Claims (18)

  1. Dispositif d'élimination de poussière, déchets et fibres courtes dans la zone de sortie d'une carde (1) ou cardeuse, comportant un cylindre détacheur (7) ou peigneur, un extracteur (16) et un cylindre presseur supérieur (8) et un cylindre presseur inférieur (8), caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen de génération d'un flux d'air prescrit est disposé, contre le sens du marche du cylindre détacheur (7), dans la zone (A) située entre le cylindre détacheur (7), l'extracteur (16) et les cylindres presseurs (8) et ainsi au-dessous de la nappe.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ce moyen est un dispositif à air comprimé (18).
  3. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air généré est soufflé à travers la fente d'ouverture entre le cylindre presseur inférieur (8) et le cylindre détacheur (7).
  4. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le jet de courant d'air généré n'est pas dirigé directement sur le cylindre presseur inférieur (8) et/ou le cylindre détacheur (7).
  5. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air généré est généré en continu.
  6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une fréquence d'intervalle définie par une durée et la fréquence du courant d'air généré peut être établie.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendications 6, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air généré dure jusqu'à 5 secondes, en tout cas jusqu'à 15 secondes ou jusqu' à 60 secondes.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air peut être généré à des intervalles de 1 à 60 minutes ou de 3 à 30 minutes.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendications 6, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence d'intervalle peut être contrôlée.
  10. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci fait partie intégrante du déflecteur de nappe ou du pont conducteur de nappe (13).
  11. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en dessous de la fente à travers laquelle les salissures sont soufflées, est disposé un déflecteur de déchets.
  12. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en dessous de la fente à travers laquelle les salissures sont soufflées, est disposé un dispositif d'aspiration.
  13. Dispositif d'élimination de poussière, déchets et fibres courtes dans la zone de sortie d'une carde (1) ou cardeuse, comportant un cylindre détacheur (7) ou peigneur, un extracteur (16) et un cylindre presseur supérieur (8) et un cylindre presseur inférieur (8), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'aspiration inférieur (15) pour la zone (C) du racleur inférieur (14) et du cylindre presseur inférieur (8), en dessous de la zone où se trouve la sortie de la bande fibreuse (19), et le dispositif d'aspiration inférieur (15) n'englobe qu'une partie de la largeur fonctionnelle de la carde (1).
  14. Dispositif d'élimination de poussière, déchets et fibres courtes dans la zone de sortie d'une carde (1) ou cardeuse, comportant un cylindre détacheur (7) ou peigneur, un extracteur (16) et un cylindre presseur supérieur (8) et un cylindre presseur inférieur (8), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'aspiration supérieur (11) pour la zone (B) située au dessus de la lame de raclage supérieure (12) et du cylindre presseur supérieur (8), en dessous de la zone où se trouve la sortie de la bande fibreuse (19), et le dispositif d'aspiration supérieur (11) n'englobe qu'une partie de la largeur fonctionnelle de la carde (1).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendications 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration supérieur (11) est intégré dans la hotte.
  16. Procédé d'élimination de poussière, déchets et fibres courtes dans la zone de sortie d'une carde (1) ou cardeuse, en utilisation d'un dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que des particules comme de la poussière, des salissures ou des fibres courtes regroupées par un flux d'air prescrit peuvent être soufflées, contre le sens du marche du cylindre détacheur (7) dans la zone (A) située entre le cylindre détacheur (7), l'extracteur (16) et le cylindre presseur (8) et ainsi au dessous de la nappe.
  17. Procédé d'élimination de poussière, déchets et fibres courtes dans la zone de sortie d'une carde (1) ou cardeuse, en utilisation d'un dispositif selon la revendications 13, caractérisé en ce qu'on peut aspirer de l'air se trouvant dans la zone (C) du dessous du racleur inférieur (14) et du cylindre presseur inférieur (8).
  18. Procédé d'élimination de poussière, déchets et fibres courtes dans la zone de sortie d'une carde (1) ou cardeuse, en utilisation d'un dispositif selon la revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on peut aspirer de l'air se trouvant dans la zone (B) du dessus du racleur supérieur (12) et du cylindre presseur supérieur (8).
