本发明公开了一种速配饮料瓶盖,包括瓶盖帽和瓶盖主体,所述瓶盖主体的下侧具有与瓶口外螺纹配合的内螺纹;瓶盖主体伸入瓶口的部分,由侧壁和封口板构成盛装调味材料的腔体;所述封口板与腔体侧壁一处作可转动连接点,剩余部分设置V型槽;所述瓶盖主体的侧壁外侧上部设置导向块与瓶盖帽上设置的导槽配合,瓶盖帽内部设置插入瓶盖主体腔体内的空体;所述空体下端不平整,并在一端头设置刃口。本发明所采用的推进式拧转划破的打开方式,简化了瓶盖填充材料的繁琐,便捷地提供了饮用者饮用到矿泉水或纯净水与饮料搭配的不同口味饮品。

一种速配饮料瓶盖
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内部装有调味材料的速配饮料瓶盖。
背景技术
瓶装饮料因其方便快捷性,深受广大群众消费者的喜爱。随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者追求的不仅仅是其快捷,同时对营养与健康也有了更高的需求,追求健康型的瓶装饮料将成为消费趋势。现有的市售瓶装饮料均已为水、配料混合剂。以果汁饮料为例,为保护产品中含有的维生素和色素等天然成分的稳定,在加工过程中需加入稳定剂、护色剂、防腐剂等添加剂减小风味变化,以达到保证风味、延长货架期,减少营养成分损失的目的。为减少饮品中营养素损失和食品添加剂的使用,满足消费者对健康饮品的需求,特提出本发明。其方法是采用一种新型瓶盖,将水和配料分隔包装,在消费者饮用前即时混合,以此保证了饮品的货架期与新鲜度。同时,此种新型瓶盖为消费者提供了多种风味饮品选择的可能性,携带方便,并且因简化灭菌工艺大大降低了饮料生产制造成本,瓶盖运输成本也只有饮料运输的十八分之一,减少了对环境的污染。
授权公告号为CN 201330008Y的实用新型专利公开了一种用于饮料瓶的瓶盖,由盖体、密封垫、冲泡物和刺穿机构组成,盖体设有内套筒和外套筒,外套筒和瓶体连接,内套筒预密封垫形成密闭腔,穿刺机构有上下刀片置于瓶体密封膜和内套筒之间,饮用时,旋瓶盖刺穿上下密封膜,内容物落下,即可饮用。但该瓶盖包含有独立刺穿件,占用空间较大,导致成品较大。授权公告号为CN201647324U的实用新型专利公开了一种饮料瓶盖组,由瓶盖、分装皿及环插刀组成,分装皿以隔膜封闭底部,内由向上透空容室,环插刀设于容室内,瓶盖和环插刀之间设有连动结构,瓶盖逆时针转动,通过连动结构使环插刀自转,其切刃使分装皿的隔膜打开。但其结构复杂,加工制作不易,成本较高。授权公告号为CN202163716U的实用新型专利公开了一种可容置添加物的饮料瓶盖,使用时,取下易拉环,以下压方式使内管推开密封片,内容物即可落下。但其易拉环需要易于取下,制造需要两种材料,成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的缺陷与不足,本发明目的在于提供一种速配饮料瓶盖,该装置与盛装矿泉水或纯净水的瓶身配合,构成完整的饮料瓶。所述的瓶盖帽与瓶盖主体之间的配合,能够实现对调味材料的完善保存,并且可随时对矿泉水或纯净水中注入调味材料,而喝到特殊口味的饮品,对于饮用者来说,更具实用性。本发明所采用的推进式拧转划破的打开方式,简化了瓶盖填充材料的繁琐。
实现上述发明目的所采用的技术方案是:一种速配饮料瓶盖,包括瓶盖帽和瓶盖主体,所述瓶盖主体的下侧具有与瓶口外螺纹配合的内螺纹;瓶盖主体伸入瓶口的部分,由侧壁和封口板构成盛装调味材料的腔体;所述封口板与腔体侧壁一处作可转动连接点,剩余部分设置V型槽;所述瓶盖主体的侧壁外侧上部设置导向块与瓶盖帽上设置的导槽配合,其特征在于,瓶盖帽内部设置插入瓶盖主体腔体内的空体;所述空体下端不平整,并在一端头设置刃口;所述空体外侧设置密封突起,密封与瓶盖主体腔体间的间隙。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图给出的具体实施方式,对本发明一种速配饮料瓶盖作进一步描述:
图1给出了本发明速配饮料瓶盖的结构示意图,包括瓶盖帽1和瓶盖主体4,所述瓶盖主体4下侧的内螺纹与瓶口外螺纹配合;瓶盖主体4伸入瓶口的部分,由侧壁和封口板7构成盛装调味材料的腔体,腔体与空体所组成的空间内,盛装调味材料。所述封口板7与腔体侧壁一处作可转动连接点,剩余部分设置V型槽8,当刃口6被拧动向下划伸时,V型槽8裂开调味材料落入水中,连接点保证封口板7不会掉落;所述瓶盖主体4的侧壁外侧上部设置导向块3与瓶盖帽1上设置的导槽2配合,瓶盖帽1内部设置插入瓶盖主体4腔体内的空体;所述空体下端不平整,并在一端头设置刃口6,导槽2的螺旋结构控制空体的上下运动、刃口6的伸缩,空体外侧设置密封突起5,密封与瓶盖主体4腔体间的间隙。
饮用纯净水或矿泉水时:勿拧动瓶盖帽1,直接拧开下方的瓶盖主体4,即可饮用纯净水或矿泉水。
饮用饮品时:在保证本发明瓶盖主体4拧在瓶口上的前提下,拧动瓶盖帽1,至刃口6旋转划开V型槽,调味材料掉落水中,轻摇均匀,静置小会儿即可饮用。

1.一种速配饮料瓶盖,包括瓶盖帽(1)和瓶盖主体(4),所述瓶盖主体(4)的下侧具有与瓶口外螺纹配合的内螺纹;瓶盖主体(4)伸入瓶口的部分,由侧壁和封口板(7)构成盛装调味材料的腔体;所述封口板(7)与腔体侧壁一处作可转动连接点,剩余部分设置V型槽(8);所述瓶盖主体(4)的侧壁外侧上部设置导向块(3)与瓶盖帽(1)上设置的导槽(2)配合,其特征在于,瓶盖帽(1)内部设置插入瓶盖主体(4)腔体内的空体;所述空体下端不平整,并在一端头设置刃口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速配饮料瓶盖,特征在于,所述空体外侧设置密封突起(5),密封与瓶盖主体(4)腔体间的间隙。
