Abstract
Description
Die Drehentkopplung 8 besteht aus einer drehfest mit der Ziehschiene verbundenen Hülse 9, in der gegen axiales Verschieben gesichert ein Wälzlager 10 vorgesehen ist, das ebenfalls gegen axiales Verschieben gesichert auf einer Stellwelle 11 angeordnet ist. Die Stellwelle 11 ist mit einem Stellgewinde 12 verbunden, das mit einer Motorwelle 13 eines als Stellmotor 22 ausgebildeten Stellglieds 14 in Wirkverbindung steht. Der Stellmotor 22 ist gestellfest angeordnet.
Mit der Ziehschiene 6 ist ein Mitnehmer 15 fest verbunden, der seinerseits an einer Greiferbrücke 16 des Greifersystems 4 angreift. Neben der Greiferbrücke 16 gehören zum Greifersystem 4 eine Greiferwelle 17 mit Greiferfingern 18, die mit Greiferaufschlägen 19 korrespondieren. Das Greifersystem 4 ist als funktionelle Einheit axial verschiebbar gelagert, indem an der Greiferbrücke 16 Linearführungen 20 vorgesehen sind, die in Lagerklötze 21 eingreifen, welche fest mit dem Rohrkörper 3 verbunden sind.
Es ist auch möglich, das Stellglied 14 als linearen Aktor auszubilden sowie diesen direkt mit der Drehentkopplung 8 zu verbinden und so die Stellhandlungen zu realisieren.

Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum seitlichen Ausrichten von Bogen in einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einem in einem Zylinder axial verschiebbar gelagerten Greifersystem, das durch ein über eine Auswerteinheit beeinflussbares Stellglied verschoben werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifersystem (4) mit einer im Zylinder (1) angeordneten axial verschiebbaren Ziehschiene (6) verbunden ist, die an einem äußeren Ende mit einer Drehentkopplung (8) versehen ist, welche mit einer axial durch das Stellglied (14) verbringbaren Stellwelle (11) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (14) als linearer Aktor ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (14) als Stellmotor (22) ausgebildet und zwischen einer Motorwelle (13) des Stellmotors (22) und der Stellwelle (11) ein die Rotationsbewegung der Motorwelle (13) in eine Translationsbewegung umsetzendes Stellgewinde (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehentkopplung (8) aus einer drehfest mit der Ziehschiene (6) verbundenen Hülse (9) besteht, in der ein gegen axiales Verschieben gesichertes Wälzlager (10) angeordnet ist, das gegen axiales Verschieben gesichert die Stellwelle (11) aufnimmt.
