Claims (5)
- Geschoß mit einer splitterbildenden äußeren Hülle (2) und einer innenseitig sich an die äußere Hülle (2) anschließenden Kunststoff-Folie (3), in welcher eine Sprengladung angeordnet ist, mit den Merkmalen:a) die Kunststoff-Folie (3) weist einen mit dachförmigen Einbuchtungen (4) versehenen strukturierten Bereich (5) und mindestens einen seitlichen, sich an den strukturierten Bereich (5) anschließenden und an der Innenwand (6) der äußeren Hülle (2) formschlüssig anliegenden glatten Bereich (7, 8) auf;b) der strukturierte Bereich (5) der Kunststoff-Folie (3) besteht aus einem verformungssteifen Kunststoffmaterial und der glatte Bereich (7, 8) aus einem elastischen Kunststoffmaterial.
- Geschoß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem elastischen Kunststoffmaterial um Polypropylen handelt, welches mit einem gummielastischen Zusatz versehen ist.
- Geschoß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem verformungssteifen Kunststoffmaterial um Polypropylen handelt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Geschosses (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung der Kunststoff-Folie (3) der Bereich (5) aus verformungssteifem Kunststoffmaterial und der Bereich (7, 8) aus elastischem Kunststoffmaterial separat hergestellt werden und daß die diesen Bereichen (5, 7, 8) entsprechenden Teilfolien dann miteinander verschweißt, verklebt oder schmelzflüssig beim Blasen zusammengefügt werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Geschosses (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung der Kunststoff-Folie (3) durch Hohlkörperblasen aus entsprechend unterschiedlichen Materialien gleicher Grundbasis zunächst ein einstückiger Schlauch hergestellt wird, welcher anschließend in einer Blasform seine endgültige Kontur enthält.
