Abstract
Description
Die parallele Ausbildung der Unterseite der Feder und der Oberseite der Unterlippe zu der Oberseite der Paneele ermöglicht eine großflächige Auflage der einen Paneele auf der anderen Paneele, so dass eine geringe Flächenpressung in der Nut-Feder-Verbindung herrscht und ein sehr geringer Höhenversatz der Paneele zueinander verwirklicht werden kann.

Claims (67)
- Fussbodenpaneel, das in horizontaler Ebene von einer mit einer Dekorschicht (16) oder dergleichen versehenen Oberseite (15) und einer zur Auflage auf einem Unterboden vorgesehenen Unterseite (7) begrenzt ist, das mit Mitteln zum lösbaren Verbinden mindestens zweier Paneele (1, 2) versehen ist, wobei an mindestens einer ersten Seitenkante die Verbindungsmittel dergestalt ausgebildet sind, dass eine Verriegelung in Querrichtung (Q) und Vertikalrichtung (V) erfolgt, wobei an einer zweiten, im Winkel zu der ersten Seitenkante verlaufenden Seitenkante Formschlußelemente (23, 24) zur Verriegelung in Vertikalrichtung (V) mit einer weiteren Paneele ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlußelemente (23, 24) an zwei zueinander beabstandeten, im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Wandungen (21, 22) in Querrichtung (Q) und in Vertikalrichtung (V) voneinander beabstandet ausgebildet sind.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten Seitenkante eine von der Unterseite (7) ausgehende, stufenförmige Ausfräsung (20) mit einer inneren Wandung (21) und einer äußeren Wandung (22) ausgebildet ist, wobei an den Wandungen (21, 22) je ein sich in Querrichtung (Q) erstreckendes Formschlußelement (23, 24) ausgebildet ist, und dass an der der zweiten Seitenkante gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante eine von der Oberseite (15) ausgehende, stufenförmige Ausfräsung (200) mit einer inneren Wandung (210) und einer äußeren Wandung (220) ausgebildet ist, an denen mit den Formschlußelementen (23, 24) korrespondierende Hinterschneidungen (230, 240) ausgebildet sind.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Unterseite (7) ausgehende, stufenförmige Ausfräsung (20) einen in Richtung der Unterseite (7) hervorstehenden Absatz (25) ausbildet, der eine im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtete Kopffläche (26) aufweist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Längserstreckung zu der zweiten Seitenkante eine Auskehlung (26') in der Kopffläche (26) ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandungen (22, 27) des Absatzes (25) zu der Kopffläche (26) in einem spitzen Winkel ( ) ausgerichtet sind.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absatzinnenwandung (27) zu der Kopffläche (26) eine Hinterschneidung bildet.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopffläche (26) eine Quererstreckung von 2 bis 6 mm hat.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopffläche (26) das 0,25- bis 0,4-fache der gesamten Quererstreckung der stufenförmigen Ausfräsung (20) aufweist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Formschlußelement (24) der zweiten Seitenkante über die Abschlußkante (28) der Oberseite (15) horizontal hervorragt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Oberseite (15) und dem hervorragenden Formschlußelement (24) eine Ausnehmung (29) angeordnet ist, die die Abschlußkante (28) hinterschneidet.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Oberseite (15) ausgehende, stufenförmige Ausfräsung (200) einen in Richtung der Oberseite (15) hervorstehenden Absatz (250) ausbildet, der eine im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtete Kopffläche (260) aufweist, wobei im unteren Bereich der Absatzaußenwandung (220) eine Hinterschneidung (230) ausgebildet ist, die mit dem Formschlußelement (23) der inneren Wandung (21) der Ausfräsung (20) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante korrespondiert.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Absatzinnenwandung (270) und der inneren Wandung (210) der Ausfräsung (200) eine horizontale Sockelfläche (280) ausgebildet ist, die dergestalt ausgebildet ist, dass bei verlegten Paneelen (1, 2) die Kopffläche (26) auf der Sockelfläche (280) aufliegt und die Oberseiten (15) der Paneele (1, 2) in einer Ebene liegen.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absatzinnenwandung (270) parallel oder in einem flacheren Winkel als die korrespondierende Absatzinnenwandung (27) des im verlegten Zustand eingreifenden Absatzes (25) verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absatzinnenwandung (270) zu der Kopffläche (260) eine Hinterschneidung bildet.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nach oben hervorstehende Absatz (250) in zumindest einem Endbereich der zweiten Seitenkante nicht ausgebildet oder entfernt ist.
