Récipient de réception de poste, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce, que l'unité de communication (31) soit prévue pour transmettre des messages réceptionnés au module de sécurité (3), que le module de sécurité (3) soit prévu pour décrypter un code d'expédition crypté contenu dans le message et pour vérifier une signature saisie par le transporteur par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'entrée (4, 9) ainsi que pour décrypter un code d'expédition crypté qui est contenu dans un code de livraison saisi par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'entrée (4, 9).
  3. Récipient de réception de poste, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce, que l'unité de communication (31) soit prévue pour transmettre des messages réceptionnés au micro-ordinateur (20), que le module de sécurité (3) soit prévu pour vérifier une signature saisie par le transporteur par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'entrée (4, 9) ainsi que pour décrypter un code d'expédition crypté qui est contenu dans un code de livraison saisi par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'entrée (4, 9).
  4. Récipient de réception de poste, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce, que le micro-ordinateur (20) du récipient de réception de poste soit programmé pour déterminer les données nécessaires pour la vérification de la signature numérique, et dont cette signature soit vérifiée par le module de sécurité à l'aide d'une clé publique de vérification du transporteur et avec l'utilisation d'un algorithme cryptographique, et dont les données intègrent les données d'expédition et l'identifiant ID d'un transporteur.
  5. Récipient de réception de poste, selon les revendications 1 et 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce, qu'un moyen d'entrée (4) soit un scanneur et qu'au moins l'unité de communication (31) et des éléments d'actionnement (9) soient prévus comme autres moyens d'entrée.
  6. Récipient de réception de poste, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce, que l'unité de communication soit prévue pour être connectée à un serveur de l'infrastructure de distribution pour la signalisation de la boîte de collecte ou pour capter une requête relative à la boîte par une requête directe via Internet et que l'unité de commande électronique soit programmée pour la vérification des possibilités de réservation d'articles à expédier dans au moins une boîte de collecte et pour la génération d'une confirmation de réservation et que l'unité de communication soit prévue pour la transmission des possibilités de réservation ou encore de confirmation de réservation ainsi que pour capter un code d'expédition crypté envoyé par le transporteur au module de sécurité de la boîte de collecte, que l'unité de commande électronique soit programmée :
    - pour contrôler le code de livraison avant une mise en dépôt d'un article à expédier, le résultat positif impliquant la commande de l'ouverture de l'accès à la boîte de collecte après la saisie d'un véritable code de livraison correct,
    - pour la délivrance d'une confirmation directe de livraison au livreur / transporteur,
    - pour la génération d'un message indiquant que l'article est prêt à enlever,
    - pour l'authentification et / ou l'autorisation d'un code de récupération saisi,
    - pour la commande de l'ouverture d'accès à la boîte de collecte ou à une boîte de récupération après la saisie d'un véritable code de récupération correct et
    - pour transmettre un avis de disponibilité de la boîte de collecte via l'unité de communication et Internet au serveur de l'infrastructure de distribution.
  7. Récipient de réception de poste, selon les revendications 1 et 6, caractérisé en ce, que soient prévues des portes verrouillables en tant qu'accès, qu'une paroi frontale (105) du récipient de réception de poste (1) soit conçue de telle manière qu'elle serve de cadre pour deux portes (106) et (107), et dont la paroi frontale (105) s'étend parallèlement par rapport à un plan x/y du système de coordonnées cartésiennes, et dont la première porte (106) présente un accès à la première boîte de collecte (11) et la seconde porte (107) un accès à une autre boîte sécurisée (12) située dans la zone d'accumulation, et dont la porte (106) de la première boîte de collecte (11) et la porte (107) de l'autre boîte sécurisée sont toutes les deux équipées d'un dispositif de verrouillage (61, 71) pouvant être commandé électroniquement, lesdits dispositifs de verrouillage (61, 71) étant connectés à l'unité de commande électronique (2), afin de verrouiller ou encore de déverrouiller l'accès à chacune des portes, que la première boîte de collecte (11) avec la première porte (106) soit agencée avec un écart au-dessus de l'autre boîte sécurisée (12) avec la seconde porte (107), et dont l'écart précité correspond au maximum à la demi-largeur de la porte (106) et qu'un module de commande et de transfert (13), dont la hauteur correspond à l'écart précité, soit agencé entre la première boîte de collecte (11) et l'autre boîte sécurisée (12) située dans la zone d'accumulation, qu'au moins une surface, permettant le transfert dans l'autre boîte sécurisée (12) d'un article à expédier déposé dans la première boîte de collecte, soit agencée au fond de la première boîte de collecte (11), et dont ledit transfert soit commandé par le micro-ordinateur (20, 20') de l'unité de commande électronique (2, 2'), qui est agencée dans la zone frontale du module de commande et de transfert (13).
  8. Récipient de réception de poste, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce, que la surface, permettant le transfert dans l'autre boîte sécurisée (12) d'un article à expédier déposé dans la première boîte de collecte (11), soit conçue en deux parties sous forme de deux clapets (111) et (112) dont chacun est articulé en rotation sur un axe (1110) et (1120), lesdits axes étant agencés dans le sens z à proximité des parois latérales du boîtier (10) dans le module de commande et de transfert (13), et dont le transfert de l'article à expédier dans l'autre boîte sécurisée (12) s'effectue par effet de gravité lorsque les deux clapets (111) et (112) sont ouverts, si l'unité de commande (2) du module de commande et de transfert (13) émet un signal de déclenchement et dont les clapets (111) et (112) peuvent être fermés à l'aide d'un mécanisme (8) pouvant être commandé par l'unité de commande (2).
