Claims (16)

  1.        caractérisé en ce que pour une livraison/enlèvement attendu, l'élément de stockage (8) ou une partie contenant l'élément de stockage (8) d'une unité de commande (18) comprenant au moins le moyen d'entrée (6), la commande (7) et l'élément de stockage (8) peut être placé dans le récipient (2) positionné ou pouvant être positionné devant le domicile ou le siège social de l'utilisateur.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) et l'unité de commande (18) forment une unité de construction, ou bien que le dispositif (1) présente au moins une interface entre le récipient (2) et l'élément de stockage (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) présente de préférence à son côté arrière des éléments de fixation par lesquels le récipient (2) peut être fixé à un élément de construction (12) disposé fixement devant ou au mur extérieur du bâtiment du domicile ou du siège social de l'utilisateur.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de construction fixe (12) est réalisé comme poteau ancré dans la terre, sur lequel le récipient (2) peut être accroché et que sont disposés à l'élément de construction (12) des éléments de retenue (17a, 17b) pour des éléments de verrouillage (14) et des ouvertures (20a, 20b).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (14, 17a, 17b, 20a, 20b) pour le montage et le démontage du récipient (2) sur, respectivement de, l'élément de construction (12) peuvent être verrouillés et déverrouillés depuis l'espace intérieur du récipient (2).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une porte (3) est disposée au récipient (2), qui peut être verrouillée et déverrouillée par une serrure de porte (5), et que la serrure de porte (5) est actionnée d'une manière électrique par la commande (7).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la commande (7) est pourvue d'une interface (15), de préférence d'une interface USB, pour l'entrée de l'information de commande (9) dans l'élément de stockage (8).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé dans le récipient (2) une alimentation en courant (16), de préférence une batterie, qui est alimentée par l'unité de commande (18).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé au côté extérieur du récipient (2) un élément de support, de préférence au moins une poignée de support ou au moins une poignée concave.

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entrée (6) est réalisé comme dispositif à balayage, de préférence comme dispositif à balayage laser, pour la lecture d'une information de livraison (10) disposée à la marchandise (11), de préférence sous la forme d'un code à barres.
  12. Procédé pour la réception de marchandises commandées et/ou d'une mise à disposition de marchandises pour un enlèvement sans remise personnelle de la marchandise au ou par l'utilisateur en utilisant un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'exécution de l'opération de commande, l'utilisateur entre une information de commande convenue (9) pour une mise à l'état prêt du dispositif (1) dans l'élément de stockage (8) et en ce que, pour la livraison attendue respectivement l'enlèvement de la marchandise (11), l'élément de stockage transportable (8) ou la partie transportable de l'unité de commande (18) comprenant l'élément de stockage (8) est placé dans le récipient (2), respectivement dans la partie se trouvant dans celui-ci de l'unité de commande (18), positionné ou pouvant être positionné devant le domicile ou le siège social de l'utilisateur.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'exécution de la distribution ou de l'enlèvement de la marchandise (11) par le distributeur respectivement la personne chargée de l'enlèvement, la marchandise distribuée (11) et le dispositif (1) ou la partie transportable de l'unité de commande comprenant l'élément de stockage, ou bien l'élément de stockage transportable (8) est rentré dans le domicile respectivement le siège social de l'utilisateur.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de commande par l'utilisateur a lieu par transmission à distance des données en intercalant un calculateur de déroulement central externe qui produit pour le déroulement de la commande un ou des codes d'identification qui se complètent d'une manière sûre pour tous les participants à ce déroulement de commande et les communique à ces participants et en ce que l'utilisateur entre le code d'identification dans l'élément de stockage (8) du dispositif (1).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la charge de l'élément de stockage placé dans ou au récipient avec l'information de commande a lieu par l'utilisateur, par un moyen de transmission de données de faible portée, en particulier sans contact, comme par exemple une pointe bleue ou une interface IR d'un téléphone mobile ou d'un bloc-notes, par l'utilisateur.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la charge de l'élément de stockage placé au ou dans le récipient avec l'information de commande a lieu au moyen d'un coupleur de données qui module les informations de commande sur un réseau d'alimentation en tension auquel sont raccordés l'installation de transmission des données et le dispositif (1) de l'utilisateur.
