Abstract
Description
- einem Antriebsmotor mit einer in Schneidkopflängsachse verlaufenden Antriebswelle,
- einer mit der Antriebswelle des Antriebsmotors in Verbindung stehenden, um die Antriebswellenlängsachse umlaufend angetriebenen Nockenscheibe mit auf der dem Antriebsmotor abgekehrten Seite ausgebildeten in verschiedenen Ebenen liegenden Steuerflächen,
- einem mit einer der Steuerfläche der Nockenscheibe in Wirkverbindung stehenden Laufrolle,
- einer vermittels einer Feder beaufschlagten Hubstange bzw. Stößelstange, die über ein Kupplungsstück mit der Laufrolle und der Nockenscheibe in Wirkverbindung steht und die an ihrem freien Ende den Klingenhalter für das Schneidmesser trägt,

Claims (20)
- Schneidwerkzeug für Materialien, insbesondere aus PU-Elastomeren, das von Hand steuerbar oder programmgesteuert ist, umfassend einen Schneidkopf (10) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (20), einem Klingenhalter (30) und einem Schneidmesser (35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidwerkzeug (100; 100') mindestens einen Schneidkopf (10; 10') aufweist, wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung (20) in an sich bekannter Weise einen Antriebsmotor (21) für den in Schneidkopflängsachse (L) hin- und herbewegbaren Klingenhalter (30) mit dem Schneidmesser (35) umfasst, oder ausbesteht.einem Antriebsmotor (21) mit einer in Schneidkopflängsachse (L) verlaufenden Antriebswelle (22),einer mit der Antriebswelle (22) des Antriebsmotors (21) in Wirkverbindung stehenden, um die Antriebswellenlängsachse (L2) umlaufend angetriebenen Nockenscheibe (25) mit auf der dem Antriebsmotor (21) abgekehrten Seite (25a) ausgebildeten und in verschiedenen Ebenen liegenden Steuerflächen (40, 41),einem mit einer der Steuerflächen (40, 41) der Nockenscheibe (25) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Laufrolle (26),einer vermittels einer Feder (27) beaufschlagten Hubstange bzw. Stößelstange (45), die über ein Kupplungsstück (46) mit der Laufrolle (26) und der Nockenscheibe (25) in Wirkverbindung steht und die an ihrem freien Ende (45a) den Klingenhalter (30) für das Schneidmesser (35) trägt, - Schneidwerkzeug für Materialien, insbesondere aus PU-Elastomeren, das von Hand steuerbar oder programmgesteuert ist, umfassend einen Schneidkopf (10) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (20), einem Klingenhalter (30) und einem Schneidmesser (35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Schneidkopf (10) in den im Material erzeugten Schnitt (180) ein Trennmittel (160) eingeführt wird. - Schneidwerkzeug für Materialien, insbesondere aus PU-Elastomeren, das von Hand steuerbar oder programmgesteuert ist, umfassend einen Schneidkopf (10) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (20), einem Klingenhalter (30) und einem Schneidmesser (35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Schneidkopf (10) in den im Material erzeugten Schnitt (180) ein anorganischer oder organischer fluoreszierender Stoff (160A, 160B) eingeführt wird. - Schneidwerkzeug für Materialien, insbesondere aus PU-Elastomeren, das von Hand steuerbar oder programmgesteuert ist, umfassend einen Schneidkopf (10) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (20), einem Klingenhalter (30) und einem Schneidmesser (35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Schneidkopf (10) in den im Material erzeugten Schnitt (180) ein metallischer Stoff (160B) eingeführt wird. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vermittels der Feder (27) die Hubstange bzw. Stößelstange (45) an den Steuerflächen (40, 41) der Nockenscheibe (25) zum Anschlag gebracht wird. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nockenscheibe (25) zwei Steuerflächen (40, 41) mit unterschiedlichen Höhen der Vertiefungen (40a) und Erhöhungen (41a) aufweist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 5 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Hügel der Hubstange bzw. Stößelstange (45) durch Änderung der Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors (21) veränderbar ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nockenscheibe (25) in dem Schneidkopf (10) gegen Nokkenscheiben mit verschieden gestalteten Steuerflächen (40, 41) und mit verschiedenen gestalteten Vertiefungen (40a) und Erhöhungen (41a) auswechselbar ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung von V-Schnitten (50, 50') im zu schneidenden Material (70) das Schneidwerkzeug zwei Schneidköpfe (10, 10') mit den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 aufweist, wobei die beiden Schneidköpfe (10, 10') in einer Winkelstellung zueinander stehen, so dass die beiden Schneidköpfe (10, 10') mit ihren Längsachsen (L, L1) in einem Winkel zueinander stehen. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schneidköpfe (10, 10') in einer vorgegebenen Winkelstellung fest zueinander stehen und in ihren Winkelstellungen nicht veränderbar sind. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schneidköpfe (10, 10') des Schneidwerkzeuges (100') in ihren Winkelstellungen zur Ausbildung von V-Schnitten (50, 50', 50") in dem zu schneidenden Material (70) mit verschiedenem V-Profil (50a, 50'a, 50"a) veränderbar ausgebildet sind. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Schneidkopf (10) in den im Material erzeugten Schnitt (180) ein Trennmittel (160) und ein fluoreszierender Stoff (160A) und/oder ein metallischer Stoff (160B) eingeführt wird. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 und 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Trennmittel (160) ein fluoreszierender Stoff (160A) und/oder ein metallischer Stoff (160B) zugesetzt ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 und 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidwerkzeug (100) eine an dem Schneidkopf (10) oder in dem Schneidkopf (10) angeordnete Zuführungsleitung (150) für ein Trennmittel (160) und/oder einen fluoreszierenden Stoff (160A) und/oder einen metallischen Stoff (160B) aufweist, die einendseitig (150a) mit einem bevorzugterweise Mikrodosiersystem (170) verbunden ist und deren anderes Ende (510b) in den Bereich der Schneidmesser (35) mündet. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsleitung (150) für das Trennmittel (160) als Kapillarschlauch (151) ausgebildet ist, der in dem Klingenhalter (30) mündet und in eine Bohrung (155) übergeht, die in dem Klingenhalter (30) und in dem Schneidmesser (35) ausgebildet ist und deren Austrittsöffnung (156) im Schneid- und Trennbereich des Schneidmessers (35) liegt. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung (156) der Bohrung (155) in dem Schneidmesser (40) in eine abgerundete Einziehung (141) in einem (142) der Eckbereiche des Schneidmessers (35) liegt. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (160) so ausgebildet ist, dass es ein selbsttätiges Wiederverkleben des Schnittes im Schneidmaterial verhindert. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (160) aus einer Dispersion von Wachsen und Silikonen in einem Lösungsmittelgemisch besteht. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Trennmittel (160) anorganische oder organische fluoreszierende Stoffe in flüssiger oder fester Form zugesetzt sind. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 12 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Trennmittel (160) als metallischer Stoff (160B) ein Stoff mit metallischen Eigenschaften, z. B. Metallpulver, zugesetzt ist, der bei Ultraschaleinwirkung oder anderweitigen Messmethoden sich deutlich vom Verhalten vom Kunststoff unterscheidet.
