Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes de distribution de produits et de proposition d'accès à des services. Ce système comprend un dispositif de sélection et de distribution de produit, un dispositif de génération de codes, un dispositif d'identifiction de codes, une base de données de codes identifiés et un dispositif électronique informatique. Le dispositif de génération de codes permet de coder des données concernant le produit ou le service payé et de présenter un code à l'utilisateur. Le dispositif électronique informatique permet de commander le dispositif de sélection et de distribution de produit de manière à modifier ses réglages, de se connecter et d'échanger des données entre des dispositifs compris dans le réseau selon différents protocoles, de stocker et de traiter des données quantitatives sur les ventes de produits et/ou de services et de présenter ces données. Le procédé permet à un utilisateur d'effectuer un paiement pour le produit ou le service obtenu et de distribuer le produit ou proposer l'accès à des services par une lecture du code ou par un règlement par des moyens non monétaires; on augmente ainsi la fiabilité du système tout en augmentant la protection contre l'obtention non autorisée de produits et proposition de services et on augmente également la rapidité des opérations; il est possible d'obtenir et de traiter des données sur la vente de produits ou la fourniture de services et de réaliser un programme de fidélité en assurant l'obtention de données sur l'exécution en temps voulu du dispositif de sélection et de distribution de produit correspondant au produit ou à ses composantes en garantissant un fonctionnement sans panne du système.
