Abstract
Description
- Elle présente une section transversale sensiblement constante, en S ou en Z, sur la totalité de sa longueur définie entre ses deux extrémités opposées. Ainsi, la lisse constitue un moyen de guidage efficace des fils voisins quelle que soit sa position en hauteur sur un métier. Elle peut en outre être fabriquée de façon relativement simple.
- La lisse est pourvue d'ajours d'allègement dans une zone médiane de la lisse définie, pour l'essentiel, entre les branches. Ces ajours permettent de gagner de la matière et de diminuer l'inertie de la lisse. On peut prévoir qu'ils sont disposés entre l'oeillet et une extrémité libre de la lisse, auquel cas ils ne risquent pas d'influer mécaniquement sur la transmission d'efforts entre un organe d'entraínement et l'oeillet. On peut cependant prévoir que ces ajours sont disposés de part et d'autre de l'oeillet, entre l'oeillet et les extrémités opposées de la lisse, auquel cas l'effet de diminution de l'inertie et de gain de manière est encore plus important.

- la figure 7 est une représentation schématique de principe de lisses selon les revendications 1 à 4 en place dans le dispositif de formation de la foule du métier de la figure 6.
Claims (10)
- Lisse pour métier à tisser, ladite lisse étant formée dans une bande métallique comprenant un oeillet de passage d'un fil de chaíne, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente, sur sensiblement la totalité d'une zone (Z0) comprise entre ledit oeillet (17) et une première extrémité (15) par laquelle elle est attelée à un moyen d'entraínement (2), une section transversale (S) globalement en forme de Z, avec deux branches (1a, 1b) sensiblement parallèles entre elles (Ya-Y'a, Yb-Y'b).
- Lisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente une section transversale (S) sensiblement constante en Z, sur la totalité de sa longueur définie entre ses deux extrémités opposées (15, 16).
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est pourvue d'ajours d'allégement (19) ménagés dans une zone médiane (1c) de ladite lisse (1), ladite zone médiane étant définie, pour l'essentiel, entre lesdites branches (1a, 1b).
- Lisse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits ajours (19) sont disposés entre ledit oeillet (17) et une extrémité libre (16) de ladite lisse (1).
- Lisse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits ajours (19) sont disposés de part et d'autre dudit oeillet (17), entre ledit oeillet (17) et les extrémités opposées (15, 16) de ladite lisse (1).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une lisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape consistant à laminer ou étirer une bande de métal, en formant deux plis (13, 14) parallèles définissant deux branches (1a, 1b) s'étendant de part et d'autre d'une zone médiane (1c) de ladite lisse.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule pour métier à tisser, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une lisse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen (5) de guidage en translation (F3) de ladite lisse (1), ledit moyen étant pourvu d'au moins une ouverture (53) à section transversale globalement en forme de Z, avec deux branches globalement parallèles entre elles.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (15) de ladite lisse est engagée dans un manchon (3) dans lequel est également engagé, par le côté opposé, un élément (2) de transmission d'efforts, ledit manchon étant solidarisé avec ladite lisse et ledit élément.
- Métier à tisser, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de formation de la foule (1-6 ; 110) selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9.
