Claims (25)
- Streckwerk (1) für eine Spinnereimaschine, insbesondere für eine Ringspinnmaschine, mit wenigstens zwei Paar von Streckwerkszylindern (11,12) und wenigstens einem Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23)) zum Führen der Fasern im Bereich zwischen oder nach den Streckwerkszylindern (11,12), wobei das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) direkt oder indirekt von einer Welle angetrieben ist und von einem Führungsmittel (4, 41) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel (4, 41) das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) gleitend führt und eine reibungsarme Werkstoffpaarung mit dem Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) bildet.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitreibungszahl µ zwischen Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) und Führungsmittel (4, 41) einen Wert von weniger als 0,3 hat.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitreibungszahl µ zwischen Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) und Führungsmittel (4, 41) einen Wert von weniger als 0,2 hat.

- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel (4, 41) mit dem Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) eine Gleitreibungszahl µ besitzt, die wesentlich kleiner ist als die zwischen der Welle (3), die das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) antreibt, und dem Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23).
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (3) ein Streckwerkszylinder (11, 3) ist.
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) aus wenigstens einer äußeren Schicht und einer inneren Schicht besteht.
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Schicht des Riemchens (2, 21, 22, 23) wesentlich rauher ist, als die innere, mit den Führungsmitteln (4, 41) zusammenarbeitende innere Schicht.
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel (4, 41) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geometrie der Faserführung am Streckwerk (1) einstellbar ist.
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (3) zur Erhöhung der Reibung zwischen Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) und Welle (3) mit einer die Reibung erhöhenden Beschichtung beschichtet ist.
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (3) zum Antrieb des Riemchens (2, 21, 22, 23) mit diesem eine formschlüssige Verbindung besitzt.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 15, dgk, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) Aussparungen besitzt, in die Ansätze der Welle (3) eingreifen.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dgk, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) Ansätze besitzt, die in Aussparungen der Welle (3) eingreifen
- Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verhinderung von Schlupf zwischen Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) und Welle (3) das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) mittels einer Andrückrolle (42) an die Welle (3) angedrückt wird.
- Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) für ein Streckwerk (1) einer Spinnereimaschine, insbesondere für eine Ringspinnmaschine, insbesondere für ein Streckwerk (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) auf seiner äußeren Seite, mit der das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) in Berührung mit den Fasern gelangt, eine wesentlich höhere Rauhigkeit besitzt, als auf seiner inneren Seite, über die es von einem Führungsmittel geführt ist.
- Riemchen nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) wenigstens aus zwei Lagen besteht, wobei die äußere Lage rauher ausgebildet ist als seine innere Lage.
- Riemchen nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Riemchens (2, 21, 22, 23) eine Rauhigkeit besitzt, die durch Bearbeiten der Oberfläche des Riemchens (2, 21, 22, 23) verändert wurde.
- Riemchen nach Anspruch 19, 20, 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) Durchbrechungen besitzt als Mittel zum Verdichten der Fasern.
- Riemchen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riemchen (2, 21, 22, 23) Durchbrechungen besitzt für den Antrieb des Riemchens (2, 21, 22, 23) durch eine Welle (3).
