Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock cylinder with a connection bridge provided for screwing in a lock case, with at least one on the connecting bridge attached cylinder housing and with one in the Cylinder housing rotatable and axially immovable arranged cylinder core for moving a lock bit.
- Such a locking cylinder is a double profile locking cylinder known for example from DE 37 34 539 C2.
- the advantage of the multi-part design of the locking cylinder is that this is done by simply replacing it the connecting bridge to different lengths can be adjusted. For this adjustment are only very few components to be kept in stock required.
- the connecting bridge screwed into the lock case with a forend screw.
- the connecting bridge is U-shaped and has several in grooves of two cylinder housings penetrating surveys.
- the connecting bridge exists made of a harder material than the cylinder housing.
- This Design should be done when pulling on the cylinder core a separation of the cylinder housing from the connecting bridge or destruction of the connecting bridge in the area of the faceplate screw.
- a disadvantage of this Lock cylinder is that the connecting bridge is only very have small dimensions and therefore when pulling of the cylinder core can be easily destroyed.
- EP 0 748 908 A2 shows a locking cylinder in which the connecting bridge is designed as a turned part and with screwed two opposing cylinder housings is.
- the connecting bridge enables assembly the locking cylinder at the installation site.
- For customization to an intended length of the lock cylinder also housing extension parts with the cylinder housings screwed.
- the Cylinder housing greatly weakened by the holes, so that it is easily destroyed when the cylinder core is pulled can be.
- the invention is based on the problem of a locking cylinder of the type mentioned at the beginning, that with lock cylinders installed in a lock case pulling on the cylinder housing is made considerably more difficult becomes.
- the fasteners are first between the cylinder housing and the connecting bridge Cut. Then the cylinder housing sideways when pulling through the guide device pressed its position. This allows the cylinder housing with lock cylinder installed in the lock case no longer pull straight out and wedged the cylinder housing in the lock case. The wedging the stronger the pulling force, the stronger it is. There on the area of the connecting bridge with the forend screw thanks to the invention when pulling the cylinder core only insignificant tensile forces act Destruction of the connecting bridge reliably avoided. This makes pulling the cylinder housing essential difficult.
- the lock cylinder according to the invention is designed according to another advantageous development of the invention particularly cost-effective if the guide device a on the cylinder housing and / or the connecting bridge has arranged ramp.
- This design requires the lock cylinder according to the invention in comparison no additional to the well-known lock cylinder Components.
- the force with which the cylinder housing in the lock case is wedged, and the way that the Cylinder housing is moved, can be via the Simply set the angle of the ramp.
- the ramp could, for example, on a rolling body of the opposite component.
- the Assembly of such a rolling body can, however, according to another advantageous development of the invention just avoid it if the ramp is on one edge is applied. This causes the run-up slope to slide over the Edge.
- a twisting of the cylinder housing when pulling the cylinder core could cause the lock bit in a position opening the lock is moved.
- This twist can be according to another advantageous development simply avoid the invention, however the cylinder housing or the connecting bridge has a groove and the other component penetrating into the groove Has jetty. Furthermore, the cylinder housing at Wedge the lock cylinder according to the invention in the Lock case guided reliably.
- the lock cylinder according to the invention can be particularly Manufacture inexpensively if the run-up slope of the guide device is arranged on the web.
- the ramp is thereby for any manufacturing process easily accessible.
- the groove only needs one of the ramp inclined edge so that it is inexpensive manufacture with a side milling cutter, for example leaves.
- the cylinder housing can be advantageous according to another Development of the invention already in one small axial displacement particularly strong across Deflect the axis of rotation of the cylinder core when the guide device one on the cylinder housing and the connecting bridge has articulated swing arm.
- the swingarm needs another advantageous one Further development of the invention does not require expensive storage, when the ends of the rocker roll to adjacent ones Areas of the connecting bridge and the guide device are rounded.
- the connecting bridge and the cylinder housing are according to another advantageous development of the invention reliably aligned against each other when the fasteners of the cylinder housing on the connecting bridge are designed as a dowel screw or dowel pin.
