Claims (6)
- Glühlampe für Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer, die ein Lampengefäß (1) und mindestens eine darin angeordnete Glühwendel (2) sowie eine innerhalb des Lampengefäßes (1) angeordnete Abschattungsvorrichtung (4) besitzt, wobei die Abschattungsvorrichtung (4) einen Rand mit mindestens einem, im wesentlichen parallel zur Wendelachse der mindestens einen Glühwendel (2) verlaufenden Randabschnitt (41) aufweist, und die mindestens eine Glühwendel (2) einen Wendelabgang (2a) besitzt, der mit der Abschattungsvorrichtung (4) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wendelabgang (2a) mit dem mindestens einen, im wesentlichen parallel zur Wendelachse der mindestens einen Glühwendel (2) verlaufenden Randabschnitt (41) verbunden ist. - Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschattungsvorrichtung (4) eine Lasche (43; 43') aufweist, die an dem mindestens einen, im wesentlichen parallel zur Wendelachse der mindestens einen Glühwendel (4) verlaufenden Randabschnitt (41) angeformt ist und die sich quer zu diesem Randabschnitt (41) erstreckt, wobei der Wendelabgang (2a) an der Lasche (43; 43') durch eine Schweißverbindung befestigt ist.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Glühwendel (2) einen weiteren Wendelabgang (2b) besitzt, wobei in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Wendelachse dieser Glühwendel (2) der Wendelabgang (2a) mit dem weiteren Wendelabgang (2b) einen Winkel (α) zwischen 90 Grad und 130 Grad bildet.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wendelabgang (2a) mit einer Metallfolie (20) umhüllt ist.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallfolie (20) aus Molybdän, Tantal, Wolfram oder einer Legierung dieser Metalle besteht und die Abschattungsvorrichtung (4) aus Molybdän oder einer Molybdänlegierung besteht.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Glühwendel (2) einen weiteren Wendelabgang (2b) besitzt, wobei die Wendelabgänge (2a, 2b) der mindestens einen Glühwendel (2) derart angeordnet sind, dass ihre während des Lampenbetriebs leuchtenden Abschnitte zu dem von der Abschattungsvorrichtung (4) abgewandten Bereich der Glühwendeloberfläche gehören.
