Weichenzungen. Eine nochmalige Verschiebbarkeit ergibt sich durch die Verwendung von Bohrung 9 oder von Bohrung 10 zur Aufnahme des Lagerbolzens 11. Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zur Einstellung der Symmetrie in einem - insbesondere in einer Hohlschwelle eingebautem - Weichenstellsystem, das eine Antriebsstange (20) und je eine mit einer Weichenzunge (22) verbundene Nockenstange (5) aufweist, wobei die Nockenstange (5) und die Antriebsstange (20) mit Feststellmitteln (13; 11) miteinander fest verbindbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Nockenstange (5) und die Antriebsstange (20) bei gelösten Feststellmitteln (13) relativ zueinander in einem Raster verschiebbar sind und mittels der Feststellmittel (13; 11) über einen Formschluss (7, 8; 9, 10) fest verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Nockenstangen (5) mit einem als Mittenangriff (2) ausgebildeten Angriffsflansch (2, 3) fest gekoppelt sind, wobei der Angriffsflansch (2, 3) und ein mit der Antriebsstange (20) verbundenes Angriffstück (1) relativ zueinander in einem ersten Raster verschiebbar sind und mittels der Feststellmittel (13) über einen Formschluss (7, 8) fest verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Nockenstange (5) mit einem als Seitenangriff (3) ausgebildeten Angriffsflansch (2, 3) fest gekoppelt ist, wobei der Angriffsflansch (2, 3) und ein mit der Antriebsstange (20) verbundenes Angriffstück (1) relativ zueinander in einem ersten Raster verschiebbar sind und mittels der Feststellmittel (13) über einen Formschluss (7, 8) fest verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Antriebsstange (20) mittels einem Lagerbolzen (11) mit dem Angriffsstück (1) verbindbar ist, wobei ein zweites Raster durch wenigstens zwei Bohrungen (9, 10) gebildet wird, durch welche der Lagerbolzen (11) einschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Lagerbolzen (11) mit einer Vorsteckfeder (27) gesichert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Lagerbolzen (11) im Bereich einer zylindrischen Durchführung durch die Antriebsstange (20) gegenüber dieser Durchführung eine Verjüngung (S2) aufweist und die Verjüngung (S2) im wesentlichen kreisförmig ausgebildet ist, um eine kleine Drehbarkeit der Antriebsstange quer zu ihrer Betätigungsrichtung zu ermöglichen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verjüngung (s2) zweifach im Bereich der Durchführung durch die Antriebsstange (20) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Feststellmittel durch Feststellschrauben (13) gebildet werden, die in das Angriffsstück (1) einschraubbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein drittes Raster durch eine asymmetrische Anordnung der Bohrungen (9, 10) im Angriffsstück (1) gebildet wird, wobei das Angriffsstück (1) in zwei um 180° gedrehte Positionen mit dem Angriffsflansch (2, 3) über den Formschluss (7, 8) fest verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Angriffsstück (1) und der Angriffsflansch (2, 3) je eine Keilbahn aufweisen, dass der Formschluss durch mehrere in eine Keilbahn eingreifende Einstellkeile (8) und durch einen in beide Keilbahnen eingreifenden Hauptkeil (7) gebildet wird und dass das Raster durch die Breite der Einstellkeile (8) gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Summe gebildet aus der Breite der Einstellkeile (8) und der Breite des Hauptkeils (7) gleich der Breite der einen Keilbahn und die Breite des Hauptkeils (7) gleich der Breite der anderen Keilbahn ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Formschluss durch eine sägezahnförmige Zackenverbindung gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Feststellschrauben (13) einen Sechskantkopf aufweisen und ein Sicherungsblech (12) vorgesehen ist, welches der Grösse des Sechskantkopfes entsprechende sechs- oder zwölfeckige Oeffnungen aufweist um ein Lösen der Feststellschrauben (13) zu verhindern, dass das Sicherungsblech über den Angriffsflansch (2, 3) drückbar ist und durch einen Kraftschluss gegen ein zufälliges Lösen gesichert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das Sicherungsblech (12) die Einstellkeile (8) und den Hauptkeil (7) gegen eine seitliche Verschiebung sichert.
