Claims (5)
- Stopfpickel (4) für ein Stopfaggregat (3) einer Stopfmaschine (1) zum Unterstopfen von Schotter eines Gleises (5), mit einem Pickelschaft (8) und einer Pickelplatte (6), die zwecks Erhöhung des Abriebwiderstandes eine mit einer Öffnung (11) ausgestattete Plattenhülle (9) aus verschleißfestem Material aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattenhülle (9) mit einer zur Verschweißung mit dem Pickelschaft (8) geeigneten Kernmasse (10) gefüllt und die derart gebildete Pickelplatte (6) durch eine Schweißnaht (19) mit dem Pickelschaft (8) verbunden ist.
- Stopfpickel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (11) der Plattenhülle (9) an einer Rückseite (12) des Stopfpickels (4) eine in Richtung zu einer Pickelunterkante (13) führende Vertiefung (14) aufweist.
- Stopfpickel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Plattenhülle (9) ausfüllende Kernmasse (10) unter Bildung eines Schaftstummels (21) aus der Öffnung (11) der Plattenhülle (9) herausragend ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pickelplatte (6) für einen Stopfpickel (4) zur Unterstopfung eines Gleises, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Gießen einer eine Öffnung (11) aufweisenden Plattenhülle (9) aus verschleißfestem Stahl, undb) Ausfüllen der Plattenhülle (9) mit einer Kernmasse (10) unter Verschließung der Öffnung (11) durch Bildung einer Kontakfläche (15).
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stopfpickels (4) zur Unterstopfung eines Gleises, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Gießen einer eine Öffnung (11) aufweisenden Plattenhülle (9) aus verschleißfestem Stahl,b) Ausfüllen der Plattenhülle (9) mit einer Kernmasse (10) unter Verschließung der Öffnung (11) durch Bildung einer Kontakfläche (15), undc) Verschweißen einer Randzone (17) der Kernmasse (10) mit einer Randzone (18) eines Pickelschaftes (8).
