Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Einstellung der Falzspaltenweite mehrerer Falzwalzenpaare, die an einer Falzmaschine vorgesehen sind, bei demdie beiden Falzwalzen (12 bis 22) der Falzwalzenpaare in Kontakt miteinander gebracht werden,ein Bogen zwischen den beiden Falzwalzen (12 bis 22) der Falzwalzenpaare durchgeführt wird, wodurch sich wenigstens eine der beiden Falzwalzen (12 bis 22) unter Bildung eines Falzspaltes bezüglich der anderen bewegt, wobei bei jedem Falzwalzenpaar ein der Falzspaltenweite entsprechender Messwert bei der Durchführung des Bogens erfasst wird, unddie Falzspaltenweiten der einzelnen Falzwalzenpaare durch Verstellung der wenigstens einen bewegbaren Falzwalze (14 bis 22) mittels eines mit dieser kinematisch verbundenen Antriebs (42) basierend auf den entsprechenden erfassten Messwerten eingestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Einstellung Eigenschaften eines gewählten Faltschemas berücksichtigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erfassten Messwerte zur Bestimmung eines Walzenverschleißes oder einer Walzenverschmutzung mit vorher bestimmten Referenzwerten verglichen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzwalzen (12 bis 14) mittels des mit wenigstens einer Falzwalze (14 bis 22) kinematisch verbundenen Antriebes (42) miteinander in Kontakt gebracht werden.
- Falzmaschine mitmehreren hintereinander in Bogendurchlaufrichtung angeordneten Falzwalzenpaaren, die eine verstellbare (14) und eine stationäre Falzwalze (12) bzw. zwei verstellbare Falzwalzen (16 bis 22) aufweisen, wobeijeder verstellbaren Falzwalze (14 bis 22) eine Messeinrichtung (40) zugeordnet ist, die bei einem Bogendurchlauf einen der Weite des Falzspaltes zwischen den zwei Falzwalzen (12 bis 22) eines Falzwalzenpaares entsprechenden Wert erfasst und an einen Prozessrechner (44) weitergibt, undmit jeder verstellbaren Falzwalze (14 bis 22) ein Antrieb (42) kinematisch verbunden ist, der von dem Prozessrechner (44) auf der Basis der beim Bogendurchlauf erfassten Messwerte an dem entsprechenden Falzwalzenpaar zur Einstellung einer optimalen Weite des Falzspaltes gesteuert wird.
