Claims (13)
- Exzenterbolzen (1) für Weichenverschlüsse zur Kopplung eines Verschlusslagers (11) mit einer Verschlussklinke (12) umfassend an seinen Enden zwei koaxial angeordnete Zylinder und einen dazwischen exzentrisch angeordneten Zylinder (3), durch gekennzeichnet, dass
in den einen koaxial angeordneten Zylinder (20) ein Konus (2) einschiebbar ist und ein Befestigungsmittel (7) vorgesehen ist, mit dem durch den Konus (2) der genannte Zylinder aufdrückbar ist, um mit dem Verschlusslager (11) eine Verspannung zu erwirken. - Exzenterbolzen (1) für Weichenverschlüsse zur Kopplung eines Verschlusslagers (11) mit einem Verschlussklinke (12) umfassend an seinen Enden zwei koaxial angeordnete Zylinder und einen dazwischen exzentrisch angeordneten Zylinder (3), durch gekennzeichnet, dass
über den einen koaxial angeordneten Zylinder ein Konus einschiebbar ist und ein Befestigungsmittel (7) vorgesehen ist, mit dem durch den genannte Zylinder der Konus aufdrückbar ist, um mit dem Verschlusslager (11) eine Verspannung zu erwirken. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der eine koaxial angeordneten Zylinder (20) Schlitze (22) aufweist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Konus Schlitze (22) aufweist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Befestigungsmittel (7) eine Sechskantschraube vorgesehen ist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der eine koaxiale Zylinder (20) mit dem Konus (2) formschlüssig so verbunden ist, dass die Verbindung nach erfolgter Befestigung mit dem Befestigungsmittel (13) selbsthemmend ist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
für die Fixierung der axialen Lage des Exzenterbolzen (1) eine Fixierscheibe (5) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Befestigungselement (7) an das Verschlusslager (11) andrückbar ist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach Anspruch 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixierscheibe (5) über einen Zweikant (18) mit dem Exzenterbolzen (1) und über einen Passkerbstift (10) mit dem Verschlusslager (11) gekoppelt ist, um eine Verdrehung zu verhindern. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der exzentrisch angeordnete Zylinder (3) über eine aus einem elastischen Material hergestellte Büchse (8) mit der Verschlussklinke (12) drehbar gekoppelt ist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach Anspruch 9;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Büchse (8) aus Gummi hergestellt ist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der exzentrisch angeordnete Zylinder (3) auf der einen Seite einen Ring (6) aufweist, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als jener des exzentrisch angeordneten Zylinder(3) und dass auf der anderen Seite ein Hubbegrenzungsring (14) einschiebbar ist, dessen Durchmesser gleich dem Durchmesser des Rings (6) ist und dass die Büchse (8) zwischen Ring (6) und Hubbegrenzungsring (14) angeordnet ist. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Konus (2) mit dem Exzenterbolzen (1) formschlüssig gekoppelt ist, um eine Verdrehung zu verhindern. - Exzenterbolzen (1) nach Anspruch 12;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Konus (2) mit dem Exzenterbolzen (1) für die formschlüssige Kopplung eine ovale Ausnehmung (23) und einen ovalen Vorsprung (24) aufweisen.
