Claims (7)

  1. Installation de coulée continue pour la coulée d'une barre métallique ayant une section transversale de billette ou de bloom avec une lingotière (1) oscillante, interchangeable, insérable dans un châssis de support de lingotière (5) en vue de la formation d'une barre métallique et un guidage de barre (2) se raccordant à la lingotière (1) en vue d'un soutien et d'un guidage de la barre métallique, dans laquelle le guidage de barre (2) comprend deux ou plus de deux segments de guidage de barre (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 4) et chaque segment de guidage de barre est soutenu dans la structure porteuse (9) de l'installation de coulée continue par l'intermédiaire d'un châssis de support de segment (7, 8) et un premier châssis de support de segment (7) immédiatement successif dans le guidage de barre de la lingotière soutient au moins deux segments de guidage de barre (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 4), caractérisée en ce que,

    le premier segment de guidage de barre (3a, 3d) est réalisé démontable verticalement vers le haut à travers l'espace de lingotière (16) incluant la lingotière (1) soit après une ouverture de la lingotière (1) et après le desserrage des appareils de fixation (13), verticalement vers le haut ou après le desserrage des appareils de fixation (13).
  2. Installation de coulée continue selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier segment de guidage de barre (3a, 3d) est fixé amovible au niveau du premier châssis de support de segment (7) et un autre segment de guidage de barre (3c, 3e) appuyé sur le premier châssis de support de segment (7) est relié fixe au premier châssis de support de segment (7).
  3. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le premier châssis de support de segment (7) forme un prolongement du châssis en arc externe (14) du segment de guidage de barre (3e) qui suit le segment de guidage de barre (3d) amovible.
  4. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que tous les segments de guidage de barre (3a, 3d, 3c) appuyés sur le premier châssis de support de segment (7) sont fixés amovibles sur ledit châssis de support de segment.
  5. Installation de coulée continue selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins le premier segment de guidage de barre (3a) présente des rouleaux de guidage de barre (6a, 6b, 6c) qui sont réalisés réglables sur une barre métallique aussi bien dans le sens de sa largeur que dans le sens de son épaisseur.
  6. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que des buses de pulvérisation (18) destinées à un apport d'agent réfrigérant sur la surface de la barre métallique sont associées aux rouleaux de guidage de barre (6a, 6b, 6c), lesdites buses étant orientées dans le sens de la largeur et dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la barre métallique grâce un appareil d'ajustement de buses de pulvérisation (19) pour des épaisseurs et des largeurs différentes.
  7. Installation de coulée continue selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dernier segment de guidage de barre (3c, 3e) appuyé sur le premier châssis de support de segment (7) est équipé de rouleaux de guidage de barre (6a, 6b) qui peuvent être ajustés sur la barre métallique au moins dans le sens de son épaisseur.
