瓶。
背景技术
目前,市场上的饮品主要以纯净水、矿泉水和水混合饮料为主,且包装结构单调,纯净水、矿泉水保质期一般为二年,不含食品添加剂,但饮用口感单一;水混合饮料一般保质期为一年,且含食品添加剂,随着人们生活水平的提高,越追求生活质量,对水饮用品要求绿色环保,要创造新的水饮品和新的功能性产品来适合人们对水饮品更高的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明其目的在于:提供一种新的配制瓶,在结构设计上采用了上瓶、连接旋盖和下瓶组合,连接旋盖上的易开盖,起到了分隔效果。
本发明是这样实现的:一种螺旋开启配制瓶,由瓶旋盖、瓶颈、瓶颈口、瓶上腔、连接旋盖、下瓶颈和下瓶组成,其特征在于:所述的上瓶腔盛装浓缩汁或粉末,有上瓶盖旋紧上瓶口;下瓶腔盛水,有连接旋盖上的易开盖封住下瓶腔;使用时一手握紧下瓶,另一手按顺时针方向扭转上瓶,同步带动连接旋盖,顺着瓶颈螺牙向下旋进,这时下瓶口就会顶开易开盖,实现了上瓶与下瓶连通,通过摇晃配制瓶,使水浓缩汁或粉末融合,这时打开上瓶盖即可饮用。
所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,通过扭转上瓶与下瓶,由连接旋盖顺下瓶的瓶颈螺牙,旋进顶出易开盖,促使瓶上腔的浓缩汁或粉末与瓶下腔融合后,即可饮用。
所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,浓缩汁或粉末与下瓶腔里面的水分开独立存放,减少了添加剂、防腐剂的量,使饮品更绿色。

本发明的技术方案是:第一步把连接旋盖与上瓶凹底组装好,这时上瓶底孔就密封住了,再往上瓶腔注入浓缩汁或粉末,最后旋紧上瓶盖封住上瓶口;第二步把下瓶注水,后用装配好上瓶底部的连接旋盖旋进封住下瓶口;第三步当饮用时,用一只手握住下瓶,另一只手按顺时针扭转上瓶,同步带动连接旋盖顺着瓶颈螺牙向下旋进,这时下瓶口就会顶离易开盖;第四步通过摇晃配制瓶,使上瓶腔的浓缩汁或粉末与下瓶腔的水融合,当打开上瓶盖即可饮用。
本发明的有益效果是:上瓶腔的体积小于下瓶腔的体积几倍,饮品的防腐添加剂就会小于混合饮品的常量几倍,减少了食品添加剂,提高了饮品质量,减弱了饮品对人体的损害,使饮品更加绿色化;其二是把水与浓缩汁或粉末分开存放,延长了产品的保质期限;其三是配制瓶结构创新,具有观赏性和可操作性,可现配制饮用;其四是浓缩汁或粉末在上瓶腔独立存放,给饮用者看到饮品的实质物体,直观到物有所值;其五是这种利用螺旋原理打开易开盖,能够启发人们的动手能力,并丰富了人们的思维想象。

实施例:在图1中,第一步把螺旋开启配制瓶的上瓶(3)与连接旋盖(12)装配好,给上瓶腔(4)盛入浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10-1),再给上瓶颈(2)旋进上瓶盖(1);第二步把下瓶腔(7)装入水(13),把上瓶(3)底部的连接旋盖(12)旋进下瓶(8)的下瓶颈(6)上;第三步用一只手握住下瓶(8),另一只手抓住上瓶(3)按顺时针旋进,这时下瓶口(25)顶离易开盖(26),这时有限位颈凸(24)挡住反回止圈(23),实行限位,第四步通过摇晃配制瓶,使上瓶腔(4)的浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10-1)与下瓶腔(7)的水(13)融合,当打开上瓶盖(1)即可饮用。
实验证明
本发明优点:其一是上瓶腔的体积小于下瓶腔的体积几倍,饮品的防腐添加剂就会小于混合饮品的常量几倍,减少了食品添加剂,提高了饮品质量,减弱了饮品对人体损害,使饮品更加绿色化;其二是把水与浓缩汁或粉末分开存放,延长了产品的保质期限;其三是配制瓶结构新颖,具有观赏性和可操作性,可现配制饮用;其四是浓缩汁或粉末在瓶上腔独立存放,给饮用者看到饮品的实质物体,直观到物有所值;其五是这种利用螺旋原理打开瓶颈压盖,能够启发人们的动手能力,并丰富了人们的思维想象;其六是提供了一种瓶装的水与饮料之间的空白地带,现配制饮料,且操作简单、方便、卫生。

1.一种螺旋开启配制瓶,由上瓶盖(1)、上瓶口(9)、上瓶(3)、连接旋盖(12)和下瓶(8)组成,上瓶腔(4)注入浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10~1),连接旋盖(12)含有“O”型圈位(11)、装“O”型圈(14)、旋盖外齿(15)、旋盖凸筋(19)、旋盖内牙(18)、回止槽(22)、反回止圈(23)和易开盖(26)、上瓶(3)底部圆柱形的上瓶凹底(5),有上瓶底孔(27)、瓶底内齿(16)和上瓶凹槽(20);下瓶(8)的下瓶颈(6)上的瓶颈螺牙(17)、限位颈凸(24)和下瓶口(25)、下瓶腔(7)盛装水(13),其特征是:第一步把螺旋开启配制瓶的上瓶(3)与连接旋盖(12)装配好,给上瓶腔(4)盛入浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10-1),再给上瓶颈(2)旋进上瓶盖(1);第二步把下瓶腔(7)装入水(13),把上瓶(3)底部的连接旋盖(12)旋进下瓶(8)的下瓶颈(6)上;第三步用一只手握住下瓶(8),另一只手抓住上瓶(3)按顺时针旋进,这时下瓶口(25)顶离易开盖(26),这时有限位颈凸(24)挡住反回止圈(23),实行限位,第四步通过摇晃配制瓶,使上瓶腔(4)的浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10-1)与下瓶腔(7)的水(13)融合,当打开上瓶盖(1)即可饮用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:连接旋盖(12)与上瓶凹底(5)装配,使上瓶(3)能够独立储放浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10-1),同时可以封住下瓶口(25)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:“O”型圈(14)在“O”型圈位(11)置上,可以封住上瓶凹底(5)与连接旋盖(12)间隙的防泄漏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:连接旋盖(12)有上瓶(3)与下瓶(8)的连接作用,同时又隔离了上瓶腔(4)里面的浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10-1)与下瓶腔(7)注入的水(13)能各自独立存放。
5.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:连接旋盖(12)含有易开盖(26)、“O”型圈位(11)、旋盖外齿(15)、旋盖凸筋(19)、旋盖内牙(18)、回止槽(22)和反回止圈(23)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:浓缩汁(10)或粉末(10~1)与水(13)分开独立存放,减少了添加剂、防腐剂的量,使饮品更绿色,且分开存放,延长了产品的使用保质期,体现了饮品的观赏性,给饮用者看到饮用品的实质物体,直观到物有所值。
7.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:有上瓶盖(1)、上瓶(3)、连接旋盖(12)和下瓶(8)组成的配制瓶(28),结构创新,且具有可操作性。
8.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋开启配制瓶,其特征在于:上瓶(3)有圆柱性的上瓶凹底(5)、瓶底内齿(16)、上瓶凹槽(20)和上瓶底孔(27)构成。
