Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Anfahren des Fortdrucks nach einer Druckunterbrechung, bei dem während Druckprozesses dem Plattenzylinder einer Druckmaschine Farbe zugeführt wird, derart, dass die in dem Farbkasten bevorratete Farbe über einen intermittierenden Farbheber auf ein aus mehreren Walzen bestehendes, dem Plattenzylinder zugeordnetes Farbwerk übertragen wird und dem Plattenzylinder während des Druckes über ein Feuchtwerk Feuchtwasser zugeführt wird, wobei während der Druckunterbrechung die Hebertaktung stillgesetzt, die Farbzufuhr vom Farbwerk zum Plattenzylinder sowie der Bogenlauf unterbrochen und zur Wiederaufnahme des Druckprozesses nach der Druckunterbrechung der Farbheber zugeschaltet wird, wobei der Farbheber vor dem Zuschalten des Bogenlaufs eine vorbestimmte Anzahl Hebertakte zur Übertragung von Farbe auf eine erste Walze des Farbwerkes ausführt und bei Bedarf das Feuchtwerk zugeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ermittlung der vor Beginn des Bogenlaufs erforderlichen Anzahl Farbheber-Takte in Abhängigkeit von der Länge der Druckunterbrechung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ermittlung der vor Beginn des Bogenlaufs erforderlichen Anzahl Farbheber-Takte in Abhängigkeit vom Farbbedarf des zu druckenden Motivs erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Farbwerk mindestens an einer Stelle eine Trennung der Walzen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wahl der Anzahl der Takte des Farbhebers in Abhängigkeit der durch die Walzentrennung vorhandener Farbstränge erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Zuschaltung des Farbhebers die Walzentrennung aufgehoben wird.
