Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Geschoß (1) mit einer splitterbildenden äußeren Hülle (2) und einer innenseitig sich an die äußere Hülle (2) anschließenden Kunststoff-Folie, in welcher eine Sprengladung angeordnet ist, wobei die Kunststoff-Folie (3) einen mit dachförmigen Einbuchtungen (4) versehenen strukturierten Bereich (5) und mindestens einen seitlichen, sich an den strukturierten Bereich (5) anschließenden und an der Innenwand (6) der äußeren Hülle (2) formschlüssig anliegenden glatten Bereich (7, 8) aufweist. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Geschosses.
Um zu erreichen, daß es bei Verwendung von kunststoffgebundenem Sprengstoff zu keiner Rißbildung des Sprengstoffes während der Beschleunigungsphase des Geschosses (1) kommt, schlägt die Erfindung vor, als Kunststoff-Folie (3) eine Folie zu verwenden, welche mindestens aus zwei Bereichen (5, 7, 8) unterschiedlicher Festigkeitseigenschaften besteht. In dem strukturierten Bereich (5) besteht die Kunststoff-Folie (3) aus einem verformungssteifen Material, welches ein Eindrücken der dachförmigen Einbuchtungen (4) während der Beschleunigungsphase des Geschosses (1) verhindert. In dem glatten Bereich (7, 8) besteht die Kunststoff-Folie (3) hingegen aus einem elastischen Kunststoffmaterial, so daß die Folie in diesem Bereich elastisch und formschlüssig gegen die Innenwand (6) der äußeren Hülle (2) gedrückt wird.
