Claims (10)
- CNC-gesteuerte Knopfloch-Nähmaschine,mit einer über eine Armwelle (4) antreibbaren Nadel (6),mit einem x-y-Tisch (7, 7'),der mittels eines x-Antriebs (8) in x-Richtung und mittels eines y-Antriebs (9) in y-Richtung verschiebbar ist,der eine erste und eine zweite relativ zueinander verschiebbar gelagerte Nähgutklammer (17a, 17b, 17"b) trägt undder einen Verschiebe-Antrieb (12, 12') zur Verschiebung der Nähgutklammern (17a, 17b, 17"b) aus einer Spreiz-Ausgangs-Lage um einen Spreiz-Weg (d) in eine Spreiz-End-Lage aufweist undmit einer Steuer-Einheit (32) zur Steuerung der Antriebe (8, 9, 12, 12') zur Verschiebung des x-y-Tisches (7, 7') vor Beginn der Erzeugung einer Knopfloch-Naht (24) aufweist,
dass die Steuer-Einheit (32) einen Daten-Speicher (33) aufweist, in dem Daten gespeichert sind zur Verschiebung der mindestens einen ersten Nähgutklammer (17b, 17"b) um einen vorgegebenen Spreiz-Weg (d). - Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Daten-Speicher (33) Daten gespeichert sind zur Verschiebung mindestens der ersten Nähgutklammer (17b, 17"b) relativ zu der zweiten Nähgutklammer (17a) in eine Spreiz-Ausgangs-Lage.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur die erste Nähgutklammer (17b, 17"b) relativ zum x-y-Tisch (7) verschiebbar ist und dass die zweite Nähgutklammer (17a) relativ zum x-y-Tisch (7) unverschiebbar ist und
dass in der Steuer-Einheit (32) Daten gespeichert sind zur Verschiebung der ersten Nähgutklammer (17b, 17"b) um einen vorgebbaren Spreiz-Weg (d) und zur entgegengesetzten Verschiebung des
x-y-Tisches (7) um die Hälfte des vorgebbaren Spreiz-Weges (d). - Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Nähgutklammer (17a, 17b, 17"b) entgegengesetzt gerichtet verschiebbar sind.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und zweite Nähgutklammer (17a, 17b, 17"b) mittels nur eines Verschiebe-Antriebs (12') verschiebbar sind.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der positionierbare Elektromotor durch einen Schrittmotor gebildet ist.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die erste Nähgutklammer (17"b) eine Stützplatte (15"b) zur Aufnahme eines Nähguts (38) und eine an der Stützplatte (15"b) gelagerte Klemmplatte (19b) aufweist und
dass ein Klemm-Antrieb (43) zur Betätigung der Klemmplatte (19b) an der Stützplatte (15"b) abgestützt ist. - Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemm-Antrieb (43) durch einen pneumatischen Kolben-Zylinder-Antrieb gebildet ist.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemm-Antrieb (43) ein an der Stützplatte (15"b) angebrachtes Antriebs-Gehäuse (45) mit einem Zylinder-Raum (47) aufweist, in dem ein mit einem Lagerhebel (20") verbundener Kolben (48) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Lagerhebel (20") die Klemmplatte (19b) trägt.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemm-Antrieb (43) als einseitig beaufschlagbarer Kolben-Zylinder-Antrieb ausgestaltet ist.
