Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kufe nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Es ist ein stapelbarer Transportkasten dieser Art z.B. bekannt aus EP-A-0 876 963 , bei welchem in den Seitenwänden eine um eine horizontale Achse drehbare Klappe vorgesehen ist. Die Drehklappe ist mit einem Einsatzteil drehbar verbunden, welches in einen entsprechenden Einschnitt in der Seitenwand befestigt ist. Der Boden des Transportkastens ist an den Ecken und in der Mitte mit vertikalen Tragstützen versehen, die auf einem viereckigen Tragrahmen befestigt sind. Dieser Tragrahmen ist einstückig und massiv ausgebildet.
  • Damit der Tragrahmen mechanisch genügend stabil ist, um Traglasten von über 1000 kg zuverlässig zu widerstehen, muss er eine bestimmte Dicke und Breite aufweisen. Bei Ausmassen des Transportkastens von mehr als 1 Meter auf 1 Meter bedarf die Herstellung eines solchen Tragrahmens besonders grosse Matrizen. Ausserdem muss der Tragrahmen mit den Tragstützen verschweisst oder mit einem Kunstharzklebstoff mit einer sehr hohen Festigkeit verleimt werden.
  • Ein weiterer stapelbarer Transportkasten ist in US-A-5,735,431 beschrieben, der aus einem Traggerippe von vertikalen Tragstützen und einer wabenförmigen Bodenplatte besteht. Zwischen den Tragstützen sind mit Längslöchern gelochte Seitenwände vorgesehen. Die unterhalb der Bodenplatte vorstehenden Tragstützen sind mittels drei parallelen, der Länge des Transportkastens entsprechenden Kufen miteinander verbunden. Die beiden äusseren Kufen sind flach ausgebildet, während die mittlere Kufe bogenförmig ist.
  • Die bei diesem Transportkasten vorgesehenen Längskufen verleihen dem Transportkasten zwar die nötige Stabilität und Handlichkeit, jedoch können sie zu einem Verkanten des Transportkastens in Förderanlagen, wie Transportbänder oder dergleichen, führen. Auch hier bedarf es für die Herstellung der Kufen relativ grosse Matrizen und müssen die Kufen mit den Tragstützen verschweisst oder mit einem Klebstoff hoher Festigkeit verleimt werden.
  • In WO-A-01/76960 ist ein Transportkasten beschrieben, der einen Gabelstapler-Riemen mit Eckbeinkappenelementen als Tragrahmen aufweist. Der Riemen besteht aus zwei gleichförmig ausgebildeten Riemenelementen, die U-förmig ausgebildet und deren Enden mit einem schwalbenschwanzförmigen Endteil ausgestaltet sind, um die beiden Riemenelemente zu einem Quadrat oder Rechteck zusammenzufügen. Dieser Gabelstapler-Riemen soll verhindern, dass ein Behälter von einem Paar Gabeln eines Gabelstaplers kippen kann, wenn der Behälter aus einer gehobenen oder gestapelten Position angehoben werden soll.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kufe für einen Transportkasten, eine Palette oder dergleichen anzugeben, die äusserst stabil, einfach herstellbar und schnell austauschbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Kufe mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die Erfindung hat den grossen Vorteil, dass die Kufen aus zusammensteckbaren Kufenelementen bestehen, die besonders in der Handhabung und in der Montage eine handliche Grösse aufweisen. Wenn die Kufenelemente hohl ausgebildet sind, kann viel Gewicht gespart werden und trotzdem die nötige Stabilität.erhalten bleiben.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung folgen aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen und aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in welcher die Erfindung anhand eines in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

