- fixer de façon permanente cet oeillet dans cette entaille.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une lisse pour harnais de métier à tisser de type Jacquard destinée à être accrochée, par une première extrémité, à un cordon dudit harnais et, par une seconde extrémité, à un moyen de rappel élastique, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste àréaliser, dans un élément filiforme monobrin (20) une entaille (24) globalement parallèle au plus grand axe (XX') dudit élément filiforme ;déformer en les écartant les bords (24a, 24b) de ladite entaille ;disposer, entre ledits bords écartés, un oeillet (22) pour le guidage d'un fil de chaíne (10) etfixer de façon permanente ledit oeillet dans ladite entaille.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite entaille (24) est réalisée dans ledit élément filiforme monobrin (20) par découpe au moyen d'un faisceau laser ou d'un jet d'eau.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à fixer ledit oeillet (22) dans ladite entaille (24) par collage, étamage, soudage, notament soudage par laser, ou sertissage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à souder ponctuellement par laser (26) une surface externe (22a) dudit oeillet (22) avec les bords (24a, 24b) de ladite entaille (24).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la déformation des dits bords (24a, 24b) est plastique.
- Lisse pour harnais de métier à tisser de type Jacquard, ladite lisse étant formée d'un élément filiforme destiné à être accroché, au niveau de son extrémité supérieure, à un cordon dudit harnais et, au niveau de son extrémité inférieure, à un moyen de rappel élastique, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément filiforme est une tige monobrin (20) qui comporte une entaille (24) ouverte dans laquelle est fixé de façon permanente un oeillet (22), pour le guidage d'un fil de chaíne (10) dudit métier.
- Lisse selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit oeillet (22) a une périphérie (22a) d'épaisseur inférieure ou égale à celle (e) de ladite tige (20).
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit oeillet (22) à une surface externe (22a) adaptée à la conformation des bords (24a, 24b) écartés de ladite entaille (24), notamment en forme de fuseau ou globalement elliptique.
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit oeillet est soudé ponctuellement (26), au niveau de sa surface externe (22a), sur les bords (24a, 24b) de ladite entaille.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule pour métier à tisser de type Jacquard, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une lisse (8) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9.
