Claims (11)
- Stanzwerkzeug für ein Umreifungsgerät zur Erzeugung einer hilfsmittelfreien Verbindung von Bandenden eines Umreifungsbandes, das eine Ausnehmung mit unterschiedlicher Breite aufweist und zumindest ein Abschnitt der die Ausnehmung begrenzenden Wand im Bereich von zumindest einer Breitenänderung mit einer Rundung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rundung eine Kreisbogenform mit einem bestimmten Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) aufweist, und dass eine grösste Breite (B2) der Ausnehmung (27) gleich oder kleiner ist als dem sechsfachen Wert des Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) der Wand (28).
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine grösste Breite (B2) der Ausnehmung (27) gleich oder kleiner ist als dem vierfachen Wert des Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) der Wand (28).
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine kleinste Breite (B1min) der Ausnehmung (27) zumindest dem doppelten Wert des Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) der Wand (28) beträgt.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die begrenzende Wand (28) in Bezug auf eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Achse (36) der Ausnehmung (27) symmetrisch ist.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) aus einem Bereich von 1 mm bis 2,5 mm gewählt ist.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Ausnehmung (27) die unter Benutzung eines Fräsverfahrens erzeugt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Matrize eines Umreifungsgerätes, mit dem ein hilfsmittelfreier Verschluss zwischen Bandenden eines Umreifungsbandes erzeugbar ist, wobei in der Matrize eine Ausnehmung eingebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (27) durch Fräsen erzeugt wird und ihre Begrenzungswand (28) mit mindestens einer Rundung (R1, R2, R3, R4) versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ausnehmung (27) in einer Richtung quer zu einer Längsrichtung (9) der Ausnehmung (27) eine kleinste Breite (B1min) erzeugt wird, wobei die kleinste Breite (B1min) zumindest dem doppelten Wert eines Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) der Rundung entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ausnehmung (27) in einer Richtung quer zu einer Längsrichtung (9) der Ausnehmung eine grösste Breite (B2) erzeugt wird, wobei die grösste Breite höchstens dem vierfachen Wert eines Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) der Rundung entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung der Rundung ein zylindrischer Fräser (38) benutzt wird, wobei ein Durchmesser (D) des Fräser (38) dem Wert eines Radius (R1, R2, R3, R4) der Rundung der Begrenzungswand entspricht.
- Hilfsmittelfreier Verschluss von zwei Bandenden einer Bandumreifung, der mit einem Stempel und einer Matrize eines Umreifungsgerätes durch Stanz-/Umformvorgang erzeugt ist und als gestanzter/umgeformter Bereich der beiden übereinander liegenden Bandenden ausgebildet ist, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest einen umgeformten und/oder gestanzten Teilbereich des Bereichs (20), mit einer grössten Breite in Bezug auf eine Richtung senkrecht zur Bandverlaufsrichtung (9), die kleiner oder gleich dem vierfachen Wert eines Radius (R1' - R4') ist, den der gestanzte/umgeformte Bereich an einer seiner Aussenkanten aufweist.
