Claims (17)

  1. Zum Einwirken auf ein Fahrzeug oder eine Last (1) geeignete Notbremsvorrichtung, welches / welche durch wenigstens zwei Seile (30, 31) oder Abschnitte ein und desselben Seils gezogen oder gesichert wird, deren Spannungen im Normalbetrieb gleichwertig sind,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    eine zur Steuerung eines ersten, nur auf ein zweites Seil einwirkenden Bremsmittels (51) geeignete erste Feststellvorrichtung des weichen Abschnitts oder der fehlenden Spannung (52) auf einem zweiten Seil (31) und
    eine zur Steuerung eines zweiten, nur auf das genannte erste Seil einwirkenden Bremsmittels (50) geeignete zweite Feststellvorrichtung des weichen Abschnitts oder der fehlenden Spannung (53) auf dem genannten ersten Seil (30).
  2. Bremsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungsübertragung zwischen dem Feststellmittel des weichen Abschnitts oder der fehlenden Spannung (52, 53) und dem zugeordneten Bremsmittel (51, 50) ausschließlich durch mechanische Mittel (520, 523, 513, 530, 533, 503) erfolgt.
  3. Bremsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Feststellvorrichtung des weichen Abschnitts oder der fehlenden Spannung (52, 53) einen ersten Hebel (520, 530) umfasst, von denen ein eine Stützrolle (522, 532) umfassendes Ende durch ein Federmittel (516, 506) gegen das zu kontrollierende Seil (30, 31) gepresst wird; wobei das andere Ende des genannten Hebels auf einen zweiten, zum Festhalten von zwei Bremsbacken (500, 510) in gelöster Position um das Seil, auf dem die Bremsung erfolgt, geeigneten Schwenkhebel (513, 503) einwirkt, wobei die Lösung des durch das zu kontrollierende Seil ausgeübten Aufstützens das Kippen des genannten ersten Hebels sowie des Schwenkhebels erlaubt, was unter der Einwirkung des genannten Federmittels das Einklemmen der beiden Bremsbacken gegen das zu bremsende Seil nach sich zieht.
  4. Bremsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der genannten ersten Hebel (520, 530) derart angebracht ist, dass eine Neigung der Bremsvorrichtung (5) beziehungsweise des Fahrzeugs (1), an dem er befestigt ist, außerhalb eines bestimmten Wertes eine Betätigung der zugeordneten Bremsmittel nach sich zieht.
  5. Gezogenes oder durch wenigstens zwei Seile (30, 31), deren Spannungen im Normalbetrieb gleichwertig sind, gesichertes Fahrzeug oder Last (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es / sie wenigstens eine Notbremsvorrichtung (5) gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4 umfasst.
  6. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es / sie darüber hinaus wenigstens eine Stoßdämpfervorrichtung mit wenigstens einem zwischen einer Platine (4) und einem festen Abschnitt (430, 440, 450, 63) der Anlage angeordneten Stoßdämpfer (43, 44, 48, 49, 62) umfasst.
  7. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte feste Abschnitt der Anlage einem Abschnitt (430, 440, 63) des Fahrzeugs oder der Last entspricht.
  8. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte feste Abschnitt der Anlage einem Abschnitt (450) des festen Umfeldes des Fahrzeugs oder der Last entspricht.
  9. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Stoßdämpfer (43, 44, 62) für den Fall eines Betriebs der Notbremsvorrichtung zur Arbeit in Komprimierung vorgesehen ist / sind.
  10. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Stoßdämpfer ein hydraulischer Stoßdämpfer ist.
  11. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Stoßdämpfer ein Federstoßdämpfer ist.
  12. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Stoßdämpfer ein Stoßdämpfer mit Elastomerkomprimierung ist.
  13. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Notbremsvorrichtung (5) auf einer Platine (4) mit Befestigungsmitteln am Fahrzeug (40, 41, 45, 47) angebracht ist, die dazu geeignet sind, eine relative Bewegung zwischen der Platine und dem Fahrzeug, im Wesentlichen gemäß der Bewegungsrichtung des genannten Fahrzeugs zu ermöglichen, wobei die Amplitude der genannten relativen Bewegung begrenzt ist.
  14. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel Gleit- und Führungsmittel (40, 41, 45) sind.
  15. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel einen einen verformbaren Quader bildenden Schwingarme (47) umfassen.
  16. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 5 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Platine (4) darüber hinaus den oder die Ab- und Aufwickelhaspel(n) (2) der genannten Seile oder eine Umlenktrommel (23) des genannten Seils umfasst.
  17. Fahrzeug oder Last (1) gemäß Anspruch 5 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einer Fassadenpflegegondel (1) gebildet wird.
