Claims (11)

  1. Corset de guidage d'une installation de coulée continue, comprenant au moins deux segments, notamment des segments de rouleaux (1 - 4) comportant chacun un côté d'entrée de barre (2.1) et un côté de sortie de barre (3.1) et chacun une paire de porte-rouleaux supportant un certain nombre de rouleaux support (5) s'étendant sur une zone support, les porte-rouleaux étant positionnables au moyen notamment d'unités de positionnement hydrauliques (8),
    caractérisé en ce que,
    entre les segments voisins (1 - 4), il y a à chaque fois une connexion mécanique (9) et qu'en cas de disposition d'une paire de cylindres (8.1 - 8.4) du côté d'entrée de barre (2, 1) d'un segment (1 - 4), son mouvement de positionnement a lieu aussi bien à cet endroit (2.1) qu'en même temps aussi du côté de sortie de barre (3.1) d'un segment précurseur s'y rattachant, alors que par contre, en cas de disposition d'une paire de cylindres (8.1 - 8.4) du côté de sortie de barre (3.1) d'un segment (1 - 4), son mouvement de positionnement a lieu aussi bien à cet endroit (3.1) qu'en même temps aussi du côté d'entrée de barre (2.1) d'un segment suiveur s'y rattachant.
  2. Corset de guidage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la connexion mécanique (9) entre les segments voisins est une connexion à articulation à glissement dissociable.
  3. Corset de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les segments comportent entre le premier segment (1) et le dernier segment (4) respectivement seulement une paire de cylindres (8) qui est positionnée soit du côté d'entrée de barre (2.1), soit du côté de sortie de barre (3.4).
  4. Corset de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en cas de positionnement de toutes les paires de cylindres (8) du côté de sortie de barre (3.4), il est associé au premier et au dernier des segments (1) ou (4) à chaque fois une paire de cylindres (8.1 - 8.4).
  5. Corset de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en cas de positionnement de toutes les paires de cylindres (8) du côté d'entrée de barre (2.1), il est associé au dernier segment (4) du corset de guidage deux paires de cylindres (8.3) ou (8.4) du côté entrée et sortie et il n'est pas associé de vérin hydraulique au premier segment (1) se raccordant à la lingotière (7).
  6. Procédé de positionnement pour segments, notamment pour les segments de rouleaux du corset de guidage d'une installation de coulée continue, comprenant au moins deux segments de rouleaux (1 - 4) comportant chacun un côté d'entrée de barre (2. 1) et chacun un côté de sortie de barre (3.1) et une paire de porte-rouleaux qui sont positionnables au moyen notamment d'unités de positionnement hydrauliques (8),
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour les segments respectivement voisins (1 - 4), il est établi entre le premier segment (1) et le dernier segment (4) une connexion souple (9) telle et les unités de positionnement hydrauliques (8.1 - 8.4) sont actionnées avec possibilité de transmission de force d'une manière telle qu'un mouvement de positionnement agissant sur un côté (2.1) d'un segment (1) soit transmis en même temps à l'autre côté (3.1) d'un segment voisin (2).
  7. Procédé de positionnement selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour établir une connexion souple entre les segments voisins (1 - 4), on utilise à chaque fois une articulation à glissement dissociable (9).
  8. Procédé de positionnement selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un mouvement de positionnement du côté d'entrée de barre (2.1) du deuxième segment (2) est transmis par la connexion souple (9) au côté de sortie de barre (3.1) du premier segment (1).
  9. Procédé de positionnement selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'articulation à glissement (9) provoque sur les segments s'y rattachant (1 - 4) un mouvement de positionnement respectivement de même direction et de même longueur.
  10. Procédé de positionnement selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un mouvement de positionnement par exemple du côté de sortie de barre (3.1) de l'avant-dernier segment (3) génère un mouvement de positionnement correspondant du côté d'entrée de barre (2.1) du dernier segment (4) du corset de guidage.
  11. Procédé de positionnement selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en fonction d'un mouvement de positionnement du côté d'entrée de barre (2.1) du dernier segment (4), un mouvement de positionnement est généré séparément par système hydraulique sur son côté de sortie de barre (3.1).