- Fussbodenpaneel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ersten Seitenkante eine sich in Längsrichtung der Seitenkante erstreckende Feder (10) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante eine zu der Feder (10) korrespondierende Ausnehmung (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Feder (10) so ausgebildet ist, dass eine Verriegelung durch Einlegen in die Ausnehmung (3) der zweiten Paneele (2) und Einschwenken um eine Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante erfolgt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung als Nut (3) mit einer Oberlippe (4) und einer Unterlippe (6) ausgebildet ist, in der die Feder (10) in Querrichtung (Q) verrastbar ist, wobei der untere Vorderbereich (11) der Feder (10) abgerundet ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite (12) der Feder (10) abgerundet ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Spitze der Feder (10) ausgehend die Unterseite (12) der Feder (10) eine durchgehend gekrümmte Kontur aufweist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius der Kontur der Unterseite (12) der Feder (10) über zumindest 90 Umfangsgrad konstant ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (3) aus einer Oberlippe (4) und einer Unterlippe (6) besteht und die Unterlippe (6) einen Absatz (9) mit einer Absatzoberseite (5) und einer Absatzvorderseite (81) ausbildet, der mit einem korrespondierenden Hinterschnitt (13) der Feder (10) die Paneele (1, 2) in Querrichtung (Q) blockiert, wobei sich an den Hinterschnitt (13) eine Ausnehmung mit einem zu dem Absatz (9) korrespondierenden Auflagerbereich (14) und eine Wandung (111) anschließt, die im montierten Zustand der Absatzvorderseite (81) dieser gegenüberliegt, wobei an der Wandung (11) und der Absatzvorderseite (81) korrespondierende Formschlußelemente (300, 311) ausgeformt sind, die im montierten Zustand ineinandergreifen und eine Verriegelung in Vertikalrichtung (V) bewirken.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Wandung (111) ein Vorsprung (300) und an der Absatzvorderseite (81) eine Ausnehmung (311) ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung als Nut (3) mit einer Oberlippe (4) und einer Unterlippe (6) ausgebildet ist, in der die Feder (10) in Querrichtung (Q) verrastbar ist, wobei eine Unterseite (100) der Feder (10) und eine Oberseite (60) der Unterlippe (6) parallel zu der Oberseite (15) verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Oberseite (120) der Feder (10) im montierten Zustand an einer Unterseite (40) der Oberlippe (4) anliegt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) und die Ausnehmung (3) im Querschnitt eine keilförmige Kontur aufweisen.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) und die Ausnehmung (3) dergestalt ausgebildet sind, dass im montierten Zustand zwischen dem Vorderbereich der Feder (10) und dem sich an die Oberlippe (4) anschließenden Bereich der Ausnehmung (3) ein Spalt vorhanden ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das distale Ende (101) der Feder (10) und der Nutgrund (50) senkrecht zu der Oberseite (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Bereich der Feder (10) als im wesentlichen gerade, in einem Winkel zu der Horizontalen verlaufende Fläche (13) ausgebildet ist, die mit einem korrespondierenden Vorsprung (5) in der Nut (3) eine Verriegelung in Querrichtung (Q) bewirkt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Feder (10) ein Auflagerbereich (14) zur Abstützung auf einen die Nut (3) abschließenden Absatz (9) anschließt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagerbereich (14) im wesentlichen horizontal verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagerbereich (14) in einem Winkel (µ) zur Horizontalen verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) mit einem Hinterschnitt (17) gegenüber der Oberseite (15) versehen ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel, das in horizontaler Ebene von einer mit einer Dekorschicht (14) oder dergleichen versehenen Oberseite (15) und einer zur Auflage auf einem Unterboden vorgesehenen Unterseite (7) begrenzt ist, das mit Mitteln zum lösbaren Verbinden mindestens zweier Paneele (1, 2) versehen ist, wobei an mindestens einer ersten Seitenkante eine sich in Längsrichtung der Seitenkante erstreckende Feder (10) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante eine zu der Feder (10) korrespondierende Ausnehmung (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Feder (10) so ausgebildet ist, dass eine Verriegelung durch Einlegen in die Ausnehmung (3) der zweiten Paneele (2) und Einschwenken um eine Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante erfolgt und eine Verriegelung in Querrichtung (Q) und Vertikalrichtung (V) bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung als Nut (3) mit einer Oberlippe (4) und einer Unterlippe (6) ausgebildet ist, in der die Feder (10) in Querrichtung (Q) verrastbar ist, wobei der untere Vorderbereich (11) der Feder (10) abgerundet ausgebildet ist und sich an den abgerundeten Vorderbereich (11) der Feder (10) ein abgeflachter, im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufender Abstützbereich (12) anschließt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlippe (6) einen Absatz (9) mit einer Absatzoberseite (5) und einer Absatzvorderseite (81) ausbildet, der mit einem korrespondierenden Hinterschnitt (13) der Feder (10) die Paneele (1, 2) in Querrichtung (Q) blockiert, wobei sich an den Hinterschnitt (13) eine Ausnehmung mit einem zu dem Absatz (9) korrespondierenden Auflagerbereich (14) und eine Wandung (111) anschließt, die im montierten Zustand der Absatzvorderseite (81) dieser gegenüberliegt, wobei an der Wandung (11) und der Absatzvorderseite (81) korrespondierende Formschlußelemente (300, 311) ausgeformt sind, die im montierten Zustand ineinandergreifen und eine Verriegelung in Vertikalrichtung (V) bewirken.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 33 oder 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Wandung (111) ein Vorsprung (300) und an der Absatzvorderseite (81) eine Ausnehmung (311) ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 34 oder 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Oberseite (120) der Feder (10) im montierten Zustand an einer Unterseite (40) der Oberlippe (4) anliegt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Feder (10) ein Auflagerbereich (14) zur Abstützung auf einen die Nut (3) abschließenden Absatz (9) anschließt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) mit einem Hinterschnitt (17) gegenüber der Oberseite (15) versehen ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) und die Ausnehmung (3) im Querschnitt eine bogenförmige Kontur aufweisen.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) und die Ausnehmung (3) dergestalt ausgebildet sind, dass im montierten Zustand zwischen dem Vorderbereich der Feder (10) und dem sich an die Oberlippe (4) anschließenden Bereich der Ausnehmung (3) ein Spalt (19) vorhanden ist, der sich in Richtung auf den Absatz (9) verjüngt.
- Fußbodenpaneel, das in horizontaler Ebene von einer mit einer Dekorschicht (14) oder dergleichen versehenen Oberseite (15) und einer zur Auflage auf einem Unterboden vorgesehenen Unterseite (7) begrenzt ist, das mit Mitteln zum lösbaren Verbinden mindestens zweier Paneele (1, 2) versehen ist, wobei an mindestens einer ersten Seitenkante eine sich in Längsrichtung der Seitenkante erstreckende Feder (10) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante eine zu der Feder (10) korrespondierende Ausnehmung (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Feder (10) so ausgebildet ist, dass eine Verriegelung durch Einlegen in die Ausnehmung (3) der zweiten Paneele (2) und Einschwenken um eine Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante erfolgt und eine Verriegelung in Querrichtung (Q) und Vertikalrichtung (V) bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung als Nut (3) mit einer Oberlippe (4) und einer Unterlippe (6) ausgebildet ist, in der die Feder (10) in Querrichtung (Q) verrastbar ist, wobei eine Unterseite (100) der Feder (10) und eine Oberseite (60) der Unterlippe (6) parallel zu der Oberseite (15) verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Oberseite (120) der Feder (10) im montierten Zustand an einer Unterseite (40) der Oberlippe (4) anliegt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 41 oder 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) und die Ausnehmung (3) im Querschnitt eine keilförmige Kontur aufweisen.