Claims (4)
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine,mit einer über eine Armwelle (4) antreibbaren Nadel (7),mit einem x-y-Tisch (8),der mittels eines x-Antriebs (9) in x-Richtung und mittels eines y-Antriebs (10) in y-Richtung verschiebbar ist,der eine erste und eine zweite relativ zueinander verschiebbar gelagerte Nähgutklammer (13a, 13b) trägt undder einen Verschiebe-Antrieb (44, 73) zur Verschiebung der Nähgutklammern (13a, 13b) relativ zueinander aus einer Spreiz-Ausgangs-Lage um einen Spreiz-Weg (d) in eine Spreiz-End-Lage aufweist,
dass ein Klemm-Antrieb (28b) zur Betätigung der Klemmplatte (15b) an der Stützplatte (11b) abgestützt ist. - Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemm-Antrieb (28b) durch einen pneumatischen Kolben-Zylinder-Antrieb gebildet ist.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemm-Antrieb (28b) ein an der Stützplatte (11b) angebrachtes Antriebs-Gehäuse (18b) mit einem Zylinder-Raum (20) aufweist, in dem ein mit einem Lagerhebel (16b) verbundener Kolben (21) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Lagerhebel (16b) die Klemmplatte (15b) trägt.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemm-Antrieb (28b) als einseitig beaufschlagbarer Kolben-Zylinder-Antrieb ausgestaltet ist.
