Description
The present invention relates to a drainage device for installation in the floor of a room according to the preamble of claim 1.
In particular, it proves to be disadvantageous in the case of the drainage device from the prior art that a comparatively complicated seal is formed between the inlet part designed as a drainage unit and the receiving means designed as a drainage part. For the formation of the seal a circumferential support member is formed on the inside of the drain part, which can accommodate a connectable with this sealing element. This sealing element is in the assembled state of the drain device sealingly on the outside of the lower pipe socket of the inlet part. A disadvantage here proves further that in any case a complicated structure, to be fitted into the bottom of the room drain part must be used, which must fit exactly to the inlet part with respect to the male between the support member and the associated sealing element pipe socket of the inlet part. It exists thus after installation of the drain part in the bottom of the room no longer the ability to use inlet parts with different outer diameters of the lower pipe socket.

The problem underlying the present invention is the provision of a drain device of the type mentioned above, which is constructed simpler and more variable.
This is inventively achieved in that the seal is designed as a lip seal, which is sprayed onto the outside of the pipe socket, wherein the height adjustment of drainage unit relative to the receiving means is given by the fact that provided with the lip seal pipe socket in the receiving portion or in the drain pipe after can be moved up and / or down. The lip seal proves to be effective and simply constructed sealing element, which is much cheaper to produce compared to the prior art. Nevertheless, such a lip seal is a backflow-proof sealing element. The height adjustment is therefore realized with the simplest means, namely by providing a lip seal, which is arranged on the outside of a pipe socket and despite displacement of the pipe socket relative to the receiving means in the vertical direction, the connection between receiving means and the drain unit reliably seals.
In this case, the lip seal may advantageously have a plurality of spaced-apart lips. This increases the sealing ability of the lip seal.
The lip seal may in particular be made in one piece. Furthermore, the lip seal may preferably consist of elastomers. A one-piece design made of elastomers guarantees on the one hand a corresponding elasticity and adaptability different receiving means and on the other hand ensures sufficient tightness of the lip seal.
According to the invention, the lip seal is sprayed onto the pipe socket. By spraying results in a firm connection between the lip seal and the pipe socket. Furthermore, the spraying is a production method in which the shape of the lip seal is specifically adapted to the requirements and correspondingly easy to produce.
The receiving means may further comprise a subsequent to the pipe socket receiving portion connecting portion which is connected to the drain pipe and connectable. The upwardly open pipe socket-like receiving portion need not have sleeves or the like in order to connect to the pipe socket of the drain unit. Rather, it may be an unstructured pipe socket. Alternatively, the receiving means may be formed as an open end of the drain pipe. By such a configuration of the receiving means, the drain device according to the invention can be installed very variable in the bottom of a room. Ultimately, only the drainpipe at the desired location on site must be cut off. Subsequently, the pipe socket provided with the lip seal the drain unit can be inserted into the cut end of the drain pipe. The lip seal offers the advantage that a drain unit can be inserted with a predetermined outer diameter of the pipe socket due to the flexible lip seal in drain pipes with different inner diameters. For example, while the inner diameter of the drain pipe from 100 mm to 108 mm for a given outer diameter of the pipe socket of the drain unit vary.
The cut-off drainpipes can also be laid drainpipes in old buildings that are being renovated. In this case, the existing, cut, serving as receiving means drainage pipes are not part of the drainage device according to the invention.
According to the invention, it is possible for the drainage unit to comprise an odor trap. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the drainage unit comprises a cleaning closure.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the drainage unit has a cover on its upper side. This cover may for example be provided with a hinged lid. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the cover is gas-tight fixable to the drain unit, in particular by means of a screw means. It thus turns out that the drainage unit can be configured comparatively arbitrarily, without thereby impairing the connection possibility according to the invention with the receiving means.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the drain unit serves as a pipe connector. Here, the drainage unit may include the pipe socket and a pipe receiving the inlet opening, which is preferably provided with an inner seal, in particular a lip seal. In the pipe receiving a pipe can be inserted so that the connection between the pipe and pipe receiving is sealed to the outside. At the same time, the pipe socket with lip seal can be introduced, for example, into a cut-off drain pipe located in the bottom. The drainage device with drainage unit designed in this way serves as a pipe connection piece or as a connection piece and can in particular ensure that a pipe, which leads, for example, to wastewater, can be easily connected to a drain pipe already present in the floor.