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 41 bis 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) und die Ausnehmung (3) dergestalt ausgebildet sind, dass im montierten Zustand zwischen dem Vorderbereich der Feder (10) und dem sich an die Oberlippe (4) anschließenden Bereich der Ausnehmung (3) ein Spalt vorhanden ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 41 bis 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das distale Ende (101) der Feder (10) und der Nutgrund (50) senkrecht zu der Oberseite (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Bereich der Feder (10) als im wesentlichen gerade, in einem Winkel zu der Horizontalen verlaufende Fläche (13) ausgebildet ist, die mit einem korrespondierenden Vorsprung (5) in der Nut (3) eine Verriegelung in Querrichtung (Q) bewirkt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 46, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Feder (10) ein Auflagerbereich (14) zur Abstützung auf einen die Nut (3) abschließenden Absatz (9) anschließt.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 47, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagerbereich (14) im wesentlichen horizontal verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 47, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagerbereich (14) in einem Winkel (µ) zur Horizontalen verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 49, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) mit einem Hinterschnitt (17) gegenüber der Oberseite (15) versehen ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 50, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Seitenkante nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 ausgebildet ist
- Fussbodenpaneel, das in horizontaler Ebene von einer mit einer Dekorschicht (16) oder dergleichen versehenen Oberseite (15) und einer zur Auflage auf einem Unterboden vorgesehenen Unterseite (7) begrenzt ist, das mit Mitteln zum lösbaren Verbinden mindestens zweier Paneele (1, 2) versehen ist, wobei an mindestens einer ersten Seitenkante eines ersten Paneels (1) eine sich in Längsrichtung der Seitenkante erstreckende Feder (10) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante eine zu der Feder (10) korrespondierende Ausnehmung (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (3) aus einer Oberlippe (4) und einer Unterlippe (6) besteht und die Unterlippe (6) einen Absatz (9) mit einer Absatzoberseite (5) und einer Absatzvorderseite (8) ausbildet, der mit einem korrespondierenden Hinterschnitt (13) der Feder (10) die Paneele (1, 2) in Querrichtung (Q) blockiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten, im Winkel zu der ersten Seitenkante verlaufenden Seitenkante zumindest eine Feder (51, 52) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante zumindest eine Nut (62, 61) mit einer ersten Lippe (63, 64) und einer zweiten Lippe (65, 66) ausgebildet ist, wobei an der Feder (51, 52) und zumindest an einer der Lippen (63, 64, 65, 66) je zumindest eine parallel zur Oberseite (15) verlaufende Ausnehmung (71, 72) angeordnet ist, wobei die Ausnehmungen (71, 72) zueinander so angeordnet sind, dass sie bei miteinander verbundenen Paneelen (1, 2) einen Kanal (75) zur Aufnahme eines separaten Verriegelungselementes (80) bilden.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 52, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (75) zylindrisch, drei- oder viereckig, polygonal, x-förmig oder v-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach Anspruch 52 oder 53, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (75) über die gesamte Länge der Nut (61, 62) und Feder (51, 52) verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 54, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (75) unterhalb und parallel zu der Stoßfuge (73) der Paneele (1, 2) verläuft.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 55, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (62) und die Feder (51) so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie eine Verriegelung in Querrichtung (Q) bewirken.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 56, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Seitenkante gemäß einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 50 ausgebildet ist,
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus HDF-, MDF- oder einem OSB-Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Oberseite (15) keine Dekorschicht aufgebracht ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Seitenkante an der Längsseite und die zweite Seitenkante an der Querseite des Paneels ausgebildet ist.
- Fußbodenpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 59, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Seitenkante an der Längsseite und die erste Seitenkante an der Querseite des Paneels ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Verlegen eines Fußbodenpaneels (1, 2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 51 und 58 bis 61, soweit diese auf Ansprüche 1 bis 51 rückbezogen sind, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Verbinden und Verriegeln einer Mehrzahl von Paneelen (1, 2) an ihren zweiten Seitenkante zum Auslegen einer ersten Reihe auf den Boden eines Raumes;b) Verbinden und Verriegeln eines weiteren Paneels mit seiner ersten Seitenkante mit mindestens einem in der ersten Reihe ausgelegten Paneel (1, 2), als Anfang einer zweiten Reihe durch Einlegen und Einschwenken der Feder (10) in die Nut (3);c) Anordnen eines neuen Paneels mit dessen zweiten Seitenkante unmittelbar anstoßend an der der zweiten Seitenkante des zuvor ausgelegten weiteren Paneels in der zweiten Reihe gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante, wobei die Feder (10) in der Nut (3) eingeführt ist und das neue Paneel winkelig zu der ersten Reihe ausgelegter Paneele (1, 2) steht;d) Verschwenken des neuen Paneels um eine Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante in Richtung Fußboden, bis die Formschlußelemente (23, 24) der zweiten Seitenkante des neuen Paneels an der korrespondierenden Ausfräsung (200) des weiteren Paneels anliegen;e) Herunterdrücken des neuen Paneels, bis eine formschlüssige Verriegelung über die gesamte zweite Seitenkante stattgefunden hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 62, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Herunterdrücken impulsartig, insbesondere mittels eines Hammerschlages oder einer Handballenmontage erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Verlegen eines Fußbodenpaneels (1, 2) nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 61, soweit die Ansprüche 58 bis 61 auf Ansprüche 52 bis 57 rückbezogen sind, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Verbinden und Verriegeln einer Mehrzahl von Paneelen (1, 2) an ihren zweiten Seitenkanten zum Auslegen einer ersten Reihe auf den Boden eines Raumes;b) Verbinden und Verriegeln eines weiteren Paneels mit seiner ersten Seitenkante mit mindestens einem in der ersten Reihe ausgelegten Paneel (1, 2) an dessen der ersten Seitenkante gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante, als Anfang einer zweiten Reihe durch Einlegen und Einschwenken der Feder (10) in die Nut (3);c) Anordnen eines neuen Paneels mit dessen zweiter Seitenkante in einem Abstand zu der zweiten Seitenkante gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante des zuvor ausgelegten weiteren Paneels, wobei die Feder (51) nicht in der Nut (62) eingeführt ist und das neue Paneel winkelig zu der ersten Reihe ausgelegter Paneele (1, 2) steht;d) Verschwenken des neuen Paneels um eine Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante in Richtung Fußboden und Verschieben entlang der ersten Seitenkante, bis die Feder (51) in der Nut (62) unter Bildung einer Stoßfuge (73) und eines Kanals (75) aufgenommen ist;e) Einschieben eines Verriegelungselementes (80) in den Kanal (75).
- Verfahren zum Verlegen eines Fußbodenpaneels (1, 2) nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 61, soweit die Ansprüche 58 bis 61 auf Ansprüche 52 bis 57 rückbezogen sind, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Verbinden und Verriegeln einer Mehrzahl von Paneelen (1, 2) an ihren zweiten und diesen gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten zum Auslegen einer ersten Reihe auf den Boden eines Raumes;b) Verbinden und Verriegeln eines weiteren Paneels mit seiner ersten Seitenkante mit mindestens einem in der ersten Reihe ausgelegten Paneel (1, 2) an dessen der ersten Seitenkante gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante, als Anfang einer zweiten Reihe durch Einlegen und Einschwenken der Feder (10) in die Nut (3);c) Anordnen eines neuen Paneels mit dessen zweiter Seitenkante unmittelbar anstoßend an der der zweiten Seitenkante gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante des zuvor ausgelegten weiteren Paneels, wobei die Feder (51) in der Nut (62) eingeführt ist und das neue Paneel winkelig zu der ersten Reihe ausgelegter Paneele (1, 2) steht;d) Verschwenken des neuen Paneels um eine Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante in Richtung Fußboden, bis die Feder (51) in der Nut (62) unter Bildung einer Stoßfuge (73) und eines Kanals (75) aufgenommen ist;e) Einschieben eines Verriegelungselementes (80) in den Kanal (75).
- Verfahren zum Entriegeln eines Fußbodenpaneels (1, 2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 51 und 58 bis 61, soweit diese auf Ansprüche 1 bis 51 rückbezogen sind, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Verschwenken mehrerer an den zweiten und diesen gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten verbundener Paneele (1, 2) um die Achse parallel zu der ersten Seitenkante;b) Entriegeln und Entnehmen der Paneele (1, 2) aus der Nut (3) einer noch verlegten Reihe Paneele;c) Verschwenken eines Paneels (1) der an den dritten und diesen gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten verbundenen Paneele (1, 2) um eine Achse parallel zu der zweiten Seitenkante, so dass die Formschlußelemente (23, 24) des Paneels (1) außer Eingriff mit den Formschlußelementen der korrespondierenden Ausfräsung (200) des anderen Paneels (2) treten;d) Entnehmen des ersten Paneels (1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 66, wobei in Schritt c) das Verschwenken dergestalt erfolgt, dass der Winkel zwischen den Unterseiten (7) der Paneele (1, 2) verringert wird.