- the fasteners can be used to prevent drilling of the lock cylinder, for example, from hardened Steel.
- Tensile loads on the Forend screw receiving area of the connecting bridge can be according to another advantageous development keep the invention particularly simple, if the fasteners between the cylinder housing and the connecting bridge each have a notch as a predetermined breaking point exhibit. With this design, a Obstruction of the wedging of the locking cylinder according to the invention in the lock case when pulling the cylinder core reliably avoided.
- the lock cylinder according to the invention must therefore be the guide device only for one of the cylinder housings.
- the storage of the individual parts of the invention The locking cylinder is particularly special easy if each of the cylinder housings is one each Guide device transverse to the axis of rotation of the respective cylinder core is movable.
- the Assembly of the lock cylinder according to the invention in the lock case particularly easy, because this does not lead to a Installation direction must be observed.
- Figure 1 shows a lock case 1 in which an inventive Lock cylinder 2 is attached. Before the Lock case 1 is a facing on both sides 3, 4 arranged.
- the lock cylinder 2 has two mutually opposite, on a connecting bridge 5 attached cylinder housings 6, 7. Between the cylinder housings 6, 7 a locking bit 8 is arranged.
- the connecting bridge 5 can be used for lock boxes of different thicknesses 1 and veneers 3, 4 replace.
- the connecting bridge 5 has a threaded bore in the area of the locking bit 8 9 for a forend screw 10 for screwing the lock cylinder 2 with the lock case 1.
- a cylinder core 11 is arranged for rotating the locking bit 8.
- the cylinder core 11 and the lock bit 8 have a common one Axis of rotation 12 on.
- the cylinder housing 6 is on covered on the outside by a cap 13. Between the cap 13 and an end face of the cylinder housing 6 is a retaining ring 14 holding the cylinder core 11 arranged.
- the cylinder core 11 is rotatable and axially immovable in the lock cylinder 2 held.
- the cylinder housing 6 is by means of a dowel pin and fastening means 15 designed as a fitting screw, 16 aligned and attached to the connecting bridge 5. This design ensures that the cylinder housing 6 exactly with the opposite cylinder housing 7 is aligned.
- the lock cylinder 2 has a guide device 17 with one arranged on the cylinder housing 6 Sloping slope 18.
- the sloping slope 18 lies on an edge 19 of the connecting bridge 5.
- the cylinder housing 6 is then along of the ramp slope 18 transverse to the axis of rotation 12 of the Cylinder core 11 shifted. This wedges the Lock cylinder 2 according to the invention in the lock case 1st
- the wedging effect is stronger, the larger the Traction is.
- the fastener designed as a dowel pin 15 one between the cylinder housing 6 and the connecting bridge 5 arranged notch 20 as a predetermined breaking point.
- the fastener designed as a dowel pin 15 can therefore, for example, from a special be made of hard material and as protection against Drilling the lock cylinder 2 serve.
- FIG. 2 shows the locking cylinder 2 according to the invention from Figure 1 in a sectional view along the line II - II. It can be seen here that the connecting bridge 5 a groove 21 and the cylinder housing 6 one in the groove 21 has a penetrating web 22. This will Cylinder housing 6 guided laterally. The ramp slope 18 is arranged on the web 22.
- FIG 3 shows a lock cylinder 23 with a single attached to a connecting bridge 24 cylinder housing 25 and with a guide device 26.
- Das Cylinder housing 25 is like that shown in Figure 1 Cylinder housing 6, 7 constructed and has a cylinder core 27.
- the attachment of the cylinder housing 25 to the connecting bridge 24 can be made as in the locking cylinder 2 Figure 1 take place.
- the guide device 26 has an in Recesses 28, 29 of the cylinder housing 25 and the connecting bridge 24 articulated rocker 30.
- the rocker 30 has rounded ends and supports itself on the edges of the recesses 28, 29. hereby can the ends of the rocker 30 when pulling the cylinder core 27 roll.
- the rocker 30 is by means of a Rivet 31 on the connecting bridge 24 against falling out secured.
