Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif collecteur d'huile pour un moteur à combustion interne avec un carter collecteur d'huile disposé au-dessous d'un carter de vilebrequin, qui présente au moins deux sections de profondeur d'espace de construction différente, une conduite d'aspiration d'huile étant prévue dans une section d'espace de construction plus profonde, la conduite transportant l'huile de graissage aux utilisateurs par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe, caractérisé en ce que dans le carter collecteur d'huile (2), une pièce d'insertion séparée (18) est fixée, qui présente d'une part une barrière d'huile (22, 28) orientée substantiellement transversalement à l'extension longitudinale du carter collecteur d'huile (2) qui empêche un retour de l'huile de graissage de la section d'espace de construction plus profonde (4) dans la chambre de vilebrequin et/ou dans la section d'espace de construction moins profonde (12) en cas de position inclinée du moteur à combustion interne et qui présente d'autre part des canaux de recyclage d'huile (34, 38, 40) pour l'huile de graissage revenant à partir de la tête de cylindre.
  2. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'insertion (18) se compose d'une pièce centrale (20) séparant les deux sections d'espace de construction (4, 12) et présentant un bord de retenue d'huile (28) et de deux pièces latérales (30, 32) recevant les canaux de recyclage d'huile (34, 38, 40).
  3. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux pièces latérales (30, 32) présentent des ouvertures de refoulement d'huile (34) qui débouchent respectivement dans un canal de captage (38, 40) s'étendant jusque dans la section d'espace de construction plus profonde (12).
  4. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'insertion (18) se compose de matière plastique et est vissée dans le carter collecteur d'huile (2).
  5. Dispositif collecteur d'huile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que dans la section d'espace de construction moins profonde (4), une rainure de retenue (48) est prévue dans laquelle s'engage une paroi latérale (24) de la pièce centrale (20).