  9. Récipient de réception de poste, selon les revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce, que la partie frontale du module de commande et de transfert (13) soit conçue pour servir d'interface d'utilisation du récipient de réception de poste (1) intelligent et que ladite interface d'utilisation comporte un dispositif approprié de scannage et de lecture (4) pour la saisie d'un code, d'une unité d'affichage (5) et des éléments d'actionnement (9.1, 9.2).
  10. Système d'expédition avec une pluralité de récipients de réception de poste (1, 1'), selon la revendication 1, avec un réseau de communication (200), un serveur (190) et une pluralité d'ordinateurs personnels pouvant être connectés pour la communication au serveur et / ou entre eux via le réseau de communication, caractérisé en ce, qu'un premier ordinateur personnel (160) utilisable par un client soit programmé, pour établir dans une première étape a) une connexion de communication avec un second ordinateur personnel (170) utilisé par un expéditeur, pour envoyer un premier message et pour passer une commande d'un article à expédier chez l'expéditeur, et dont le second ordinateur personnel (170) soit programmé pour envoyer en retour dans une seconde étape b) un second message de l'expéditeur au client, ledit second message comportant la confirmation de commande, que le second ordinateur personnel (170) de l'expéditeur soit programmé pour établir dans une troisième étape c) une connexion de communication vers un troisième ordinateur personnel (180) utilisé par un transporteur, et pour envoyer un troisième message qui comporte une information relative à la commande du client et à la livraison imminente d'un article à expédier au transporteur, que le troisième ordinateur personnel (180) comporte une base de données pour les données des clients et les données du récipient de réception de poste, et dont au moins un transporteur soit compétent pour tous les clients et ainsi pour tous les récipients de réception de poste du système d'expédition et que le troisième ordinateur personnel (180) soit programmé pour communiquer via le réseau de communication avec le serveur (190) du fabricant et une pluralité de récipients de réception de poste (1), et dont un micro-ordinateur de l'unité de commande électronique de chaque récipient de réception de poste soit connecté en mode opérationnel, d'une part, avec un module de sécurité, et d'autre part, avec l'unité de communication, et dont le micro-ordinateur (20, 20, 20', 20*) soit programmé pour le contrôle de l'autorisation et le module de sécurité (3, 3', 3*) pour le décryptage de messages ou que le module de sécurité (3, 3, 3' 3*) soit programmé pour le décryptage de messages et pour le contrôle de l'authentification.
  11. Système d'expédition, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce, qu'un code d'accès unique en rapport avec les données d'expédition soit généré dans le PC du transporteur, par un processus dans lequel les données d'expédition et les données d'identification de chaque transporteur respectif soient liées ensemble ou regroupées logiquement et qu'elles soient cryptées à l'aide d'une clé privée pour former une signature numérique selon un procédé de cryptographie asymétrique et que l'unité de commande du récipient de réception de poste définisse les données de la signature numérique, qui est vérifiée par le module de sécurité à l'aide d'une clé publique.
  12. Système d'expédition, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce, qu'un code d'accès unique en rapport avec les données d'expédition soit généré dans le PC du transporteur, par un processus dans lequel les données d'expédition et les données d'identification de chaque transporteur respectif soient liées ensemble ou regroupées logiquement et qu'elles soient cryptées à l'aide d'une clé secrète selon un procédé de cryptographie symétrique, et dont le produit de cryptage puisse être décrypté par le module de sécurité avec la même clé secrète selon le même procédé de cryptographie symétrique, afin que le micro-ordinateur de l'unité de commande puisse ensuite contrôler l'autorisation des données d'identification en comparaison des données d'identification mémorisées de chaque transporteur respectif.
  13. Système d'expédition, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce, que la boîte de collecte (11) soit prévue pour le dépôt d'un article à expédier et que l'unité de commande (2) soit programmée pour la génération d'un code d'accusé de réception, et dont soit généré dans le module de sécurité, après la fermeture de la porte du récipient de réception de poste, un code univoque d'accusé de réception comportant une estampille temporelle et que ce code soit ensuite envoyé par l'unité de communication du récipient de réception de poste au PC du transporteur et au PC de l'expéditeur.
  14. Système d'expédition, selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce, que le code d'accusé de réception soit généré par le module de sécurité, par un processus dans lequel un numéro de série du récipient de réception de poste est lié mathématiquement avec la date et l'heure de l'estampille temporelle et que ces données soient ensuite cryptées.
  15. Système d'expédition, selon les revendications 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce, que le code d'accusé de réception soit généré par le module de sécurité, par un processus dans lequel un numéro de série du récipient de réception de poste soit lié mathématiquement avec la date et l'heure de l'estampille temporelle et que ces données soient ensuite cryptées à l'aide d'un procédé de cryptographie asymétrique ou symétrique.