  • In den Figuren sind für dieselben Elemente jeweils dieselben Bezugszeichen verwendet worden und erstmalige Erklärungen betreffen alle Figuren, wenn nicht ausdrücklich anders erwähnt.
  • In Figur 1 ist ein stapelbarer Transportkasten 1 dargestellt mit einer Bodenplatte 2, vier Seitenwänden 3, 4, 5 und 6, und mit Tragstützen 8 an den Ecken 9 und Tragstützen 10 in der Mitte zwischen zwei Ecken 9. Die innen hohl ausgebildeten Tragstützen 8 und 10 sind mittels Kufenelemente 12 miteinander verbunden. Die zusammengesteckten Kufenelemente 12 bilden ein geschlossenes Rechteck. Der hier dargestellte Transportkasten 1 ist zusammenlegbar, d.h. dass die Wände 3, 4, 5 und 6 mittels nicht-dargestellten Scharnieren längs der Kante 14 und 15 zusammenklappbar sind.
  • In Figur 2 ist eine Palette 20 aus einem harten Kunststoff wie Polypropylen (PP) oder dergeleichen gezeigt. Diese Palette 20 weist an den Eckbereichen 21 als Rohrstücke ausgebildete Tragstützen 22 auf, die einen Querschnitt eines länglichen Achtkants aufweisen. An den kürzeren Seiten 23 der Palette 20 sind zwischen den Tragstützen 22 die gleichen Tragstützen 24 vorgesehen. Ferner sind zwischen den Tragstützen 22 und 24 weitere, als Rohrstück ausgebildete Tragstützen 25 vorgesehen, die einen achtkantigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Längs der längeren Seiten 27 sind nun in die hohlen Tragstützen 22 und 25 Kufenelemente 28 eingesteckt, ähnlich wie in Figur 1. Die beiden Kufenelemente 28a und 28b sind identisch ausgebildet, d.h. sie weisen am äusseren Ende einen, den inneren Dimensionen der Tragstützen 22 entsprechenden hohlen Nocken 29 und einen hohlen Nocken 30 am inneren Ende auf. Der Nocken 30 entspricht der Hälfte des Innenquerschnittes des Tragstützens 25, so die innenliegenden Nocken 30 der Kufenelemente 28a und 28b zusammen genau den hohlen Tragstützen 25 ausfüllen. Die Kufenelemente 28a und 28b sind selber hohl entformt und mittels eines hier nicht-dargestellten Verbindungsstückes miteinander verbunden. Wie ersichtlich haben die Kufenelemente 28a und 28a flache Längsrippen 31, die in etwa 2 bis 3 mm hoch sind. Auf den mittleren Tragstützen 24 und 25 sind ähnlich ausgebildete Zapfen 32 mit rasterförmigen Rippen 33 aufgesteckt, welche dieselbe Höhe aufweisen wie die Kufenelemente 28a und 28b. Die Bodenplatte 35 der Palette 20 ist ebenfalls rasterförmigen Rippen 36 als Verstärkung versehen.
  • In den Figuren 3 und 4 sind die nun Kufenelemente 12 des Transportkastens 1 dargestellt. Sie sind entweder als kurzes Element 12a und gegengleiches kurzes Element 12b, oder als langes Element 12c und gegengleiches langes Element 12d ausgebildet. Die Kufenelemente 12 bestehen dabei aus einem länglichen, hohlen Tragteil 40 und einem inneren Nocken 41 und einem äusseren Nocken 42. Die inneren Nocken 41 und die äusseren Nocken 42 sind als Rohrstücke hohl ausgebildet und weisen eine wabenförmige Verstärkung 44 auf. Die Kufenelemente 12 sind nun in der Mitte mittels Verbindungsstücke 43, die in die Hohlräume der Tragteile 40 hingesteckt werden, miteinander verbunden. Die beiden äusseren Nocken 42 eines kurzen Elements 12a und eines gegengleiches langes Element 12d sind ebenfalls gegengleich geformt und mit einer zackenförmigen Trennwand 45a bzw. 45d versehen. Diese beiden Trennwände 45a und 45d passen somit ineinander, so dass die beiden Nocken 42 in einen hohlen Tragstützen 8 hineinpassen. Die beiden inneren Nocken 41 eines kurzen Elements 12a und eines gegengleichen kurzen Elementes 12d sind ebenfalls gegengleich ausgebildet und passen genau in den Hohlraum des mittigen Tragstützens 10 hinein. Auf diese Weise kann ein geschlossener rechteckigen Tragrahmen gebildet werden. Die Nocken 41 bzw. 42 können mittels (nicht-dargestellten) Schrauben an den Tragstützen 8 bzw. 10 befestigt sein, wozu in den Nocken 41 und 42 und in den Tragstützen 8 und 10 entsprechende Bohrungen 47 vorgesehen sind. Diese Kufenelemente 12a, 12b, 12c und 12d weisen ebenfalls Längsrippen 31 auf. Wie ferner ersichtlich weist der Hohlraum des Tragteils 40 einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt auf, kann aber auch bogenförmig ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Kufenelemente 28 der Palette 20 sind nun ähnlich aufgebaut, wie die Kufenelemente 12 des Transportkastens 1.
  • Zur Verstärkung der Kufenelemente 12 bzw. 28 können glasfaserverstärkte Stäbe eingeschoben werden, die passgenau in den inneren Hohlraum der Tragteile 40 hineinpassen. Die Stäbe können auch aus Metall wie Aluminium oder Stahl ausgebildet sein. Damit kann die mechanische Stabilität der Kufenelemente 12 bzw. 28 weiter vergrössert werden. Diese Stäbe können auch von den Verbindungsstücken 43 gebildet sein, die dann etwa gleich lang sind wie die Kufenelemente 12 bzw. 28. Zur weiteren Stabilisierung können die Hohlräume der Tragteile 40 mit - hier nicht weiter dargestellten - Längsrippen in weitere Hohlkammern unterteilt sein.

Claims (7)

  1. Kufe für einen Transportkasten, eine Palette oder dergleichen, welche aus zusammensteckbaren Kufenelementen ausgebildet ist, die mit einem länglichen Tragteil (40) und an dessen Endbereichen quer dazu angeordneten Nocken (30; 41, 42) ausgebildet sind, welche dazu bestimmt sind, um passend in einen hohlen Tragstützen (8, 10) des Transportkastens oder der Palette aufgenommen zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kufenelemente (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d; 28a, 28b) gleich oder gegengleich ausgebildet sind und der Tragteil (40) hohl ist.
  2. Kufe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocken (30; 41, 42) hohl ausgebildet sind und wabenförmige Verstärkungen (44) aufweisen.
  3. Kufe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum des hohlen Tragteils (40) der Kufenelemente (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d; 28a, 28b) trapezförmig oder bogenförmig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Kufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kufenlemente (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d; 28a, 28b) mit flachen Längsrippen (31) versehen sind.
  5. Kufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kufenelemente (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d; 28a, 28b) mittels Verbindungsstücke (43) an ihren Endbereichen zu einer Kufe zusammensteckbar sind.
  6. Kufe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Endbereiche eines Kufenelementes angeschrägt ist und mit einem entsprechend angeschrägten Endbereich eines anderen Kufenelementes einen rechten Winkel bildet.
  7. Kufe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Endbereiche stufenförmig angeschrägt sind.
